We called Tony to ask for a quote on replacing a pressure regulator valve for our water heater and he immediately responded and was very professional and straight forward with the amount it would be to do the job. He was excellent with communication and set up the time and day for the appointment as well as taking the initiative by following up and ordering the part for replacement. Tony was very professional and completed the job with timeliness and efficiency. We had a plumbing emergency at 2AM... This guy was one of two places that answered the phone, and he was the only one available to come out that same day. Sure enough, he showed up right on time at 9am, was here for three hours and was successful in getting everything running again!

He went out of his way to find a solution, even going up on the roof to run the snake down the plumbing vent!

I always get three estimates if I'm hiring someone. It gives me a better sense of the scope of the job, skill of the people, and price. I called Tony after looking at his reviews and I'm so glad I did. He saw a simpler way to solve the current problem at a much lower rate than the others. He was clear about what he could do and how it would fix the problem, with suggestions of how to improve other things at some point I much prefer using local, small businesses and I've found my plumber!

Great guy who does quality work for a solid price. Had him install an under sink RO water filtration system. Arrived exactly when he said he would and did a great job. AcPI quoted me $1800 for the install alone as I already had the system, Newton did it for $450.

We have a downstairs toilet that was backing up weekly. We were able to plung it for a while with success. Then it began to bubble up with the use of the washing machine and dish washer, then with the use of the upstairs bathrooms. I called Newton,s Plumbing and made an appointment for 2 days later - at the time I made the appointment the toilet was functioning- Within two hours of that phone call everything completely backed up. We were unable to use any water anywhere in the house. I called Tony back and he rearranged his schedule to accommodate my emergency. We called the right plumber, Tony, to unclog our kitchen sink drain. He was very efficient and explained what he was doing and why it occurred. We liked his work and asked they he give us an estimate for replacing our shower faucets, which was very reasonable. We definitely would recommend Newton's Plumbing.

We had a pipe burst late in the night and Tony was able to come out and fix it first thing the next morning. We hired Newton’s Plumbing based on a neighbors’ recommendation to replace a couple of toilets, 2 faucet fixtures and to fix a leaky shower. Tony also helped with a creative solution for one of our faucets that we were having a (design) challenge with. His estimate was reasonable and the quality of work was outstanding. Would definitely hire Newton’s Plumbing again!

I was notified by a tenant about 7:30 in the evening there was sewage water draining along the side of the home. We have used the same plumber for years for our rentals and flip houses but he has retired. I looked online that same evening for a plumber. Newton Plumbing caught my eye as I was looking for a smaller business as I’ve heard of issues with some of the larger companies. I text Tony about 8 pm that evening expecting to hear the next day. He responded quickly indicating he could meet me at 1pm the following day. He pulled in exactly on time, surveyed the problem and proceeded to unplug the main sewer line. He charged a very fair price for his service. I will use Tony again and highly recommend.

Had my hose bib replace quickly and with no problems. I would recommend this plumber. He gave me a quote without the run around that others tried to put me through.

Tony was amazing! I called a bunch of plumbers before I found Newton’s Plumbing, all of them either didn’t show up when they were supposed to or never called me back. I am writing this review for my mom who hired Newton’s Plumbing to fix a leak in an outside faucet. Even with his busy schedule, the owner, Tony, was able to make time the very next day to evaluate the situation. He arrived on time and when mom asked him about potentially relocating the current faucet from the front of the house to the side of the driveway, he happily made that happen as well! He was friendly, professional, and she was happy with the quality of the work. His prices were more than reasonable, especially since he was not expecting to do more than replace the faucet. It’s not always common to find service professionals you can trust and who also make you feel at ease. We will definitely be using and recommending Newton’s in the future!

This is the 2nd time I called Tony to do a job for me. This one was a biggie.

My wife noticed our water bill was unusually high. After checking our Water Meter it became obvious we had a leak.

To put this in perspective I have an older house (1904 on paperwork) that over the years (20+) we have been fixing up.
We have a large back yard with 3 "Hyrdrants" and those water lines are underground and are 10 feet to 100 foot away from the house. We could not find a leak under the house or anywhere in the house so the obvious conclusion I came up with was the leak was under ground to one of our "Hydrants". There were no shutoffs to these lines. I searched many times over the years. The house is old and whoever installed the lines originally, tapped off the main feeder

It would have cost us way too much to dig up the yard to find the leaks or replace the lines. Tony and I decided the best way to go about this was to replace the main feeder line from the water meter to the house and run a new hose spicket for the back yard

Our leak was bad but the house was still water functioning. Tony was able to plan the job and get it done in a relatively short time. The work itself took 1 day to run the line and get water back to the house, then another partial day of tyding up loose ends

Everything is back and the leak is taken care of

We also had another larger plumbing company come and give us a quote. Tony beat the price by $3000... and what I love about Tony is he gives it to you straight. You're not going to get a silver gold or platinum package, your just going to get the facts and a quote.

I've said this before in my earlier review. Tony cares about his work, he goes to great lengths to make sure the job is done correctly. Tony has earned all of my future plumbing needs, and he is now permanently in my cel phones contacts.

I gave Newton's a call when my water heater needed to be replaced. I called around and ultimately chose Newton's for 2 reasons initially

1.) His quote was very competitive
2.) I wanted it done sooner and Newton's was able the next day.

You can tell that doing a good job is very improtant to him, as well as sticking to his word on when it will get done.

When all is said and done Newton's did a great job, at a great price. I won't hesitiate to use Newton's again

3 days to get a quote from the big companies for a bid. Called Tony on Monday got a quote and job done Tuesday. Awesome service.

Made an appointment online with Tony to remove a toilet and install a new Toto electric toilet/bidet and mentioned the model. He took the time prior to the appointment to research the installation procedure and did the somewhat complicated install quickly and efficiently. He showed up on time and was very personable, cleaned up and took the old toilet saying he would see if the Habitat for Humanity store wanted it before disposing of it for me. He's one of the good ones.

Quick and easy under the sink issue, I tried CPI first but had issues with them that led to me calling Newton's Plumbing. Tony from Newton's Plumbing responded immediately, was SUPER helpful, let me know he would be able to do the work for cheaper than CPI quoted me, I was able to schedule online very quickly and easily with him, and the work was done in under an hour on the scheduled day.

I called Newton's Plumbing on a Sunday due to a recently discovered leaky water heater and Tony responded within minutes. Had clogged pipe that backed up into my tub flooding my bathroom and Tony definitely responded fast to the situation. He gave some advice on future issues and told me how to prevent issue slog with showing me how to unclog it myself. Tony was great to have at my place and will definitely use him again if need plumber again.

Tony was awesome! I needed the water hooked up to the fridge and a new garbage disposal installed. He did quality work, charged what was quoted, and was pleasant to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend Newton's Plumbing for all plumbing needs.

We needed our outdoor faucets replaced. He was easy to get ahold of and we were able to schedule a visit with no delay. He was on time and even messaged ahead, which was super appreciated. The work went very fast and he was right on with his estimate of cost and time. He even took the time to use the old parts to instruct me on how it works and how to prevent future issues. We also talked about his passion for wood carving and with that I knew he had passion and care for all of the work he does!

I had booked Tony in advance to come take a look at a leak that I thought was happening under our master bathroom based on some paint that that I noticed bubbling on the ceiling in the laundry room just below even though the ceiling seemed to be dry. After speaking to the previous owner, I discovered that the paint bubble had apparently been there for a while. When a contractor had remodeled the master bath around 15 years ago, the owner discovered a leak and the contractor came back out to repair it. But they apparently didn't fix the bubble in the ceiling. So I called Tony back and said that it was nothing to worry about because I had thought that it wasn't a current leak. However, my wife and I had noticed for a while that water was backing up in the shower. So I go in with a plunger after cancelling and go to town. I'm a big guy. So I eventually got the huge hairball up that was clogging the drain. But in the process I also pulled up what seemed to be caulking/puddy. Well there was still water in the shower that wasn't going down. So I go into the bedroom to say something to my wife and <sploosh> all the water seems to rush down the drain. So I say "Yay! The drain cleared." Then on a whim, I decide to go down into the laundry room and there is water covering the floor and dripping out of my ceiling fan onto the washer. So I call Tony back about an hour after cancelling my appointment. It is around 7:15PM when I do this. Tony surprisingly answers and I ask him if he had already filled my spot. Luckily he hadn't and he came out to take a look before he was going to come out the next morning. When he came in the next day, he went straight to work. It turned out that the contractor had done a temporary fix. Where the drain connects to the shower, it had started to slip out of the housing. So instead of going in through through the ceiling downstairs, they had just patched it with some plumber's puddy, which is what I pulled up when I was plunging. We were told by Tony that this should have been a temporary fix at best. It is amazing that it held for 15 years. Tony discussed the situation and his plan to fix it with my wife and I and then went to work. I figured on an hourly rate that he would be taking his sweet time. But this guy was non-stop. Sweating, going up and down the stairs, and not even charging me for the time that he forgot a tool and had to go back and get it. This guy was awesome. I can't express how happy I was with the work. I will definitely be using his service again if I need a plumber.

It was great working with Tony! He was professional, responsive in text messages, emails, and had a good price. He installed a utility sink in my garage and a hose bib on the outside of the house. The utility sink required rough-in plumbing inside a wall and in the crawl space under the floor. All this work was neat and professional. Strongly recommended!

He hopped right out of bed and got here quickly. He was professional and friendly. We had a really bad clogged line that was causing back up into drains. He was upfront about cost. $400 for an after hours emergancy call late at night. Had to remove toilet and run his snake 40feet out to unclog. He got it done in an hour. Other companies quoted $1500+ for the same job.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

At 4pm on a Tuesday our toilet valve to the wall became a shower thanks to an over zealous husband. After shutting the main water off, we checked local plumbers and most of them were closed. After seeing lots of five star reviews (and open until five!) we gave Newton's a call. It was the best choice we could have made! He showed up promptly (though we were given a two hour window we were happy to accommodate) and got right to work (with a face mask). He explained what he *could* do, but also wanted to try a simpler fix first. That easier fixed worked, and an a hour and a half after making the original call our issue is fixed, and Newton's has a new happy customer. Definitely give this guy a try. New local business, very personable, hard working, and licensed and insured.

Answered right away and set time for following day. Upfront with price. Even offered to look at another problem because I had already paid for first hour. Turns out it was a quick fix and he fixed it RIGHT THEN!

We noticed a ‘mist’ in our garage on a Thursday night, and identified that there must be a small hole somewhere in the plumbing around our hot water heater. We called five or six plumbers, including the most visible and well-known plumbing organizations in Skagit County.

None of then responded.

One had a devoted ‘emergency after hours line’. We called it three times. Each time it went to voicemail, but the voicemail wasn’t set up to receive messages.

We then called a plumber in Pacific County we know, and he responded immediately, offering suggestions to stop the leak while at least keeping cold water flowing.

Shortly thereafter, we tried Newton’s Plumbing, and Tony answered the phone! He was reassuring, and told us he’d be out in the morning, since we had appeared to stop the leak for the time being.

Tony arrived on time, and was very professional. He identified the location of the leak, and proceeded to fix it. Tony was friendly, and walked me through everything he was doing along the way.

We have a new plumber in Skagit County - Tony from Newton’s Plumbing! His new slogan might need to be, “I’ll pick up the phone while the other guys ignore your call.”

Tony was professional and repaired my shower the day after I called him. Will definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone.

I called Tony Tuesday to help me with a clogged drain in my kitchen and he came Wednesday! I was thrilled he came so quickly...I couldn’t use my kitchen until this was fixed. He explained and showed me what the issue was and how I can fix it myself in the future- so nice! He also gave me an instrument to clean out clogged bathroom sinks/shower & tub drains.

I called him at the end of his long day, but he was still willing to come over and help me fugure out what was going on. Turned out it was a burst pipe in the wall behind the hot water tank. It was a big job that he didn't have time for that night, but he told me how we could fix it ourselves! He didn't even charge me for coming out and diagnosing the problem! I will definitely be calling him in the future!

Tony answered my call promptly, he swapped out a hot water tank overflow pipe in a Mt Vernon home for my clients. Overflow pipe in garage was PVC, not needing repair yet wrong type. Tony swapped it out with the correct CPVC pipe. I will call again for any of my Skagit County plumbing needs.

We had a clog emergency and Tony was able to be here within a couple hours. Professional and gave us a lot of information to save time and money if we're in the same spot again. I would highly recommend.

Tony was able to fix a clogged up toilet in 5 minutes. He then showed me what tool to use and how to use it.

USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! It is so great to be able to work with a smaller, locally owned business instead of one of those larger chain companies that over-charge for adequate work. Tony is amazing. We found a leak in a wall pipe last night at 6:30pm. I called around and none of the big chains were open/available. I tried Newton's Plumbing based on their reviews, Tony answered right away. He was already on an emergency call but said he would get to us the next day. An hour later he called back saying his current emergency job ended sooner than expected and he could come over right away. He was here by 8pm. He diagnosed the issue with quick competence. Due to the late hour, he came back at 7:30am the next morning and had the issue fixed in less than a half hour. Even though he went out of his way to help us he did not over-charge us. He is our go-to plumber from now on.
