Angel and Ben in the service went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of. They are the people you hope to find in a service department, their customer service is amazing. The care they put into their customers and the vehicles are what you hope to encounter.

I had a great experience with Darling's in Ellsworth; they are not my local Chevrolet garage/dealer but they have earned my business for a lifetime. They were professional, courteous, and even took care of a few things that were outside of their original scope at no charge to me. Above all, they were able to fix the TPMS that has been giving me trouble for the past 30k miles; which Pratt, my local Chevrolet Garage, could not fix in the 3 times I took the vehicle there for service.

My pickup started to make a whining sound and got ahold of Darlings Chevy to look into the issues. They got me in fast and diagnosed the problem quickly. It was an issue that was going to take 5-6 hours for repair but they got me scheduled as soon as they could. Mike, the service guy was great to work with! He was straightforward on the needed repairs and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Very professional service/repair shop! Will absolutely be taking my vehicle back there for any repairs down the road.

I needed a repair on my car that was a really big job, and I was one month past my warranty. Mike called them on my behalf to see if they could work something out since I was under the mileage cutoff, and THEY DID! I’m so thankful they were able to help me and take care of my car!

Very easy online scheduling for routine service through the GMC app. Kind employees who take the time to make eye contact and speak with you and seemed knowledgeable about current recall issues with my specific vehicle. Service was very quick! Included a car wash at business in town. (I am not local to that area and had my vehicle serviced while on a small vacation. Very surprised at how seamless it was and how receptive they all were!)

Had a great process at this dealership. Was here to get me my first truck the folks here at darlings really helped me out and got me a very decent deal. Next time I need a new vehicle this dealership will be my go-to!

My appointment was for 3:00 and I was greeted immediately by very friendly staff. My issue was my car and steering wheel rattled at certain speeds. In less than an hour they fixed the problem and it now runs smoothly. I also had a problem with my car (2018 Bolt) not recognizing my key fob. They changed the battery in the fob and now all is well. They even gave me a car wash voucher. I now feel like I’ve got a brand new car!

Kaleb and all the crew were very friendly and very accommodating! They all made our buying experience a smooth and enjoyable process. We highly recommend Darlings in Ellsworth and will definitely visit them again the next time we are in need of a new car. Job well done!!!

We have been doing business with the same salesman( PJ) for over 40 years. We find him and the dealership to be trustworthy, knowledgeable, very helpful and patient. And He found the car and color I wanted.
My only disappointment is that Chevy stopped making the Cruz hatchback!! Hopefully the Trax will be a worthy replacement

Recently I called for an inspection sticker for my 2021 Chevy Equinox, as I had an appointment in Ellsworth. They made time for me as a courtesy. My car was taken care of almost immediately and at no cost to me. Very nice people!

Needed a repair to fixing a shake in front of car. It was determined I needed new tires and front end alignment. The staff did a great job in a timely manner.

The free state inspection must have been their hustle because I was told I needed to replace a tire to pass inspection and when I went to a reputable registered dealership, for a second opinion because it seemed fishy, the next day, I was told my car passed with flying colors. Watch out for free at Ellsworth Chevrolet.
