JD Remodeling Construction just finished a bathroom addition at our home in Seattle. Alex, Rico, Javier and the rest of the crew were awesome from start to finish. Javier gave a fair bid for the work that needed to be done, they showed up when they said they would, got to work right away and the project was done before the anticipated finish date. The quality of work was exceptional, and the bathroom looks great. The crew was very respectful of our home as well. We provided them with a key and full unsupervised access. Each day our house was locked up safe. They cleaned up the construction mess on the last day and the house was left in great shape. We are so thankful to Javier for being willing to take on our project before the end of the year. I definitely recommend this company for any work you need to have completed. Top notch company in every way!

I needed some interior walls moved to make my kitchen more functional, and because appliances needed rearranging both electrical and hood fan venting also needed moving. JD remodeling got the job done in 3 days, they were fast and affordable. They were able to work within my limited budget, and finished on time.

I plan to use them again for a few other small projects.

Javier, Rico and the crew completed a kitchen and 3x bathroom remodel for us in June 2024. The team was respectful, kept our place clean amidst all of the construction dust, communicative, easy to work with and professional.

We wanted to pick out tile and chose a non-standard color of cabinets. They were accommodating to our vision and brought it all together in a very timely turn around at a fair price.

Our project included new cabinets, counters, tile, pantry remodel & window replacements. All look really good and we are happy with the final product.

I have hired JD Remodeling for numerous jobs -kitchen remodel, deck build, fence reconstruction. They are amazing in terms of speed — one week turnaround at most. JD is also an ethical man. The insurance company engineer and plumbers missed a broken pipe. He discovered it, apologized and did the re-work — including replacing the broken pipe. It was not in the SOW. He is also extremely economical. The pictures attached are a sunshine basement converted into a master bedroom. I wanted to save some cash and paint it myself.

Javier and his team are really great people and do awesome work. I will absolutely use JD remodeling for any future needs and I have already recommended him to a neighbor. They replaced 10 rotting exposed roof beams about 35 feet in the air and made sure the beams won’t be exposed and rot again, then replaced the facia board up there, and painted everything. They left the yard where they worked clean and tidy. Very hard workers, I was super impressed.

Would highly recommend working with Javier and his professional team.
You never know what you get with contractors so even after research I hired JD Remodeling for a small bathroom remodel job to gauge the quality of work.
He was extremely accommodating, completed the job quicker than expected and had insight on errors in our design and we were able to make improvements on the fly.
Ended up hiring him for many other parts of the full remodel and was not disappointed.
I have already recommended them to a real estate colleague and will be using their services when clients ask for recommendations.
I hope they have time for remodeling my next project when their stellar reputation gets them booked...

I called JD Remodeling Construction because I had to fire the contractor I was working with.
Javier and his crew came in, fixed all the MESS the previous contractor created. And completed the job in no time. I was so grateful. The price was great and with how quick they did the work I would and have been recommending them to everyone and anyone who asks or I hear is looking for a contractor.
Really no joke there great.

Javier was great to work with! His crew painted the exterior of our home. He was very reasonably priced, quick, and easy to communicate with. He listened to our concerns and was very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

They had a crew working on our house for two weeks. We are very happy with the painting and Jorge was always available immediately for a call or to come talk to the crew.

Taking off one star only because you do need to pay attention to the work. We hadn’t expected them to paint some unpainted cedar on the porch and by the time we saw the primer it was too late. Also some windows were painted shut but they quickly fixed that when we pointed it out.

Javier and his team were absolutely amazing! JD Remodeling Construction worked on my kitchen remodeling last February 2022. Because of their good quality and value for money I hired them again for our bathroom renovation project last month! They torn down my old kitchen bathroom and made it into a zen place for us. I absolutely love the skylight adding more lighting which we definitely need in Seattle.

We hired JD to paint our house exterior, repair siding and install handrails. In an age where most Seattle contractors charge ridiculously high prices, their quote was reasonable and the team delivered high quality work. I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. They started work on time and were respectful of our needs. I will work with them for all future projects based on this experience.

The crew at JD Remodeling removed the old sliding door and windows and opened up the wall to install a new header. Then when the door was installed that promptly returned and fixed all the drywall and siding. Repainted and figured out some tricky trim work. The project has transformed my living room and deck. They worked well to get the project done to my specifications and tight timing with the door delivery and install. I'd totally recommend them.

JD Remodeling did an excellent job on my bathroom remodel. The work quality was excellent, they responded quickly and did the work in just a few days, they were very flexible and responsive to my requests, and were a real pleasure to do business with. The cost was very reasonable. The project included floor demolition and new floor installation, plumbing of new fixtures, electrical work for new lighting, and painting. I would definitely hire them again.

We’ve used JD Remodeling for 3 different projects now and have loved each experience. They painted the exterior of our home and did an incredible job. Javier made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction and wanted to make sure we were happy with the end product.

JD Remodeling did a beautiful job on our kitchen and bathroom remodel. They also did exterior and interior painting. Javier and his team got the demo and addition done in no time at all, and installed hardwoods and cabinets. Due to Covid we had some delays in deliveries of some items so some things took a bit longer than it would have in a non pandemic time. But this was no fault of theirs. When things were about done we had a punch list of small details we wanted to be done and they came in and got it all done quickly. We are happy with our beautiful new kitchen and bathroom! Our hot water heater also died while they were here working and they installed a new one in less than 24 hours. We are happy with our decision to hire JD Remodeling.

We had Javier and his team remodel an old farm house in West Seattle, including a completely new upstairs bathroom, new kitchen countertops, new carpets in the bedrooms, new floors in the kitchen, dining, and breakfast nook, new toilet and countertop in the main floor half bath.
