Very happy with my 12x16 shed. Outstanding service, friendly knowledgeable people (Zach is amazing), quality and price beat large chains hands down.

I recently purchased my second shed from Hill View Mini Barns. I've owned my first one for roughly 7 years and it looks as good today as when it was new. I find their sheds to be of high quality and built with superior materials. The staff and delivery personnel are easy to work with and do an outstanding job. The entire process is seamless. I strongly recommend their products and service. I wish they offered additional savings for returning customers...like maybe free delivery, but perhaps, third times the charm.

I had been looking into a storage shed for awhile now, after not having luck at my local location in Lyman we went up to Gray and met Zach. He made the transaction quick and painless answered all my questions was great to deal with. My parents were also in the market for a shed and they also ended up purchasing through the gray location. The guys from Total property maintenance did the pad and installation, these guys were on point on all aspects of the process. I can not say enough good about Hill View Mini barns.  We expressed what we were looking for and were directed to many barns on the lot. We found exactly what we wanted.
From sales to accommodating my delivery delays to delivery it was all extraordinary.  We have a very steep driveway and the shed was slated to an extremely tight place.  The delivery man was able to navigate our driveway and all the twists and turns without any issues. I highly recommend Hill View Mini Barn.

These guys are amazing, they helped me decide what building was best for me and then when they delivered the guy who delivered was great with helping set the building and made sure my pavers were in the right spots and that the building was level.

I was easily sold on this place the moment I got on the phone with them. Ordering the shed was made really easy by their sales rep, Zach. He answered every question and a few of his suggestions worked out well for me. Very fair pricing. Shawn, the delivery guy was great to deal with as well; it took about a half hour to drop them shed, help me put blocks down and install the ramp. I 100% recommend them and will refer anyone I know looking for a building to them.

Excellent so far. We pick our shed and they helped with options. The prices are reasonable. Have to wait for it to be built and delivered. Very excited to see it finished.

These guys are the best. Very professional, competent and ON TIME. They did site prep, laid the crushed stone, Delivered the shed and placed it on the base amazingly quick. I was so impressed. 110% recommended.

Hill View designed and built a custom garage complete with siding and roofing materials to match our home. The price was very competitive with quality a build. The entire staff from onsite carpenters to the folks at the office responded to our inquiries promptly and were pleasantly professional as well as knowledgeable. The Hill View team worked seamlessly with the company that installed the frost wall slab. We are very pleased with our new garage and look forward to having Hill View build us a gazebo in the future. Bought our first shed for our first house. The whole process from start to finish was perfect! Bought a shed off their lot, they came to our house a week prior to delivery to lay the gravel platform. Then expertly delivered and set the shed on it's new spot. Great communication throughout.

Was just looking on Sunday 4/12/2021 at their finished cabins for sale. 1-bedroom. Full bathroom, combined living room/kitchen area, Fully finished wood shiplap walls inside. Great for a small lakeside lot as a cottage or to use as a small lakeside/river cabin rental.
The size was @14x40 - 5/12 metal roof pitch for @ $43k delivered to your lot.

I bought my She Shed almost 4 years ago and I love it. Hill View created exactly what I wanted and delivered it in a very timely manner. I now have the log porch that I have always wanted.

From the planning to installation, the folks in the Gray location were awesome to work with. I spent months trying to find a contractor to build a single car garage in Portland - either too busy or they wouldn't work in Portland. The folks at Hill View built the garage up in Etna to my specifications and delivered it when they said they would. They even adopted to Portland's codes easily - never had an issue. They took care of hiring the subcontractors to pour the slab and to do the landscaping as well. I'd go back to Hill View in a heartbeat for another job!

Very impressed by the staff..... from the initial visit to the final delivery, they exceeded expectations. Our yard is a challenge and the young man who delivered the gazebo made it look easy..... well done!!!!!!
