I was impressed with this company. I had a concern about my roof and they came to diagnosis the problem. Turns out it was a minor issue. Tanner was informative, polite, and gave me a great price for the work that needed to be done. I would definitely use them for future roofing needs and highly recommend to anyone that is looking for an honest roofing company. Thank you!

My experience with Hoel Roofing has been great. Mostly with interaction with their stuff and employees. Kris Combs and Adam Martin strive to do things right to help the customer and are more then willing to answer your questions in a timely manner. On a personal level they are good people who have great hearts to help people.

Received some solid advice and education regarding replacing our roof from Tanner. He was honest and we appreciate his enthusiasm for his job.

I called for a roofing repair and had multiple questions as I don’t know anything about roofing. Joel Roofing answered all my questions and made me feel more comfortable about my roof problem. They fixed it quickly at a reasonable price. Special shoutout to Superintendent Brody Terrell.

Hoel Roofing was recommended to my dad, and I, as well as my dad, would highly recommend them to anybody and everybody else. Brody and his team came out and put the roof on our pole barn, and did an outstanding job. They came the day after he called, got it all done within the same day, and fixed and cleaned up any small damage that was done to the yard in the process. Brody showed pictures of other projects they had done, and he made sure that he took the time to make sure everything looked the way my dad had asked for it to. He also did a follow up the next week to make sure everything still looked and functioned the way it was supposed to.

I have used Hoel Roofing in the past and they are wonderful to work with. I know Brody takes amazing care of customers and stops only when the job is done and they are 100% satisfied. Definitely recommend this crew!

I am in the process of selling my house and the inspector said we needed to replace or repair a roof boot. I called Hoel Roofing and they got me schedule for an estimate. They were fast at coming out and were able to repair the boot. Billy was very professional and was able to explain why a total boot replacement wasn’t necessary saving us several hundred dollars. I would definitely recommend Hoel Roofing for all your roofing needs!

Awesome service, and very honest. Chris was communicative when running a little late (less than a half hour) which means a lot. We called on a Friday and he was able to come out on Monday. We had what we thought was a leak on our roof after some crazy rain last week. It turned out to be a minor issue. If we did need any roof repair done, we would have went with this company.

cody was great, answered all my questions, and the installers laid down tarps surrounding my house to catch old shingles, very tidy I haven't found any old nails or shingles.

I can’t say enough good things about Kris! After some of our neighbors had roof damage from the recent storms, we were really worried we might have problems too. Kris came out and was such a breath of fresh air—so kind, professional, and honest. He took the time to check everything and let us know our roof was in great shape, and he didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need. It’s so rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares and isn’t just trying to make a sale. We’re so grateful for his honesty and peace of mind, and we would absolutely recommend Kris to anyone needing their roof checked!

Kris Combs was great. Gave a very informative estimate and really felt like he knew what he was talking about. He's kept up with me even after the job was finished, which i wholely appreciate. 5/5 stars, would give more if I could.

They did a great job on the roof, completing it in one day. Brody was very thorough in showing us pictures and checking in the following week again to make sure we were satisfied. They had left some ruts in our yard (from hauling away our chimney) and they even came back and fixed the yard without us asking.

Kris and Jonathan we're very helpful through every step of this process. I asked for a custom modification to the downspout on The Southeast corner of the my garage to be plumbed into a rain barrel. The team was able to accommodate without any issues. Overall I'm very satisfied with both the quality and delivery.

Had a great experience with all involved, kris combs was awesome to work with and Jonathan kept me well informed. The crew that installed my roof is second to none. They stripped the old roof off and had new roof on in one day. Amazing job guys. Thank you all

I had a problem with my home inspection, I called Hoel Roofing and spoke with chris , he was here the same day and got everything taken care of, he was very polite and knowledgeable, I would recommend them to anyone, I will definitely be using hoel for any of my future roofing needs

Tanner took his time & came out 3 different times to address a continuing leak associated with wind damage. He was very responsive and kept working at the issue until it was addressed!

They were courteous, hard working, and kind. I couldn't have asked for better. Shout out to Blake who was here as well to help with clean up and answer questions. They all were wonderful. Company was quick to come out and patch the roof leak and we were able to get on their schedule for a new roof the next week. They helped handle insurance claims and kept us up to date on progress. 10/10 would recommend this company.

Rushed job, in a hurry to get to next job, doesn't stand behind warranty that was stated in original meetings when issues arise, left opening along roof that should have been sealed and didn't put in water barrier when told about the inadequate installation was just in a hurry to be done. When called about birds under roofing no reply back.

Strong winds blew some shingles off my roof. I called Hoel Roofing a bit before 9 in the morning on a Monday and got their service. I gave the operator my information and got a return call within 15 minutes from Ellie. I told her my situation and she had Chris at my house to look at the roof and give me an estimate by 9:30. On Friday, two workers repaired the roof, Jonathan reviewed their work and collected payment. What extraordinary service from start to finish! I will certainly use them again if I need more roofing and I highly recommend them.

Looking at my house, I had what appeared to be a loose gutter over my back patio cover. A friend of mine had recently used Hoel, and specially Cody, for a roofing job And suggested I call them. Since I live in Indianapolis, I wasn’t sure they would service that area, but they stated they would. I was not able to be there when Cody came today to check the gutter, but after inspecting the gutter, he gave me a call. Turns out the gutter was not loose, but did need some attachments reanchored so it would not come loose. I was very prepared to pay for someone to fix this, but he refused payment. I very much appreciate his attentiveness to this issue and his kindness to fix it.

I’m a little late getting this shared but wanted to say Hoel Roofing & Remodeling was phenomenal from day one of reaching out to them. After being scammed from another roofing company we had to get someone to help ASAP. When I contacted them Elly answered the call and was so willing to help make the project of getting the roof redone seem so easy. She reached out to her people and the same day I was contacted by Nick who set up a time to meet that same week. Nick was amazing through the whole thing and returned my calls as soon as he was available. The project was scheduled and completed 100% within a very short time from the initial call due to weather and other scheduled prior projects. Jonathon was helpful with taking care of the one concern we had after the project was completed. I would also like to say that Bob was willing to help figure out a solution for a mishap from our insurance company regarding a check that was sent. Overall amazing communication, willingness to help and respect from everyone. I will definitely be reaching out to them for window work once ready for that part of the house. The roof and gutters look amazing!! Thank you!!

I have never had anything but excellent service from Hoel Roofing & Remodeling. Everyone at this company has always been very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I would never choose a different company to do any kind of remodeling. Cody was my representative from Hoel today and as usual I received excellent service and all of my questions were answered. Most importantly my issue was resolved.

I would give these guys 10 stars. Contacted these them early Saturday morning after some storm damage and a leak via their website. The nicest lady IMMEDIATELY contacted me, and then IMMEDIATELY sent out Nick, a wonderful man that happily took care of everything in the rain. He gave me some suggestions for the future without pressuring me and then thanked me for having him come out. Competent, kind, and responsive. Way to be guys. Appreciate you.

Needed an unused chimney removed from our roofline and patched. Had an estimate in a very timely manner and work completed very quickly due to scheduling changes. Crew was finished and cleaned up in about two hours. Almost 100% of communication was done through texting, which is okay but I guess I'm a little old school and would have preferred a phone call. Zero complaints about the work! Great job, Hoel Roofing!

Jonathon was awful. On two separate occasions he said roofers would be here to fix mistakes. They no called no showed both times. One of these days I missed work and the other I had to cancel Thanksgiving plans for nothing! My wife finally got Emily involved and got the job completed.

Hoel Roofing had an unfortunate event with a new employee, resulting in a long wait for my estimate. Once Chris Britt caught on to my inconvenience, he came out the very next day and reevaluated my roof problem himself and fixed it , all in one trip. There was no charge due to my wait, which he said was unusually long for customers of Hoel Roofing. He was as kind and polite as could be, and Hoel Roofing now has another committed customer.
