Bad experience when buying Granite
1) Commitment from store was contractor would call me withing 48 Hours to set up template measurement; I had to call numerous times after giving them 1 week. Finally a representative called me back and handled after two weeks were lost.
2) Even though I provided detailed drawings, after template measurement, HD comes back to ask for double initial quote, as person placing estimate made calculation mistakes! At that point I've lost 3 weeks and if i go outside to start over; i'm looking at another month...........
Generally i have found store workers at the site helpfull; but i won't be using any sub contracted services form them...and will be spending much less there than i have in the past......
Maybe that's what you get these days with service at any home contract work; but seems to me like there is opening for a company that focuses on building loyal customer base thru customer focus would do well long term.
