Third party (subcontracted) services did not arrive for scheduled appointment. I called the toll free number provided, waited more than 10 minutes for someone to answer, and still have not been provided a status on when (or if) my carpet will get installed today. This is my second, unhappy experience purchasing carpet from Home Depot. Store staff acknowledged poor communication, but there's no apparent improvement with the new carpet installer.

Update: Thought I should clarify that the installer did eventually show up (late) on the day scheduled. I never received a response to my voicemail, but the carpet did get installed.
