My home was near the path of the April 2024 tornado in the Elkhorn area. From the start Cowboy Ryan was professional, knowledgeable, and timely. He was there with the insurance adjuster and will fight for your home as if it were his own. He has continuously been in contact with my insurance company making sure my repairs are done the right way. Highly recommend!

Just finished working with Ryan Quance of Home Pride; he was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. The new roof and gutters look great; they repaired some rotting damage and our roof is now up to code. If we need any other work done, we will certainly give him another call. Home Pride replaced my roof in the fall of 2024. Ryan helped tremendously with my insurance company and making sure my roof gets done right. Fast forward to April 24, 2025, a hail storm moved through and hit us hard. While watching it hail, Ryan called me to check in on how our roof is. He asked for photos and videos and reassured me he would come check if there was any damage. The very next day, Ryan was at my house and checking to make sure my roof with in good shape. He gave me a peace of mind! I so greatly appreciate him, his amazing customer service and being there even when I didn’t think to ask! Home Pride and Ryan are seriously the best! I recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof!!

When the roof of our local Elks Lodge suffered storm damage, Home Pride helped us navigate insurance and come up with a plan to repair the damage that fit within our coverage and budget. This assistance was crucial, as the coverage extended by the insurance company wasn't quite enough to fix the damage properly. Without Home Pride's help, we would have had a difficult time finding middle ground which 1) fit within our budget and insurance coverage, and 2) facilitated a proper and lasting repair. Ryan Quance was the definition of quality customer service! I had a very small section of soffit that needed replacing. Unfortunately they no longer make that particular size. Instead of “upselling” me to replace the entire 30 foot section, he was honest and straightforward saying I could replace the 2 feet that was damaged by getting the new size and trimming it to fit. He may not have made a sale but he probably saved me about $800 and earned my trust, respect and referrals for future work for me and I’ll definitely pass his name on to others! Thank you!!!

DO NOT USE HOMEPRIDE!!! They will lie to you, order the wrong parts, and take 5 times longer than they promise. BUT its never their fault if you ask them. this has to be the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Id replace my own roof before calling these guys... AWFUL

Cowboy Ryan, called ahead and said he was on his way. We had one piece of siding that was coming off the side of our house about 40 feet up. He looked at it and said let’s get it done. I told him it was windy and he could come back and said nope let’s get it done. He’s a great guy and strait shooter. We were very lucky that we was the rep who showed up today. Thank you for taking care of us and we have one less thing to worry about tonight with the potential form storms.

Definitely a perfect 10.0! Aaron fought with our insurance company time and again, when a tree fell on our house in the July 2024 storm. He went to bat for us, getting our claim kicked up to a claims supervisor so we could finally get repairs started. We ended up going with an entire brand-new roof! He also recommended a fantastic tree company who took care of the remaining dangerous limbs. Always prompt with answers and returned calls. Can't recommend HomePride enough!

Contacted Home Pride and Cowboy Ryan Q because of how thorough he had been with a couple of our neighbors' roof repairs. Ryan has remained PROFESSIONAL, DETERMINED AND UNWAVERING in his support to us and assistance to help get the damages fixed. Despite our insurance adjuster/companies massive efforts to engage in one of the most frustrating and evasive paper chases I have ever experienced. Ryan has made it clear that this IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN on his watch. His dedication to help us is nothing short of heroic. I mean that. He has not given up and I am both amazed and deeply thankful. We are Seniors - too often everyone is after the quick money. If efforts need to be made to help, follow-up or make insurance companies honor their commitments, people tend to move on, and the insurance companies know this. That's why they stall.

I love good customer service! Home Pride definitely delivered on this ten fold! I had a very complex situation regarding storm damage to the roof of my duplex. Obviously my attached neighbor has different insurance. In a nutshell, Jeff Vest definitely went the distance for my neighbor & I. He made it possible with endless negotiations between both insurances. He was always available for questions and explained much of the process better than anyone at my insurance company. I truly cannot say enough good things about Home Pride. You have earned my confidence and future business for sure. Had some gutter damage from the recent high winds and storms. Called HP as I had used them previously, and once again super happy that I did. Came out first thing next business day, and Cowboy took one look at what I had, said "I can fix this", and jumped right on it. Had my gutters fixed in minutes, good as new! Very happy customer, couldn't recommend highly enough, and tons of thanks for Cowboy getting me squared away!

The workmanship was adequate and on time. However the business office was over aggressive demanding compensation while waiting for final insurance check. Threats of legal action when I complied with all asks in a timely matter was unacceptable . I will never use them again and find it difficult to reason why they were ever on my carrier’s preferred list.

Aaron has been such an advocate for me with my insurance company! He has made sure I am getting all my repairs covered & has helped with every step of the process with the insurance company. Had roof damage from the 2024 storms in the Omaha area. Initially, the company was helpful in getting my insurance to cover most of the costs. Once approved, I tried to contact them to start the work or get a timeline, but it took a while for them to respond. Eventually, they scheduled the job.

The quality of work was about a 3 out of 10. They damaged some of my gutters and only provided gutter guard replacements, essentially telling me I was out of luck. They also installed roof vents in three sections, each 5-8 feet long, but one was 12 inches higher than the others, making it look awkward. My roof is symmetrical from the front, and when I pointed this out, they tried to gaslight me into thinking it was normal. When I asked for it to be fixed, they refused. Another contractor I consulted laughed and said they clearly weren’t paying attention and didn’t want to fix it.

While trying to resolve the gutter and vent issues, I sent multiple emails and texts with no response. Instead, I started receiving threatening letters from them. After calling their office, a project manager finally reached out and assured me the letters were a mistake and that no interest would be added.

Two days later, I called to pay everything off since they weren’t going to fix the vent, and I would have to replace the gutters myself. I then found out that interest had been added despite their assurances. This company does not communicate internally, and when questioned, they try to deflect and make you feel like you’re the problem. If I’m paying over $10K, I expect accurate billing—any reputable company should be able to handle that.

I’m sure they’ll respond with an insincere apology, but I don’t buy it.

Home Pride is THE roofing company in Omaha. They worked in step with me and my insurance company to get our roof issues resolved. Highly recommend to anyone in need. Ryan Quance was instrumental in communicating with our insurer. Making sure they understood the work that NEEDED to be done and making sure we were taken care of. Great communication and dedication to me the customer. Very happy with the end result and would definitely recommend!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. From start to finish the was by far the best experience I’ve ever had working with a roofing company. Not only was Michelle (the owner I believe) extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but also honest and kind. I had concerns due to a previous experience with a different company and she went out of her way to make sure I understood the process from beginning to end. Her crew even let me know how the previous company I had hired cut corners and then fixed them for me. I’m so grateful to have had Home Pride recommended to me. They truly go above and beyond.

I didn’t know much about Home Pride when my wife and I were choosing a company to help us with our roof inspection, but it has been one of the best decisions that we have made in our history of home ownership. That is in part due to the work of the HP Cowboy, Ryan. Ryan was not only professional and very informative about what he found, but he has also continued to help us with our insurance claim after our insurance company decided to close our claim prematurely. The insurance inspector chose to falsely claim that there was no damage on our roof. Ryan helped us by providing all the photographic evidence of what he found, and he continues to help us with our insurance claim to this day. He is showing the insurance inspectors what a thorough, truthful inspection really should be. I wish more people in this world had the follow through of the HP Cowboy Ryan. I feel lucky that he showed up at our house that day.

Without a doubt the best roofing company out there local with, there own crews, Diego was our project coordinator excellent communicator explaining the project activities and taking my lackluster insurance company on, thanks Diego our roof, gutters on time under budget !

Diego did an excellent job of keeping things moving. Due to a hailstorm, I not only needed a new roof, but gutters, exterior painting, and the deck stained as well. He worked with the insurance company to see that all things were covered.

We worked with Diego on a full roof replacement due to storm damage this summer. I had multiple companies come out for quotes and by far Diego was the most professional and trustworthy. Any questions or concerns we had along the way, he had an answer. Would recommend Diego and Home Pride to my friends and family.

We recently signed with Home Pride to replace our roof and do some siding repairs. We were impressed that out of 5 contractors we talked to, Ryan from Home Pride was the only one who spent time actually walking our roof to take pictures and get the best look at our damage. He’s willing to spend extra time advocating with suppliers and insurance for the best results and is committed to doing the job right.

We had a good experience with HomePride. Ryan did a thorough inspection and answered all of our questions. He always had timely and helpful communication letting us know what to expect. The team was very professional, super focused, and extremely hard working. They did an amazing job of cleaning up after a very windy day. Ryan was on-sight at the end of the day to personally inspect the work.

Working with Home Pride has been amazing. Ryan has helped me out with fighting the insurance to pay for the damage and meeting with the adjuster. I didn’t have to do much besides pick out the color of shingles I wanted. Ryan is super friendly and fun to work with. Highly recommend to anyone needing work done!

The crew did not speak to us at any time and never said when they were done. They just left, each time they came. The project manager was not helpful in communication and we had a verbal agreement the roof would not be completed until July. Then in June with one days notice supplies showed up to complete the roof. Then 2 weeks later another storm came in June and destroyed the new roof. Had to pay 2 deductibles for 2 claims. We asked the project manager to cover the 2nd deductible due to verbal agreement that was violated but they did not which we felt was an unfair thing to do since we had an agreement to wait until July. We felt this company has been difficult to work with. The work has been completed finally and the job was done well enough. Only took the whole summer since April to September to finish 2 roofs and gutters. We do not recommend working with this company. We felt like the communication was horrible and after completion of the projects they asked for payment immediately. We had to explain multiple times the insurance did not issue payment yet but still they sent many notifications demanding payment. They even threatened to put a lien on our house due to non payment. We will not work with them again.

Update: roof install went well. Insurance denied gutter replacement despite the PMs efforts. I signed the gutter waiver and asked for a quote. I got 3 quotes and home pride was 30 to 40% higher than the others so i accepted a lower quote, paid a deposit and signed a contract. A few weeks later the PM tells me the insurance reversed and agreed to about $2300, homepride quote was 3000. I’m locked in with another contractor at the amount insurance will cover. Then i get the final invoice from home pride and they charge me a 500 dollar fee to cancel the gutters even though the PM told me insurance wasn't going to cover it. Not so much money that I'm going to throw a fit but given the sequence of events this was not a great business practice.

Initial claim process has gone smoothly! Will update once complete.

Home Pride replaced my roof in just one day!! My contractor, (Ryan Quance), is very knowledgeable. He was patient answering all my questions and keeping me posted on the process. He returns calls, works well with insurance agents, and gets the job done. His crew began working 7 a.m. and finished by 5:30. They worked hard the entire time with organized precision. I was pleased with the cleanup after the work was done. I plan on using their services again in the future and would gladly recommend them to family and friends.

I called Home Pride to have someone come and assess hail damage. Got an appointment for the next day. Ryan did a great job. He was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He even called and said he may be late due to road construction but he was on time.

Ryan worked with my insurance company to ensure that the repairs would be up to code. The crew that repaired the roof did an outstanding job. They work hard the entire day and did an amazing job cleaning up after they completed the job. Other neighbors have said they found nails in their yards after the job was completed. I did not find one single nail after the job was completed. Ryan was on site at the end of the day.
