Great online design program. Easy ordering process with knowledgeable staff, and delivery was fun to watch as they quickly and professionally placed our shed where it needed to be.

Every step of the process of getting my 12x16ft shed was good. The online design engine is very good, intuitive, and allows considerable flexibility. The phone follow-ups to get various details right was great. The delivery and installation using “the Mule” were efficient and impressive. I could hardly believe how well such a big structure could be maneuvered into a tight spot. And in the weeks since it arrived I find that the quality and appearance have fulfilled my expectations. Many thanks to all the team members who make this happen.

This is my second building from Hill View. My first is a 10x12 workshop which I love. This one is an 8x10 screen house/winter storage. Also the access to the fenced dog yard. I requested that the 30x36 windows be set lower so I can see out when sitting down. At 30” they are perfect. From sales staff to delivery the people and process are the best. Being able to design your building online to submit for a quote is an amazing bonus. There is a great selection of colors, styles, sizes to choose from. The quality is top notch. Very satisfied, highly recommend.

WOW! Just got our new gazebo and I have to say the workmanship is topnotch, the delivery and setup process was flawless, and their customer service was excellent. This is our second purchase from Hill View and I highly recommend these folks.

Yesterday I received my new Hill view 13 x24 A-frame garage. The entire process from buying it to the delivery was exceptional. The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable, he also was very patient either me and my process of purchasing. When the day of the delivery arrived I was concerned about the delivery due to weather and the soft ground, all that changed when Colin arrived with the building. He did a great job explaining what he was going to do after we looked over the site, withe the help of his escort driver Charles they went to work. Colin in no time set the building exactly where I wanted it, his level of professionalism and his ease of dealing with people makes him very good at what he does.
I can’t say thank you enough for this great experience.

My husband is a builder and loves the quality of these buildings, and is too busy at being retired to build. Top quality from the sales person right through to the delivery installation which is amazing to watch them navigate these buildings.

This is my second Hill View Mini Barn and I couldn’t be more pleased. I bought a custom 12 X 28 building that will house my 2007 Mustang Gt and all of my lawn and garden equipment. The building was built to spec and delivered in a very tight area. Everyone I worked with during the whole project was professional and truly interested in building the shed I wanted. I highly recommend them for any of your building needs.

I can’t say enough about the positive experience from beginning to end. We had a 24x24 2 car garage built to make into a small two story camp. Zach worked with us on design and Josh and crew assembled it on our site. The product is quality made and price is right. When we finish the inside I will post pictures. Can't stress enough how amazing hill view mini barns is!! I was quoted a 26x26 foot cement pad at $18,000 and for $15,000 from hill view, i got a beautiful 14x40ft garage with a gravel base leveled included! Zach in Gray Maine was great to work with, very knowledgeable, and my favorite...quick to respond via email and text to all my questions! As for the delivery, Colin and his coworker arrived exactly on time and very personable. Hill View Mini Barns is an amazing company, with amazing employees, and amazingly well built garages! Wow! This past Monday, September 16th, Mitch and his team from Hillview Min Barns arrived before 8am and put on a show. It was a joy to watch this team work. All materials and supplies were packed and unloaded in an incredibly efficient manner. Every member of the team had certain jobs but they often switched roles and knew instinctively when to drop what they were doing in order to assist someone else. My 24" x 24" ft garage with upstairs storage was completed in approximately 6.5-7 hours. That includes cleanup. Boom, a garage to store my 2 classic cars was done in less than one day! Several neighbors watched this whole process and they were all similarly impressed with the teamwork and professionalism. As a lifelong teacher, coach and athlete, I particularly enjoyed the camaraderie and banter amongst the workers. They clearly know their jobs and enjoy having some fun while doing it! It was so easy to get one of these run ins..... they are really heavy built and should last a very long time. The office person was easy to work with and because we chose one already built, we had it the NEXT DAY!!

The delivery man was amazing!! We had a difficult place to put it (although we didn't really know it until then) BUT he maneuvered that shelter exactly where we had prepared a pad for it!!

We will be getting our buildings from them any time we need one. The price is not much more than we would have had to pay for materials to build our own from scratch, with no blood, sweat and tears!!

I just took delivery of my 5th cabin, garage, shed from Hill View, the first 4 delivery went smooth, this one my measurements might have been off a bit. The delivery driver tried and tried to make it fit in my too small of a space. One chainsaw and one tree later he got it to fit.
Anyone even thinking of a cabin, shed, garage should pay them a visit.

Hill View Mini Barns exceeded my expectations on every level! We needed a very large garage, 32x48 with 10foot walls, and storage in the top. I started this project by getting estimates from some local general contractors. It was difficult to get anyone to call back, it took forever to get estimates, and the prices came in way over our budget. Honestly, the process made me feel defeated. Then, I heard about Hill View Mini barns. I called them and it was a game changer! They were friendly, professional, and I had an estimate in a day! They gave me different options on siding and roofing, all with prices so I could decide what was most cost effective for me. They even recommended companies in my area to use for the foundation, which led me to a great experience with that. Their communication was top notch. Once they were onsite, the building was up in two days! The quality of the structure is excellent. I could not be happier! And the best part was the price. The total cost was over eighty thousand dollars less than any estimate we got from the other contractors. Honestly, I can’t recommend this company enough!

Thanks to Zach and the HVMB crew for such an amazing product and seamlessly walking us through design, delivery and installation.

Our 28’X 40’ double car disassembled garage and crew arrived around 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 10th, 2023.
All walls and trusses were installed by noon, most roof panel installation was complete, and other activities were underway. All assembly work was finished by 5:30 p.m. —only one day to assemble the entire garage. The team “choreographed” every step, not a moment was wasted. All work was meticulously executed to our complete satisfaction. On Friday, garage doors were installed, as scheduled.
I highly recommend Hill View Mini Barns. Everything about this company and its people are first class. Well done!!!

From its construction to the site preparation. I feel much more confident that the project will proceed as soon as the 8” of snow leaves the property.

It was quite a chore to get the chickies into their new house as it got dark because they were used to coming inside my house to an Igloo doghouse to be safe from predators. After their first night in their new home, chickies wee a little nervous, but seemed happy to be safe.

The coop is perfect, set exactly where I wanted it, and matches my house colors perfectly.

The urgency due to time of the year was met with exceptional care and if I find myself in need of another building,I will certainly purchase it from Hill View Mini Barns again.

I ordered a shed from Hillview Mini Barns.The shed was supposed to be delivered 10/21/22 at approximately 9:00am.As the day progressed towards 12:00pm,I called to see what the delay was?I didn’t really get a specific answer and the shed finally arrived late afternoon.The shed arrived painted the wrong colors for both the shed and the trim.My back yard was also dug up by the tractor .The driver said he would report the color problem to the office.The representative said he would talk to his supervisor and call me Monday.I recieved a call on Monday and was told I picked the color case closed.Why would I pick the wrong color not matching the other condominiums and be in violation of condo rules and regulations!Although I am not happy I requested monetary compensation for the correct paint color and I would paint it myself.I was told we don’t operate that way.I spent a lot of money with Lowes and Home Depot for my home and they always made the customer happy.I guess I should have spent my $5,463.58 with them.
