I'm a ceramic artist and I wanted to find a company that would help me make a bathroom in the north end my own...These folks called me about a project I posted an add for through Angi. I was very clear I simply needed the area prepared so I could tile it myself because I was wanting to make my own tiles to use. Glen explained to me they were usually a "Start to Finish company" but he would talk to his boss and see if they would still be interested. (Great! )They agreed to come out on a monday in the evening. On monday morning I had not heard from them. It was the first day I was in my home and I noticed my toilet was leaking. So I started to remove the flooring to get to the leak. I called to see if we were still on... Apparently they double booked and wouldn't be able to make it out till Thurday morning (Fine) I started booking plumbers and flooring removal people to help diagnose the leak. Glenn and George showed up very timely on thursday. Quoted me for everything I asked ~quotes for walk in shower letting us do the finished tiling, quotes for leaving the tub and letting us do the tiling... Etc etc... Some electrical outlets etc etc....They left saying I would have my quotes ready by friday and it would be great to work with me as I was paying cash and everything seemed good to go when they left. I was clear i had guys removing the flooring on friday so I could look at the leak so I could get repair costs for that quoted because you can't know how much it's going to cost... until you know what the damage is... Glen and George smiled and nodded... I get a text at 8pm on Friday asking for me to call him but i said it was late. Glen called me on saturday morning saying everything was good to go and they wanted to start monday and go over the numbers with me. I explained that we found a leak in the sink line also and the toilet valve to shut it off wasn't working so we needed a plumber out asap and I needed to make sure that there wasn't a lot of damage in the finished basement ceiling and walls from these leaks before I could commit to their costs (I don't know how long this leak had been going...) He said he would try to get ahold of their plumber but it was a saturday and I told him okay i have some folks coming out monday to try to help me because I need the leak taken care of before leaving town to tuesday for 5 days.... we hung up and about 5 minutes later George called. He used a lot of kind words to simply say they were no longer interested in working with me because they only like to do jobs that they can do start to finish.... And "you can do this all yourself we like to help people who are not capable of doing these jobs themselves"...... He did not and would not give me a referral to someone who could... I asked him what had changed because here I was expecting to be getting a number for deposit... Instead I was left with a leaking toilet, George telling me he had put the toilet fix into the bid etc etc.... Wow... I will never understand these folks. A cash paying customer and they were offended about me trying to fix a leak as soon as possible and taking care of my property before leaving town... George was simply saying things like "I know what's going on with that toilet and I bet I could fix it" Wow... Texted Glen let him know how disappointed I was this went down this way asked him for a referral... Crickets... I have spinal stenosis a disk degenerative disease and a small non-cancerous brain tumor that gives me headaches... Just because someone LOOKS like they can do things doesn't mean they can..... If I could do it myself... Why would I be calling? I know what I can do myself... Which is why I was very clear about what I could NOT do myself.... I chose this company because of the 5 star rating... Perhaps more folks are just too nice to speak their truth. If this company knew I had a leaking toilet they were bidding on... why would they just leave it going for an entire weekend? They stated they were there to remodel a bathroom and did not offer to fix the toilet or send someone that day to help...

George & his team do great work in a timely manner & with professionalism. I appreciate the courtesy they show towards my family & pets as well.

The crew did a low threshold walk in shower, replaced the sink, toilet, and floors. They asked me what I wanted done and fulfilled my vision. They are highly efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. They cleaned up daily so we could continue to use the bathroom.

I had the job from hell , bad wood , 100 yr old house , I got astronomical estimates from other contractors . George measured it up and went over in detail what he was going to do and gave me a fair price . His crew were top notch , they did a nice job , cleaned up every night and were done in 3 days . We were very happy with USA Installations and in particular with George. His level of service was well beyond the norm in the industry. I don't generally rate 5 stars unless people have gone over and above the Call of Duty. In this case, George did. The project was re-roofing a remote cabin and he was happy to meet halfway between our home and his office in order to expedite the project.

The work was accomplished in a timely manner, at a fair price, and with a very complete clean up. They did find some additional work with some rotted plywood (not unexpectedly on a 40 year old cabin) but they did that work at a very fair, pre-arranged price. I liked the "one stop shopping" in that we also needed gutters and downspouts and George fully coordinated that process.

Due to water damage from fixture break, we replaced our bath with a new acrylic shower system, updated plumbing, brushed nickel fixtures, vinyl plank flooring and new vanity.

We had a wonderful experience working with George at USA Installation. He helped us to pick out our tile for the floor and walls for our new bathtub. We were replacing our old bathtub with a freestanding. Charlie did a great job and was very respectful of our wishes. Our new freestanding bathtub and the tile work around our tub is absolutely gorgeous.

Mr. Oliver (George) was very professional and caring in his approach to explain all the necessary steps required to replace our failed drain pan in our master shower. He explained all the options available to us for our upgrade using the Onyx system. He answered all of our questions and we knew exactly what to expect during the shower transformation.
The material arrived earlier than expected so we were able to start sooner. His demo and installation team were on time every day and gave me daily updates. The installation team took great pride in the work. The finished master shower looks incredible. Such a major difference from what we had used previously. My wife and I look forward to our daily shower under the new rain shower head. Also his team leader Pat went out of his way to give me advice and he assisted me in another small home repair that I was accomplishing. Prompt & courteous. Installers were knowledgeable and adept which was necessary for the snafus that seem to occur with most projects. Cleanliness was an emphasis and maintained thru out the project. We couldn' t be happier with the work they did. We had a new tub surround put in and we used the material from the Onyx Collection and it's just beautiful. The crew was professional and they cleaned up when they were done and the job was done in the time frame they said it would be done.

Rarely do home construction projections go smoothly. These guys were great. They got the project done right. They showed up on schedule and were fantastic to work with. I watched them work and you could tell their lead worker was focused on getting it right and not just getting it done. I had a lot of plumbing moved and trenches dug and it was a messy nasty job I did not want to do. It was done for a very fair price and done right the first time with no problems or having to come back. Very happy with the job they did.
