A neighbor recommended Frankie from Bee's Roofing and Exteriors and had him reach out to me after she remembered I had mentioned I was suspicious of some possible storm roof damage but wasn't sure.
Professional and friendly, Frankie assessed my roof condition, explained clearly what he had found and showed me drone footage and cell phone pictures of the roof damage he had found.
After communicating with my Progressive insurance claim rep and following her steps, they sent an adjuster to verify his findings, with whom Frankie met and accompanied the adjuster's inspection and wouldn't you know it, they approved a 100% roof replacement and all Progressive required was my deductable.
After 2 days, my roof was completed, and there wasn't a single piece of trash/debris on the ground. A professional replacement, very pleased with the results.
I was so very fortunate to deal with Frankie and Bee's Roofing and Exteriors, as well as Progressive Insurance, that I consider the experience a blessing. Couldn't have done it without them, and my very considerate and thoughtful neighbor Charni !
