Working with Steve at home shield has been INCREDIBLE!! When we got hail damage we were so nervous about the process but Steve made it such a breeze and pain free. He helped us through every single step, explaining what the process would look like and what would be coming next. He worked with our insurance and was our advocate to help us maximize our payment. They don’t cut corners like so many other roofing companies around. We recommended Steve and home shield to so many friends and neighbors and they’ve had the same experiences. Would 150% recommend these guys to everyone!!!

I called HomeShield with questions about potential work at a rental property that we own. They were able to quickly get out to the property and look at the issue and then call me with feedback. They took the time to explain why the issue in question is not likely to cause problems and why it's an unnecessary fix at this point in time. They could easily have proceeded with this job, and I would have unknowingly paid a lot of money for something that's unnecessary. Steve and his team at HomeShield helped us replace part of our roof after we experienced some leaking. We had previously gotten an opinion from another company, who unfortunately seemed to misevaluate the root cause of our issue. Steve and his team quickly diagnosed our problem and clearly explained to us what this issue was. As soon as weather allowed, they not only replaced our roof but also added ventilation to ensure we did not hit the same issue down the road. The team was very communicative and easy to get a hold of. We will most definitely be using them again in the future!
