We have been dealing with them for a year. They did a terrible siding job. Only put it on half of the front. It was not straight. Came back put it on straight now the shutters are off. The trim around the door looks awful.. The roof leaks onto the deck and it never did before.. About a month ago someone from the company came by to address our complaints. He said he would be back the next day to fix some things.. GUESS what ??
he has not been back. The last straw our insurance company tells us they want an additional 600 dollars.

My neighbors used Home Pride for roof replacement. This company subcontracted the job out to another company, without informing the home owners, and that company completely and totally failed to do the job correctly. Two different inspectors agreed the roof would need torn off and redone, and Home Pride fought at every step to take no responsibility for what happened until they were literally compelled to give the money back.

I see that this company has plenty of good reviews so maybe the experience my neighbors had was rare, but if things go sideways with this company, you'll need a good lawyer to straighten it back out.

We worked with Home pride after the March hail storm of 2022 in Altoona. The insurance company was only going to pay for part of my siding and part of my roof and wanted us to pay the rest. Greg Gogolla promptly worked with my insurance company and made them pay for my ENTIRE roof, gutters, and siding for my whole house and garage. Well to start of I just bought my house and prior to closing my roof was inspected and I informed that there was damages.I looked a local roofing company and Michael robberson and came out and showed how I could take care of my roof at the cost of my deductible. He showed me how I could upgrade my roof. I would highly recommend this company for further business.

After the storm we contacted home goods and Wendy answered and helped us out to get a good deal on fixing our roof.

We worked with Home Pride after the tornado in 3/2022. They had great communication, from initial contact through completion. Jeremy Anderson took great care of our project and was a pleasure to work with. They did a full siding repair as well as trim work and gutters on our 1.5 year old house and their installation was higher quality than the original. From the business end, they were up front with costs and worked seamlessly with our insurance company. Overall we were very happy!

I used Home Pride for repairs needed from a hail storm. Home Pride worked directly with State Farm and made sure all repairs were sent through my home owners insurance policy. I live in a mobile home and it was transformed with a new roof, gutters, siding and windows from Home Pride. The color scheme has helped to modernize my home and I am very pleased. Diego who was my project manager was wonderful to work with and handled any questions or concerns I had in a timely fashion. Home Pride also has a bank they work with that can offer financing options. I would recommend this company and am happy with their service and products.

Our salesman, Greg, did an outstanding job of explaining the whole process to us, working with the insurance company to get money for all repairs, communicating throughout the whole process, and making sure everything was done properly. We appreciated his professional, helpful, and thorough work.

Greg Gogolla is the absolute BEST, make sure to ask for him! He fought for us with the insurance company and was able to get us extra coverage. There was very little required of us which was a blessing as we were waiting for a possibly life changing medical diagnosis for our daughter, little does Greg know what that truly meant to an anxious momma! The work was perfect! 2 major rain storms and no leaking or damage, compared to 2 other people I know who used someone else and had leaks! If you need a new roof, this is where you need to be!
