Kyle is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with! He took his time with diagnostic until he was sure that the issue was fixed. Grateful for his expertise!

From the receptionist to the repairman (Kyle) Alpine was prompt, professional and effective. I called at 10:00 am and the work was completed by 1:00 pm. Now our AC works for the summer!

Kyle checked the cooling system finding plugged air filter, plugged condenser coils and blown capacitor on the condenser unit. He replaced the air handler filter and capacitor and cleaned the condenser coils. All work was completed expeditiously and professionally.

The woman who pleasantly answered the phone asked a few good questions and clearly communicated what to expect next. She thought we’d likely have a tech there within 4 hours. Our technician, Blake, was there within three hours! He was very professional and knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue quickly. Because he had the necessary part with him he was able to complete the repair immediately. Although our outside unit was a bit inconvenient to access, Blake also cleaned the coils. Truly this was the best repair service experience we’ve ever had and we highly recommend Alpine and Blake!

Alpine climate control went above and beyond to fix the air conditioning problem with our mini splits. They scheduled our appointment for the next day, the technicians came exactly on time and took care of the problem professionally and courteously.

Great job from start to finish. Matt presented all the mini-split options for my house & the pros of each with no pressure. The unit arrived quickly. Justin arrived on time as scheduled & the installation went smoothly & efficiently. His team was polite, personable & efficient. The job was finished ahead of schedule & site was left tidy. Had always been pleased with alpine until Thursday night- Feb 12 and Noone on call. - 9 outside temp. Called answering service twice because there was no return call. Finally called Total comfort who responded within 15 min. Fixed and inexpensive after hours call. Called alpine on Monday. They apologized about not having call people over the weekend. We were very pleased with Austin's work on our furnace. He found the problem part and replaced it. However, with a 30+ year old furnace, other issues appeared. Austin contacted his supervisor for advice on the repair. The furnace is running, but Austin explained possible options available to us. We really appreciated all his help and would highly recommend him to others with furnace issues.

Nate, of Alpine Climate Control, went well beyond the call of duty recently when our "auto-filled propane tank, was not filled by our local supplier. On a -13° night we had no heat for 6hours and our pipes were quickly freezing. Nate arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, and worked well past 9:30 PM to ensure we had heat. As well, he called the following day just to ensure all was in working order. Nate is an extraordinary representative of your company; his quick thinking and professional problem solving skills are well above bar. As well, he's just a really nice guy. Take good care of this employee ACC, he's a keeper!

Daniel and Nate were awesome. I am so impressed with the work they did. They worked quickly. They were very knowledgeable and had no problem answering all my questions. Both were very friendly and they left my house very clean.

Kyle with Alpine was fabulous! He came right over and communicated when he was on his way. He was able to located the part needed for the furnace repair and came right back to install it. With the cold temperatures we were super thankful for his speedy and kind service.

Alpine is always reliable, professional, and nice people. I can always count on their expertise. I would always recommend this company to others.

Nate Whitling was the service tech for my air conditioner. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and customer friendly. He is the best. He was professional and a pleasure having here.

Nate was able to explain the issue with my current garage heater and made me feel confident that I was not in any gas leakage danger. That was my biggest concern.

Daniel and crew did a great job. We couldn't be happier. Despite us having a wood burning insert that was built like a blast furnace, they were able to overcome all obstacles to get this installed for us. The Mendota insert with the new gas logs looks incredible. Go see it in the show room now as I had given up on finding gas logs that look this realistic! I highly recommend Alpine.

Follow up: Austin Tanner just came by to check our furnace for the winter and to Check and clean our fireplace insert and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend Alpine!
