Our free standing fireplace was leaking propane just in time for my busy Christmas vacation rental season. Randy was able to quickly get to the house and assess the problem and do a quick fix just in time for the check in time for the guests. Fireplace Guys have also serviced us before. Great to have them on our list service providers!

I can’t tell you how long it took until I reached out and found this team of helpful guys. Randy came to the house and not only helped me with my existing issue, but went above and beyond to diagnose another issue we were having with my stove top. The tech Randy updated me on the timing of his arrival via text and spent around five hours trying to find a difficult gas leak from our two year old fireplace. Turned out our builder had accidentally drilled a hole into the gas line behind to fireplace. Randy was able to find and repair the problem without tearing up the drywall. Would recommend.

The Fireplace Guys have been providing us with excellent service for our gas fireplaces for the past 16 years, and they continue to do so. We had a problem starting our fireplace and Randy from the Fireplace Guys was very competent and professional and was able to fix the problem. He also took the time to explain to me what was causing the issue. Would give him 10 stars if this was an option.

I had the fireplace guys install a gas line in our new construction home. We had an issue with a leak and I called to let them know. They took down my information and let me know they'd call me back soon. Jesus followed through with calling me back and they came out the next day and looked at the issue and ultimately got it repaired so I could be approved for my final and get moved in. These guys stuck to their word, followed through with the repair, communicated with me and had a great attitude during the process. I couldn't ask for more. They had an issue but resolved it and made the experience pleasant. Thanks so much to Jesus and the Fireplace Guys!

I bought a wood stove from Steve. He was very honest and communicated with us well on how things where going to be installed. There products are good quality.

The fireplace guys are the fireplace installer to use in Wenatchee. These guys provide a great product and are extremely knowledgeable through many years of experience.

They came out on time and finished job in a timely manner and left a clean worksite when done. The installation crew was great.. super friendly and worked with us to give us exactly what we wanted.

Steve and Al are great! Working through the install of our new propane fireplace was painless. As you know during COVID home improvement projects have been painful to say the least. Communication, professionalism and timeliness were al met and exceeded! Thanks guys

Background leading to my recommendation for The Fireplace Guys over a local competitor.
After purchase and installation of two high end fireplaces, found one them not in accord with what was expected.
I spent almost 12 months after install requesting that the competitor address my concerns only to be continuously put off or presented with incorrect components. (I have since heard we are not alone in these dealings from that competitor)
There are too many customer service violations to list of which resulted in a highly frustrating experience for me, not to mention those who also tried to assist!
Long story short, the result for that competitor earned them a recommendation value of ZERO due to their unreliability, lack of communication and unacceptable customer service!

Now, for my recommendation of The Fireplace Guys.

I reached out to them in hopes of getting some assistance. What a hopeful and refreshing experience!
Their customer service exceeded what one would expect. I was given the opportunity to speak with the fireplace representative from Travis Industries who answered my questions and confirmed my purchases. That may be rare, however there was no question in acknowledging what we were going through and in "making things right” despite the competitor’s failure to do so.
I was given assurance by Alan that we would be taken care of. There was continuous communication via calls, phone texts and email. We were given a very reasonable timeframe for when our concerns would be addressed and in “making things right”.
The techs that came out to accomplish the install were knowledgeable and courteous. They also adjusted an incorrect airflow setting from the previous installation.
This experience has resulted in highly recommend (hence the 5 stars) for The Fireplace Guys. I believe, you can be confident in them meeting or exceeding expectations in terms of communication, customer service, and follow through.

Originally had my fireplace insert installed by another local company. Install was an epic fail and months later had problems with my unit. The original company even came back later and attempted to charge me more money for the install.

Called Alan and he made room in his busy schedule to come to my house and get the fireplace back up and running. He identified two mistakes made on the install by the other local company. He left with the fireplace running and assured me his team will come back and make corrections to the errors with the initial install.

Really appreciate his efforts!

We are very pleased with our recent experience in dealing with this business and the Jotul stove we are enjoying in our home. Steve and Al were very helpful in the selection of our stove and guiding us through the installation process. As we have a manufactured home there was the L&I permitting which they helped us with. The installers were very efficient and careful in leaving our home clean after the installation. They had to return to make some minor adjustments which was done without problem.. If anyone needs a stove this business is worthy of your consideration.

If customer service is important to you, this is the place for you! The owner was so helpful and patient. I would definitely recommend this place!

We love our Jotul stove! The work was done very professionally. Be prepared to do your own building permit work. As a novice I made a few mistakes but the Chelan County folks helped me thru it. I would deal with Al and Steve again.

These guys are amazing! I was in a panic the first time I had met Steve over the phone. My chimney had collapsed under the snow, but I was in Las Vegas when it happened. He understood the problem immediately and got his guys out to my place in less than four hours...and the place was 90 minutes away! Fixing the collapsed chimney in the snow on a very steep roof was very dangerous, but his experts got the job done and saved the inside of our house. Later in the year his guys installed a stove and replaced all of the chimney piping at an incredible cost. Lastly, I can't say enough about his crew. We got a chance to spend the day with 'the brothers', who were not only very professional but just good guys. Can't thank them enough!!

Alan and Steve first educate you about options for both gas and wood fireplaces and then discuss your individual wants, needs, and budget. Once you decide to purchase, they quickly schedule you and complete your installation. The Fireplace Guys are experienced, thorough, very professional, and communicate with you throughout the process!

Top notch service! Installed a previous display gas fireplace in our home. Excellent service, knowledge and extreme care with installation. Has been my go to with servicing questions and even a possible bee infestation (turns out to be a kids toy that was brought inside with a nest). They will make you part of the fireplace family!

Al is a first class craftsman, reliable, honest and and just a nice guy. He was one time, did great work, one of the few actually licensed. Highly recommend.
