I had terrible hail on Friday evening May 24th. I was worried that this golf ball-sized hail possibly damaged the roof on my house. On Tuesday morning I called American Family. They told me to contact a roofing company and have a roof inspection completed.

I heard about Hoel Roofing & Remodeling from a Dave Ramsey radio commercial. I called their office on Thursday morning at around 9:00am. The lady who I spoke with was very nice and genuinely concerned about my situation. She was terrific. Later that morning, Cody Stephens called and advised me that he could do the free inspection at 1:00pm that same day.

At 1:00 Cody arrived at my house. Cody explained everything in detail to me about the inspection that he was getting ready to perform. Cody did a complete and thorough roof, gutter, downspout inspection. After the inspection, Cody gave me a totally honest result of the inspection. Cody took the time to explain everything to me about the inspection. Even though my roof, gutters, downspouts, etc. did not need repaired or replaced, Cody refused to accept any payment for the inspection. Cody was extremely professional, friendly, and interested in my situation. I was very pleased with the entire process.

Thank you for the great work from the initial phone call that I made to your office all the way through the roof inspection. I could not be more satisfied.

This company treats customers with respect and communication is top notch. I got new gutters and downspouts last fall, and Hoel Roofing and Remodeling just completed my roof damage. Chris is a go-getter and is a down to Earth guy! Emily kept me informed from the beginning. Excellent people and great work completed in a timely manner.

We had our roof redone by Bob and his crew. I had called several companies for quotes and Hoel Roofing and repair was the most responsive of any of them. They were quick to get our roof done, taking under two days to complete a large job. This company cleaned up all messes and did a great job on their work. I am very pleased from the experience and would highly recommend this company.
