Update - while Reliance did misdiagnose and charge me for the problems with my roof, Daniel himself came back to find the problem and how to correct it, and had the team come fix the roof. He also refunded me the charge of the visit.
I am very appreciative that Reliance Roof Troop admits their mistakes and corrects them. I hope to not need a roof repair for a very long time now, but if I do, I would call Daniel again.

I unfortunately am not able to recommended. I called reliance because I had water damage on my ceiling. They told me absolutely nothing is wrong with roof and it was the fault of a cracked pipe or the exhaust vent. Both plumber and HVAC came and were able to show there was no crack in pipe and the vent is fully sealed. I now have damage to my ceiling and no one to help me fix the problem.

Called a few days after the wind storm, they came out a couple of hours later. Provided me a quote with pictures and the work was done a bit later. Can't say enough about the customer service. This is what other companies should strive to be. Thanks again!

They came out the day we discovered the leak and tarped our roof for us. Then they repaired it two days later and so far no issues. I talked to the repairmen who did it and he said he'd been doing this for 20-something years and that really put me at ease. We will be redoing our roof soon and Reliance is gonna be the first place we call.

Our roof was damaged last year by a hail storm. After having several roofing contractors come to our door and not wanting to get scammed. We took our time and chose Reliance Roof Troop. Tom and Daniel did a wonderful job helping us through a stressful situation. Their guidance and recommendations made for a successful finished product.

I waited almost a year to give this review, as I wanted to see how the roof would hold up to the elements. The winter was mild. However, we did have some heavy rain and some hail this spring. I am glad that we upgraded the shingles, no grit in the gutters.

Quality roof. Was given 3 different options by RRT. Selected the premium option for my house and the shingles look great. We had some complications with more of the finer details regarding the work being done but our sales rep stood by the work.

Price was reasonable and they were quick to respond to my inquiry. All work done to my satisfaction and they didn’t leave any debris. One small concern, after signing the work order, they were supposed to contact me regarding a scheduled date and time but showed up unannounced when I was not home to complete the job. Would use them again and refer them to others.

Pretty positive experience, I had a chimney leak, they got up on the roof, put some sealant down around the cracks and no more water coming in. The inspection fee goes toward any repairs.

Obtained several quotes for a re-roof job and these guys did an outstanding job. They were referred from a friend and I am glad I chose them. Completed the job in ONE day from removing old roof to installing new sky lites, flashings, drip edges, etc. They tarped everything and removed every last nail and piece of residue all in the same day. Daniel, Tom and his team completed roof, siding and gutter work in Dec ‘24. They are super easy to work with, have a lot of knowledge, explain their products clearly and why they selected the products, and responded quickly to all emails and texts. I was happy with the protections put in place as the new roof was being installed. Windows and landscaping were protected to prevent damage. The owner, Daniel, was onsite multiple times when the subs were performing the work, which did impress me. When issues arose during siding work, I sent pictures and Daniel immediately responded and resolved the issues appropriately.

Probably the most professional company I've used in years. Need insulation added to an existing house. Called and they came out two days later. Called 20 minutes before the meeting to tell me they would be on time and right at 9 a.m. the door bell rang. Tom was very knowledgeable. He got in the attic and took some meeasurments and explained the options and the logic behind them. 20 minutes later I had a quote and a schedule to have it done. Very Impressed.

We met with Daniel approx. 1 month prior to getting our roof and gutters replaced. He was amazing with his knowledge of different shingles & their quality. He provided us with several samples of colors. He talked to us for over an hour explaining the process of the roof installation and installing a ridge vent. We had so many questions and he was thorough and patient with his answers. He took care of getting the work permit. The crew arrived at our home at 7:00 a.m. and began work at 7:30 a.m. The crew was efficient with moving our patio furniture and covering everything up with tarps to protect it. Excellent team of workers! Daniel even stopped by our home about three times to check on the progress and brought any additional supplies that were needed. By the time all the old shingles were removed, the truck arrived with the load of the new shingles. Timing was impeccable. Any dirt was blown away with the blower and nails were picked up. We are very happy with our new roof.

Daniel made a really good first impression with both kindness and professionalism. He was very knowledgeable. I called him out to repair our roof which was leaking water into our kitchen. He was one of the few contractors willing to repair the roof (most just want to sell you a new roof). When he arrived, he explained that our roof couldn't be fixed due to multiple issues. I contacted 2 other roofers who told me the exact same things in less detail. Ultimately, Daniel came out the same day I called him, and his professionalism and superior product won us over. The roof and gutters were replaced in a timely manner and look amazing. Reliance Roof Troop did an outstanding job of replacing my roof. The whole process happened exactly as Daniel explained during our initial conversation. I was very impressed with the Malarkey shingles they installed. The upgrade to the premium shingles reduced my home insurance $500 annually. The crew was well organized and hard working. I am impressed that they did a full tear off and completed the installation, including cleanup, in just one day.
