We recently used Hometown Roofing Services for the first time to replace a roof in our HOA community. They kept us informed throughout the entire process with updates and pictures. No other roofing company we have worked with before has done this. They did an excellent job and were pleasant and professional. We will definitely use their services again.

We are so thankful we took advantage of Hometown Roofing’s free roof inspection. At the time, everything looked great but a few months later, a hailstorm hit and caused real damage. Because we had those original inspection photos showing no prior damage, the insurance process was smooth and stress-free. Hometown handled everything with the insurance so we didn’t have to lift a finger.

Even better? We went on vacation during the repair and came home to a brand-new roof! They kept us updated the entire time with progress photos, so we never felt out of the loop. On top of that, our siding had to be replaced too. When they couldn’t find an exact match, they replaced all the siding to make sure it looked right. That kind of care and attention to detail is hard to come by.

If you’re on the fence about getting your roof inspected…just do it. Hometown Roofing made the whole experience easy, professional, and honestly, kind of amazing.

My first standing seam metal roof and I will never install asphalt shingles ever again on any of my properties. This is so worth the extra money. It looks incredible, clean and modern…just what I wanted. The crew was very professional, courteous, and polite. The weather was not good, but this crew worked through it. A peaceful and quiet installation because they did not have to shoot nails ….which my dogs appreciated….they slept through most of it.

Quickly got out to me for an estimate. Very fairly priced and was not pushy about other services. Work was completed the next day by 10:30am. Worker was courteous, worked quickly and neatly. The quoting, acceptance and payment methods are easy.

We recently had our roof replaced by Hometown after it sustained hail damage last June. We had issues with our insurance company, but Hometown stuck with us and, when we settled with the insurance company, Kyle was right there to start the process of replacing our roof. The service was excellent, the quality of the product was excellent, and installation and cleanup went smoothly. What we liked was the amount of personal communication from the Project Manager, Harrison, throughout the process including drone footage during the installation. We could not be more satisfied with the overall experience with Hometown and highly recommend them.

Thank you, Kyle and the staff of Hometown Roofers, for excellent work and the reassuring follow-up attention the damage to my roof that had been compromised by the impact of a large tree limb as it slammed onto the roof, piercing a hole in it and cracking joists, the failure of which resulted in separation of first floor crown moldings and created cracks in the walls.
Kyle joined us for the insurance adjuster's evaluation, allowing us all to work together to identify solutions. On the day of the joist and roof repairs a crew of 8 arrived at sunrise to begin; they were conscientious, thoughtful and efficient. Periodically throughout the day the job manager, Harrison, sent me photos of the progress, allowing for any questions that I might have had, and as the sun went down and the rain had started, they had completed the job, cleaned the property, and were driving the trucks away!
