Our flooring guy, West, was really good to work with but otherwise Home Depot really dropped the ball. Tried to call in 8 times one day, 4 times another with no results. It was many days before we heard from the installer - by that time we had moved our business over to Lowe's.
While West was excellent, the overall customer service at this (and many other Home Depots) isn't very good. Promised I wouldn't use them again after a bad experience with the Bozeman, Mt store and only called them in Kona because we thought they would be more responsive than Lowe's. We were wrong - it is almost impossible to speak to anyone at this Home Depot
