Custom Decks

Chad and the team were great to work with! They were able to build our dream deck and fit our budget. Our old deck was becoming unsafe and ugly. They listened and helped design a new layout to maximize space. As we were close to completing Chad and Kyle made a few enhancements at our requests. Chad was on top of our project start to finish. If we had a question, he would answer IMMEDIATELY. If you want a top tier deck built by top tier people, Custom Decks is your place

We recently had a new deck built by Custom Decks and couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and clearly dedicated to delivering high-quality work. The craftsmanship was excellent—the design turned out beautifully, the build was efficient, and the end result was stunning.
The materials they used are top-notch, and the finished product looks and feels fantastic. It’s exactly what we envisioned, and even better in person. Like many others have said before us, we would absolutely recommend Custom Decks to anyone looking to upgrade their outdoor space. They truly delivered a deck we’ll enjoy for years to come.

Thank you Chad for building

Custom Decks did a tremendous job on our new deck! The entire process was very easy. Chad is a great communicator and didn’t rush us through the process. He took the time to answer all of our questions during the proposal process. He pays attention to the details and recommended positive changes in the design of the new deck. His crew also replaced all rotten boards around the deck on the house which was much appreciated. We highly recommend Custom Decks!

Chad and his crew were great to work with. His bid was complete with renderings of the finished deck. They answered all our questions and kept us part of the project by asking how we preferred something if there were choices. We couldn't be happier with our deck project.

Chad and company did a fantastic job on my deck! I love it! He was very polite, professional, and attentive all the way through. He answered all my questions completely, quickly, and patiently. Kasim was the primary builder and completed the work efficiently and with excellent care, happy to explain what he was doing when I asked. I highly recommend their work ethic and expertise. I could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you, Chad!

Chad and his team did a great job with installing underdeck materials on two decks at our home. Chad spent a lot of time with us in explaining the process and working out how to handle some tricky installation issues. The work was done in a timely fashion and exactly on budget. We would recommend them to anyone looking to transform their under deck space.

Our custom deck turned out better than we could have ever managed! This was by far the most expensive upgrade we’ve done to our home, and it was well worth it. Chad and his crew were amazing! They always answered our questions and communicated timely. Their workmanship and work ethic speak for itself. I would recommend them to everyone!

Simply put, Custom Decks was one of the very best experiences I have ever had with a home contractor. From the initial planning to final inspection, Chad and his crew were true examples of professionalism. They answered all of my questions and kept me informed and updated about their progress. I cannot recommend Custom Decks highly enough. My deck looks better than I expected! Amazing!

Chad and his team were fantastic to work with. Timeline, cost, and product options were all clearly outlined before the project started. Chad not only had constant communication with us throughout the project, but more importantly, actually did what he said he would. The crew was always super respectful onsite, and was always willing to take the time to answer the annoying questions I had for them as the project progressed. The pricing was very fair, the finished product exceeded our expectations, and the entire process was very smooth. We had an amazing experience with Custom Decks! Chad came promptly when we called requesting an estimate. By that evening he emailed our detailed estimate and renderings of what our deck would look like when completed.

The crew that installed our new deck was wonderful! They moved our furniture, took down the old deck and hauled it away all in the first day. There was nothing left behind! The crew was always prompt and efficient!

Chad even did a final walk-through with us to make certain that we were satisfied!

Custom Decks uses quality products, they are reasonable and have excellent customer service! We would highly recommend this company!

Chad and crew were a pleasure throughout the entire project. From the quote to completion, Chad was patient in explaining the process. Last minute change meant having another contractor on site to replace exterior doors - yet Chad flexed ensuring a great experience! Highly recommend!

Chad came out a few times to help give me the vision he had for our deck. His friendly crew came out and did our deck resurface and pergola in a little week's worth of work with high attention to detail. The price was market competitive.

Chad and his crew did an outstanding job on my deck. The challenges of adding a deck to an older house just adds to the process, dealing with headroom and slope for a waterproof system wasn't even a challenge. I highly recommend having Custom Decks when you're adding or replacing a deck.

Our project was to replace our deck boards with composite and screen in a covered deck. We had a great experience with Custom Decks and the entire process was very smooth. Chad helped explain our different options when we started the project and gave us a fair quote that was competitively priced with other contractors. Custom Decks took out our old deck which was 3 tiers and put in a single walk out deck which will be easier to clean and just the right size for family entertainment. It looks so nice now, we love it. They moved off the furniture and cast iron grill from the old deck and put it back on the new deck in a way that makes more sense for outdoor grilling/eating. Chad and Kyle installed a Tuscany railing on my deck and I am very pleased with the whole experience. They were very professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with. I feel fortunate that the railing supplier referred me to Custom Decks.

I’m rather picky about home improvement projects, and I have been burned a few times by contractors who do substandard work. A retired carpenter friend and I worked together to rebuild the deck this fall because I wasn’t sure I could find anyone who would do the job to my satisfaction. The final step was to install the railing. I was going to do it myself until I found Chad. Having him do the railing was one of my better decisions, and it’s clear that I could have easily trusted him with the whole deck project, had I known about Custom Decks earlier.

The guys did a fantastic job on our Deck. They are really great craftsmen and the entire process took less than 4 days. I will call Chad the next time I need anything done. 5 big Stars!

Great experience. Chad came out and gave us an estimate. Made a couple of suggestions. After we accepted, he scheduled the job. Started and finished on time even though our ground gave them some troubles. Stood behind his estimate.

I highly recommend Custom Decks. We will have him replace our other deck next year.
