Had a great experience with Rick's Roofing. Rick came out on short notice and fixed our roof to get our home ready for sale. They were easy to communicate with and did a great job.

My experience with Ricks Roofing was better than I would have ever expected. I got a quote from multiple companies for a roof leak we were having in our kitchen. Rick came out to my house (in early October) when it was pouring down rain and unlike the other guys, didn’t waste anytime before he hopped up on the roof to track down the issue. Rick gave me a quote to take care of the repair that was extremely thorough and detailed. Rick discovered that the leak was coming from higher up on the roof and potentially causing more damage along the way. Rick also discovered that the previous roofers had sheathed the whole roof with OSB board instead of the proper plywood sheathing, which is a big concern with the current water intrusion that we were aware of. Rick gave me multiple options to choose from to deal with the situation. We decided to replace the back half of the roof and replace all the OSB board with the correct CDX plywood. I am very glad that we went with this option, in the process we discovered a much worse leak coming from some skylights that was starting to affect the structures of the roof.

Ricks team was fast, efficient and respectful. I was absolutely floored by the amount of work they were able to get done in a day. We only had a small window of time until some serious rain was moving into the area and rick was on top of it all the way. Rick was extremely communicative with anything that came up with the roof and any issues that needing to fix or attention along the way.

We have a low angle roof on the back of the house that sits under a few large trees and we decided to go with torch down on the low angle section and shingles on the steeper sections. The torch down looks great and has so far been working excellent. I crawled into the attic after a massive storm blew through and it was till dry as a bone. The leak in the house is fixed and I can rest easy knowing that Rick and his team did their jobs well.

We will be contracting Rick and his team when we do the front half of our roof this coming spring/summer. I am confident that if anything is to come up in the future that I can count on Rick to help me out and get the job done as fast as possible.

He is a great communicator and his approach of giving me a lot of detail upfront was different than the other roofing companies. I can't endorse enough the care and attention to detail, and the ingenuity of solving the unique challenges of the roof as well, including the replacement of the support beam and a strange corner with a stepped-down corner, and a chimney area that was tricky.

I rarely leave reviews, but we had a really great experience with Rick's Roofing, and I can save you some time. Every phase was what you want when hiring strangers to shore up your home. They are good at what they do, explain what is the issue, they do what they say they're going to do, and the work actually came in UNDER the estimate. Plus they are nice people. My point of contact was Rick Jr., and he will be my first text or call when we are ready to replace a different part of the roof.

My wife and I worked endlessly, it seemed to me, on the intricate details of the two jobs we’ve done with him (siding project still underway). Through his breadth of experience as a general contractor and as the son of a roofer, Rick has access to a network of specialists that he trusts. Being able to easily integrate Rick’s additional subs into the job gave us opportunities to save money in ways we hadn’t considered. Rick has a knack for squeezing every dollar out of a budget and the patience to work with the client on all aspects of planning. From budget to building.

In our older home, projects have a way of being plagued with unforeseen problems (my emphasis on having the job done Properly). Again, with all the skills and contacts of a general contractor, Rick has been repeatedly able to find ways to keep pushing the project , while still keeping costs in line. His flexibility and attention to detail, in considering every aspect of the project, have been of great value to us.

In all, I would highly recommend Rick’s Roofing to anyone who wants a job done right, at a fair price, and by a company that doesn’t just want to write you an invoice, but wants to help build your future life.

Received A quick and reasonable quote to have my roof done. They delivered my facia board early so I had a chance to paint it befor installation. How cool was that.! Two day job then cleaned up.. Great crew and I recommend Rick Roofing. Roof looks great!
