Tom was by far the best home inspector I have ever worked with. He was early to the appointment, more thorough than any other, and even went back later in the day to inspect the roof since it had snow during our appointment window. He knew about our tight deadlines, squeezed us in, and got the report back to us the same day as the inspection! He even followed up and spent quite a bit of time explaining the findings to us. You can't go wrong by adding the fair-priced sewer scope and radon test. He will be our go-to from now on.

We used Double H inspections for a new home purchase. The inspection was very thorough and detailed, everything was available quickly in a very professional report that was easy to understand. Because he was so detailed, we were able to make a sound decision about buying the home. We had contractors make bids on some of the issues that Tom had found, during the inspection and at this time I had some questions. Without hesitation Tom answered the calls and helped us understand some of the issues better. I would recommend that any serious home purchase deserves the attention and detail that Double H inspections provided for peace of mind on such a large investment.

Did a great job inspecting the home we had under contract. Found several key things that we would have missed without a professional inspection. The report had the perfect level of detail, unlike prior inspections where they had way too much details about little stuff that didn't even matter.

As a real estate professional in Oklahoma, I've worked with a lot of home inspectors over the years. Tom did a great job inspecting a home we're buying in Sheridan and is fantastic to work with. He is friendly and was very patient as I asked lots of questions. We're buying sight-unseen so he was our "boots on the ground" for this house! His report is detailed but he also sums up the big points to help you focus your efforts/concern. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a comprehensive home inspection.

We are preparing to buy a house and had a house, sewer and radon inspection performed. The inspection was completed promptly, and the report was available the next day. It was incredibly thorough and easy to understand. The photos attached to the report were very useful to see what issues were mentioned. This os our third time purchasing a house, and this is definitely the best inspection report we have been provided. Highly recommend Double H Inspections Services to anyone. Tom was extremely thorough and meticulous, taking time to explain things as he went through his inspection. The price was reasonable for the service provided, Tom did not rush through ticking boxes but made sure that everything worked as it should, or noted the ways in which they didn't. My husband and I were extremely impressed with the 50-page report full of actionable items and photographs (which was sent a few days later), not only for the leverage in negotiation but also as a checklist of maintenance and repair items to keep track of for move-in.

I recently had a home inspection done, and I was very impressed with the amount of detail in the report. I felt good knowing I had all the information I needed to make an informed purchase of a new home.

Tom is very knowledgeable about the various trades used in building a house, which helped identify a number of issues that would have otherwise been overlooked. He made the extra effort to access difficult places, such as a very high roof and tight attic space.

Tom also took the job on short notice and was very responsive to questions and emails/texts. Tom also made a long trip to do my inspection, resulting in the job being an all-day effort for him, and he charged a very reasonable 'per mileage' basis.

The level of response and follow-up by Double H Inspections was incredibility professional. He was on time, professional, and provided a report so detailed that calculated cost of correcting issues that he found was very straightforward. His reporting uncovered some things that the original inspection didn't and as a result we were able to avoid critical issues that would have been very expensive to fix without prior knowledge. Tom was amazing. We have had a very bad experience with a different inspector and Tom went far above our expectations. He is EXTREMELY thorough in his inspection. The report was clear and easy to ready. We were able to pass the report on to an electrician and just by the report he was able to give us a rough estimate on the cost of repairs we would have needed to make. “Best report I have ever seen” was his comment.
