Horrible customer service at the Sheridan store! Rather than help coordinate an installation (which they said they would do) I waited 5 days for a call from them so I called and got bounced around from department to department then was told to just make the calls and arrangements myself. Thank goodness for Sears, they still care about their customers, offer help and answer questions!
