Our experience with Bee Roofing for a full roof and gutter replacement was largely positive. From the start, their team (Edgar) provided a knowledgeable and thorough estimate. Our project manager, Gloria, was excellent with communication and graciously accommodated our project delays. When the owner, Frankie, took over management of our project, the transition was seamless.

The quality of the workmanship, particularly from the lead roofer, Mindo, was exceptional. His team worked efficiently and was respectful of our property and neighborhood.

During the project, it was determined that all our plywood needed to be replaced to meet current building codes, which increased the final cost by about 33% from the original estimate. Frankie took the time to explain the necessity of this change and worked with us to manage the additional expense, which we appreciated. When we pointed out a few soft spots after the installation, Mindo's team was quick to add extra support, and their attention to detail was commendable.

The project concluded with a final walkthrough where Frankie patiently answered our questions. However, there was a miscommunication during the final payment process, where a discount was offered by a team member but was later retracted by the owner. While the quality of the work itself is excellent, this final interaction was confusing.

Overall, we are satisfied with the craftsmanship and the final outcome. We recommend that future customers work directly with Frankie to ensure all financial details are clear. We trust the material and labor warranties will be honored as promised.

Bee Roofing came recommended by another person that did our insulation. Frankie - the owner showed up for an estimate, professionally marked vehicles, thorough inspection, variety of options offered.
Our roof was in terrible shape, leaks started happening, fascia with multiple spots of rot, lots of soft spots throughout the roof. As old roof was stripped, we learned that our plywood was 3/8 thick instead of 5/8, and plywood delaminating in multiple spots. During the process of discovery, Frankie was super transparent, documented everything, and communicated all findings. He recommended solutions, and we made decisions together as the project was progressing. We ended up replacing an entire roof plywood with code 5/8 thick, replaced all fascia, and had new roof installed.
When work was getting complicated, and it almost looked like we would be delayed, Frankie brought in more crew to ensure project was done on time.

I called to get a quote to get some roofing work done. The sales associate who came out stumbled out of their vehicle and showed obvious signs of being intoxicated, including a very obvious alcohol smell from their breath.
While I can't speak to the quality of work this company provides, I can say that I will be looking elsewhere as I can't trust a quote from a company who has their sales associates intoxicated on the job, especially driving around. I will be formally filing a complaint with the AG office.
