Home Shield is top rated! I'm glad that we had them replace our damaged shingles, fascia, and gutters. They will go over with you every step of the repairs and materials that are required prior to doing any work. They were very prompt, and Kristina kept us advised of when every step would be being done.
We live in an area where many new homes are being built, along with some original homes, and I've watched many roofing jobs. Beware, some of the companies can be very 'iffy' at best!

We had three locations that received significant hail damage in June (2022). We had previously used HomeShield for another project. Matt and his crew did a fantastic job with our projects. Kristina helped with our insurance claims. All we needed to do was coordinate our color selection as well as dates for installation. They even worked around our schedules to have less of an impact on our school year.

I can not say enough good things about HomeShield Roofing & Exteriors, LLC. As a result of storm damage, I found myself needing an exterior specialist. The entire exterior needed replacing, including gutters, siding, and roof. I had a lot of questions but no real idea how best to start. I knew that I wanted a local, professional, and well-respected company. After an extensive search, I settled on HomeShield Roofing & Exteriors, LLC. Kristina, one of the owners, was amazing to work with. She helped provide expert guidance on both the materials and the color options. Kristina took care of everything, including insurance. I was able to sit back and let them take care of everything. The best part was that the final product looked better than the original ever did. Without question, they will be my first call in the future and who I recommend.

They did an excellent job. The owners are responsive and follow up on communication very quickly and stand by the work. If things needed changed or fixed they were on it right away. Would highly recommend!

During the inspection of my new home, a potential siding/exterior issue was discovered. Wanting a second opinion, I contacted HomeShield. Matt went above and beyond to help. He inspected the issue, researched the siding product in question, and educated me on the proper questions to ask and remediations to request. Matt did all this for no charge. (I repeatedly offered to pay for his services, but he refused.) Matt is an honest, knowledgeable professional who I’ll most definitely use if/when a roofing/exterior issue arises in the future.

We had a hail storm come through and total our roof right before closing on the sale of our house. Kristina and everyone at HomeShield were amazing at helping us through the process of getting a new roof for our buyers in a short amount of time. They were timely, knowledgeable, and very courteous. The whole process was a breeze!

Their cleanup after the job was superb as well. They were very thorough in making sure all trash, debris, and stray nails were cleaned up. The day after the job was complete we noticed there was some grease or residue on our second story siding. Kristina came out the same day we called and got it taken care of.

I heard about Home Shield Roofing on the app Next door. Christina Hill was giving people advice on how to select a reputable roofing company and mentioned that she and her husband operated Home Shield Roofing and did free inspections.
While I had walked around my townhouse and didn’t see any obvious signs of damage, I went to their website and requested an inspection. My request was made on Monday evening, Christina called Tuesday morning and said that they were busy, but would call on Wednesday prior to stopping by. By Wednesday evening I had spoken with Christina who explained how they assess damage and what they saw on the roof and followed up with an email with photos. True to her words, their was no charge for the service.
If the rest of the people working at Home Shield Roofing are anything like Christina, I would highly recommend this company.

We had a difficult time getting anyone to come give us an estimate to repair some damaged hardiplank siding on our house. Matt came out quickly and gave us a quote, and his crew came and did the work efficiently and cleanly.

The new vents are the same as the old vents, so the appearance wasn't affected in any way. We have had two significant rains since they were installed and there were no leaks coming through to the ceiling. We are very pleased and relieved that the problem has been resolved.

Needed to replace a membrane roof on the townhouse garage we were selling and our realtor referred us to HomeShield Roofing & Exteriors. Matt was quick to make the needed repairs in a timely manner and did an excellent job in also sloping the roof for proper drainage. We hope it lasts many years for the new owner!

Matt return my first phone call within 20 minutes of my message. He showed up the very next day as promised and did a thorough check of my attic and roof areas. He took pictures of the areas that he could see that water was entering my home. He caulked around the flashing that he could see was areas of possible leakage. You showed me pictures of rubber gaskets that had dried and cracked and within 24 hours I had new gaskets installed and sealed. Matt showed up on time as promised and gave me a VERY Good price for the materials and labor. I will definitely be calling them again if I have any other issues with my roof
