my experience in the store is ALWAYS good - very nice, helpful people and I even got a recipe!
Having said that, my experience with trying to get someone to my home (so I could buy and have installed 2 new doors) has not been a good one. I drove 9 hours today so I could make my previously scheduled app't Sat morning and when I arrived- I find a note that the guy has to reschedule! P-o'd is putting it mildly.
Nate, the manager at Ellsworth Home Depot, is trying to help and he couldn't have been nicer......................
