We had an amazing experience with our recent outdoor repairs and upgrades! Vito and his team at NW Reliable Home Services handled a wide range of projects—replacing a falling-down fence with a beautiful new cedar one (which they also painted), widening and enhancing our deck with pressure-treated wood, building a cinder block wall for our flower bed, and adding pressure-treated wood to the back of it for a clean, polished look.

They also repaired and treated our roof, trimmed tall bushes we could not reach, fixed a broken water spigot, and Vito's worker, Andrew, safely and efficiently removed a rotted pergola. Every part of the job was done quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. They were prompt, reliable, and incredibly efficient, delivering high-quality work throughout. They always got the jobs done quickly and with good quality!

What also stood out, was how well they communicated with me as a Deaf person. They took the time to talk slowly, to listen, made great suggestions, and ensured I was fully informed and comfortable at every step. I wasn’t going to give them a review at all but I’m so disappointed and pissed off they did a terrible job had me buy cedar for the post the then latter said I should’ve bought fur. That’s just the start I have photos I’m sending with this review, I had to pay another contractor a 1000 to fix all the stuff they didn’t do right on top of the 7000 I gave them I would not hire them to build a dog house!!!!!! The real kicker is the post they used to hold up yhe corner of the deck you can see there is nothing under it but some dirt they put in the hole I’m telling you people don’t hire them

We originally called Vito to get an estimate for adding a roof to our existing deck. As we discussed options, he suggested changing the layout of the deck, something we hadn’t considered. His ideas helped us see the possibilities and we love the open concept. We asked him to add a cement patio and walkway.

I needed a company to help remove Trees that had grown too big for their space. I spoke with the owner about taking half of them out, removing dead ones, and trimming the lot of them of them that remained. He worked us in quickly, communicated with us instantly, providing options and professional input. They were punctual, professional, friendly and did exactly what they came to do, leaving no trace behind! We are so happy with the result. Highly, highly recommend. In December 2024, we called NW Reliable Home Services to perform standard maintenance on our ten-year-old roof. The roof was in good condition, and we wanted to make sure that there were no issues that could result in more significant costs later. After getting bids from four different companies, NW Reliable presented a bid comparable to and price competitive with the others. What impressed us most was how comprehensive their service was. Things like nails missing on flashing and shingles were replaced without charge. They made sure the job was done right. They also pointed out issues with fascia boards and future needs. They earned our business and will be among the first people we call for future jobs.

They were fast to respond and fair on price. The problem tree was out the next day. Ours was a smaller project and it was nice to have it taken seriously. They were very nice and professional!

This is my first house, which is a bit overwhelming, but Vitaliy and his team did a wonderful job of not only cleaning the gutters, but identifying the potential issues of the gutter/draining system and answered my questions and offered ideas about the trees trimming and fence/concrete improving as NW Reliable Home Services is a very versatile company that can take care of multiple home improving projects. They also brought to my attention (and fixed it) that the nails on top of my roof needed caulking to avoid water leaks, which was overlooked by the roof replacement workers two years ago. They’ll definitely be my go-to companies in the future.

I called Vitaliy to see if he did pressure washing. He was out shortly after I called him with estimate & went over everything I requested to be done.
Next day they came back & worked all day. The were back next day to finish the job. It looks so nice now. I am so pleased with Vitaliy & his crew they are so pleasant & they do what they said they would.

Vitaly and his company are fantastic. Very straightforward to work with, friendly, good communication, and excellent quality work. We’ve had them do a few landscaping projects, including trimming a massive oak tree that was hanging over my and my neighbors house, taking down a problematic Douglas fir and Alder, along with a few other things. Each time he comes out, makes sure he clearly understands our needs, and provides fair quotes. This last time we were doing a lot so he even threw in a couple of the smaller things in at no cost, which I appreciated. They show up on time, are efficient and respectful of the property, and transparent. He even noted if anything went slightly amiss and doesn’t try to cover anything up. Before they leave they make sure everything is tidy and that Inal happy with the job done.

Vito came out to bid the job and, once hired, did an excellent job of fixing our gate. He came out on what was one of the coldest days of the year to do the work. He’s a great communicator so I never had to wonder what he was doing. He complted the project in great time and took the old boards to dispose of them. All I had to do was pay him! I will keep his card and call him first when the next repair comes up.

Service was excellent and price very reasonable. We knew we had a lot of moss that had started to form but had no idea how bad. Then he also noticed some bare spots that we will be having him come back to fix. Very thorough. Definitely would recommend.

I had a large window that had exterior trim wood rot that I'd been attempting to get repaired for some time.
The process with Northwest Reliable Home Services was so easy. I simply sent several photos by text of the window to show the size of the window and the rotting section that needed repair; that same day I had a very reasonable bid and was scheduling my repair.

On the day of service they arrived early, spoke with me about the work that was going to be done, and then immediately got to work.

I'm extremely happy with the ease of the bid , fair pricing, the time it took to complete the job, the excellent customer service throughout the entire process and the care they took while on the property. The final product looks amazing!

As a side note, when they completed the job I showed Vito another project I had that needed attention, which was a section of my fencing that was bowed. He gave me a very fair price and was kind enough to complete that extra job on the spot without having to schedule.
I'm putting this company on speed dial as I will definitely be using them again!

They cut down a 100 ft huge tree, trimmed limbs on 5 trees and put up a beautiful fence, nice and sturdy! Very hard workers! Cleaned up everything and the backyard looks great. Would definitely use them again for other work!

I highly recommend this company! I had a difficult three level townhouse clean out to do. The lower level is way down a steep hill and they managed to get everything off the lower level deck -no problem! Super nice guys. Very prompt and able to schedule me in last minute. Right on time and easy to make an appointment. Did a great job and my gutters are 30ft high, so not exactly easy.

Needed porch steps fixed so they were ergonomic. Painted porch beautifully with textured (sand) deck paint. The color we chose, (with Vito's suggestion) was Chocolate brown. I love how it looks, no slipping down the steps in winter. I needed a gate secured for puppy escapes. He went above an beyond to figure out a solution. I appreciate his quality of work and friendly attitude. I will be having him do more repairs, and roof cleaned. I highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

Wind blew over a large fire tree across my yard. NW Reliable Home Sevice quoted a fair price. They completed the cut up, cleanup and wood stacking. Service beyond expectations.
