Communication was excellent. Workers were professional and efficient. Job was completed in a timely manner. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. I could not ask for a better outcome. I love my siding. I picked out the John Hardy Plank and it looks amazing. I love the green color. It is a bit deeper in color than the original color I currently have on the house. People stop whenever I am outside and ask about it. This is my 2nd project with HPH. They put my roof on 2 years ago and I still receive compliments. Now with the siding, my house really stands out. My neighbors asked about the roof and HPH has put on 5 roofs on my street. Now they are asking about the siding. I can't wait to see my neighbors get their siding. I recommend HPH all the time. (1st 2 pics are before siding; last pics are with the new siding and it's just amazing).

I left a 5-star review but was actually about their average - 4.67. They did an excellent job on the roofing so no issues there. My concerns were with the "business" end of their operations. Would have liked the PM to be a little more respectful of my time. I get that it's a business, but they should remember that I had a choice with whom to do business and sending me the same email three times in one day is pushing it. I didn't respond because I was away on business - I told them that before I left - and didn't have time or access to my personal email account. Could have left a text or voicemail instead. Then when my payment for extra work didn't go through on their end, she made it seem like it was my fault. I suggested processing it on my end and "ta da" no problem. As you can tell from my comments, PM needs a little more CS training or maybe that's how they do business as an organization which would cause me to take MY business elsewhere.

**Since my original post, the company and PM contacted me and addressed my concerns. I appreciated that they reached out and made things right. Hopefully, they take my comments to heart and learn from the experience to the benefit of the next customer.

Hph did a great job on my james hardie siding! Was truly impressed. Jody and Danny the inspectors were very thorough during the inspection. Thank you Hph!

Had a crew out here to get a whole new roof. Went up in 4 days and we love it!!! The crew worked in 90° heat and always had our best interest at heart. We could have done with a secondary point of contact but after we mentioned something the whole team got right on it to fix everything we had questions about. The contract handler Jacob helped us even past working hours! And the inspector, Danny, walked us through any changes and took tons of photos to help us out.

Excellent front people. Excellent and workers. We are very happy with the work that the High Performance Homes team did on our house.

Can't say enough good things about HPH homes. The roofers were very thorough and fast. A day and a half for tear-off, installation and cleaning up thoroughly. I purchased top of the line Owens-Corning shingles with 50/25 warranty. Danny went over photos of every area of the roof and spent more than an hour answering my detailed questions. A big thank you to Sergiu, Joyce, Tiffany and Danny!!!

We had a great experience with HPH. There was a small mix up at one point with the cost of extra plywood but they honored the contract. We had new roof + gutters and they were thorough before, during and after both projects.

Awesome company. Very efficient and friendly. Got the job done quick and cleaned up well after. Got a few site visits to make sure things are going well. Another visit a few days later to inspect the work. Easy to communicate with. Let us know what is going on through the process and sent picture gallery for review. They offer greatfinancing with multiple banks, that made the job affordable.

I was very impressed with HPH. They replaced some siding and the painted. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. They kept me posted on when the work would be done and answered my questions quickly. After each stage, I received a follow-up call to make sure I was happy with the work done. I highly recommend this company.

**UPDATE (2)** 7-1-25
After the problems we had with our original PM, HPH has done an excellent job of communicating and addressing the problems we have had. Cami, our new project manager has been amazing. She has been clear in all of her communications and has done an excellent job rectifying many of the concerns and challenges we originally had. Again I would like to reiterate, our only negative experience was with one PM and HPH listened to our feedback and addressed our concerns. The workers, Scott our salesman and Cami our new PM have been really great!!

*UPDATE* 5-23-25 I really hate doing this but I have to change my rating. We got our roof and windows done and while Scott, our salesman and the guys that do the work are INCREDIBLE along with the inspector the Project Manager is sub-par at best. The communication is horrendous.
We were not told they would be to our house a day early to scrape the roof, causing me to have to take an extra day off and when the windows were to be installed the first day they called at Noon, after telling me they would be here between 8-10, to tell me they did not have all of the materials for the install. They finally showed up the following day at 2 after telling me they would be here between 8-10. They ended up having to work an extra day causing me to take another extra day off work.
The PM during this time was communicating NOTHING UNTIL I brought Scott into the conversation. Once that happened she FINALLY started communication. Again, the workers are amazing!! The Project Management team leaves much to be desired, oh and the punch list is still not complete.

Original post- Super impressed with the quality of work and speed with which HPH installed my new roof. Love the look and couldn’t believe how detail oriented the entire crew was. They even put a new roof on my decorative driveway light!! Recommend to anyone looking for a new roof!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

From start to finish this was a very positive roofing experience. The quality of the work was exceptional and gave our family peace of mind knowing our home has been well taken care of. The highlight was the incredible clean up job, we really appreciate all of the attention to detail.

So pleased they were able to complete the large project in one day. The shingles look great, and I'm looking forward to a cooler upstairs and garage due to the ridge vent and corning granules. I learned a boat load about shingles from the sales crew, and the inspector walked me through all the photos from the install. Bonus 25 year guaranteed to be moss free and 50 year transferable on the shingles.

After the initial contact with sales , the explanation for a new was thorough and understandable. The sales pitch was good so we accepted. The whole project was very professional and very clean. I would recommend to friends and neighbors.

Roofing crew was fast and effective and professional. HPH communicated throughout the process and finalized with a close out inspection to ensure the roof was installed properly. HPH team delivered the materials exactly when they indicated. Their installation team turned up exactly when they were supposed to. They worked diligently to complete the installation so that it was completed before forecasted rains came. They were all polite and intruded minimally on our day to day life. Most importantly they did an excellent job cleaning up after the work was completed. I would recommend this team to anyone getting a roof replacement job done.

HPH sales person came onto my property knocking on my door ignoring 2 visible no soliciting signs trying to sell me on construction projects I was not interested in and clearly explained to him repeatedly. He then insisted on coming back next week to discuss the same topics after repeatedly being told no. Take a hint and stop harassing me. No means no.

High-Performance Homes did a great job with our roof. They completed the job in one day, which worried me at first, but they had 4 people working on the project at once. They were all very friendly. So far so good and the roof looks nice!

Every thing whent good. They did a great job. And got it done fast and did a great job cleaning up.

On time and high quality! Even went above and beyond to repair some problem area that were only visible after the old windows were taken out. Overall very pleased with the work.

This crew was on time, quick to finish, worked long hours, and didn't forget the little details. They even went beyond basic install by using techniques that will redirect rainwater. Roof looks so good.

HPH came out and did my roof. They were here 15 minutes early and was done by 2pm. They worked fast and efficient. Cleaned up the area very well. Danny came out after they were done to do an inspection. He got up on the roof, took a bunch of pictures and explained everything they completed and what to expect. Ginger was my project coordinator, she was amazing. She explained everything in detail what was going to happen and when. I highly recommend this company to anyone!

They came right at 8am, and finished the job within a day! The workers were quick and efficient, and our new roof looks beautiful. They did a great job cleaning up after they were done as well. Absolutely top notch. Very professional, organized, and fast. They were courteous to us as we went about our regular day to day life while still getting the job done. From drop off to sign off, it was an amazing experience.

These guys were nothing but awesome! They were very communicative throughout the entire process. From the sales representative to the guys doing the actual installation and the office staff, they all did a great job. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with their quality!

During installation, it was discovered that the wrong color gable/rake flashing was ordered and they worked to find the correct color from outside their normal suppliers. They were able to find it, order it, and install it within the same day. And they never tried to be pushy or drive us to make a decision. They just politely waited for us to decide and then did the work!

I should also mention that the sales representative Scott was very patient in answering all of our questions as the installation date approached. He even came back and put my mind at ease about the shingle color we had originally chosen. He pulled out a sample and let me put up against the old roof shingle to check that it truly did match. He was a great guy to work with!

HPH did an all around great job and I would highly recommend them to anyone. It is great to know I won't need to worry about my roof for the next 50 years!
