Tree Pro removed what I'd say are 2 pretty difficult trees for us. 1 was over the house and propane tank, the other over our fence, both on a hill. They did so with extreme care not to cause any damage and cleaned up virtually everything when they were done. Very professional and a pleasure to work with.

These guys, Casey, Arthur, Cory and Dakota, had a tough job taking down 5 huge pine trees clustered together. They got it done faster then I thought possible. They would have been completely finished in one day but a heavy rain made the ground too soft that day plus there was lightening in the area. Tree Pro Inc is simply the best at what they do. If you want a meticulous, efficient, courteous crew to perform tree service/removal and cleanup exactly as you specify at a fair price, these are the folks to call. Specifically, Casey Young and his crew are excellent and prompt; when they called to say they were available today to perform the service we had requested in advance, their crew actually arrived at the worksite before we did. This business came highly recommended by a friend, and they fulfilled all our expectations and more for precisely the agreed-upon price. Because of their reputation and superb service, these folks stay in high demand; when calling during peak season (spring to early summer) you may find that service may need to be arranged a few days in advance, but their service is well worth the wait—you may find someone who can come sooner, but I doubt you will find anyone close to these people in quality of service. We will definitely call on them again for any future tree service needs.

Casey Young and his crew of Arthur, Cory and Dakota did a great job for us today. The tree they removed was badly damage and in an extremly hard to get to area. They worked hard and made sure no fences were damaged and all yards were cleaned up. I have used them many times in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

A tree pro bucket truck just pulled up in my driveway, blocking anyone from leaving. Didn't knock on the door to discuss what they were doing. Proceeded to cut one side off 1 big tree. Left all the limbs laying where they fell. I get that they were doing it for sheffield utilities but this was the most unprofessional job I've ever witnessed.

We had Tree Pros come out and remove 3 trees. They gave us a quote that was extremely reasonable for cutting down 3 very large trees, clean up, haul away, and stump grinding. The crew that came out was very professional and friendly. They accidentally broke one of our fence boards, and immediately went to a store and it was replaced within an hour. Levi Nichols said as very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend this company.

UPDATE- another 5 STAR job this week by Casey Young, Gunner, Cory, Gabriel & Arthur who cleaned out a wooded area at the rear of my property, including removing trees and brush and raising the canopy. This crew is highly respectful of me and of my property. Despite battling 99 degree heat and working in an area with limited access they got the job done to my complete satisfaction. Casey and the crew did an excellent job this morning! The work was highly professional, and has transformed the look of my entire property. For that I am truly appreciative.
But I am even more appreciative of the kindness, consideration, and excellent customer service that I have been shown. They answered my questions and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work being done. Within the past year, we replaced all of the field lines for our septic system, which are very close to the tree that was being removed. The Tre Pro team went to great lengths to ensure that no damage occurred and to make sure I was aware that they were taking great care of my property.

I had Tree Pro Inc remove a large tree from my front yard, clear out a garden bed of boxwood bushes and crepe myrtles, and remove a large area of brush from my backyard. Their price was very reasonable, several thousand less than another quote I got. The clean up was very efficient and complete. Did a good job of protect my house and yard from unnecessary damage. Overall very impressed with their service.

Tree Pro worked through POURING rain to remove an enormous tree that fell on our house this week. They worked incredibly quickly and, in spite of rain and lightning, not a single twig was left when they were done. Equally important to me, their Crew was incredibly professional/friendly, and worked with the same speed and efficiency as I’d expect if it was their own home. I’ve used Tree Pro services twice now. The first was a big project: a rotten limb from about a 45-year-old tree was hanging over my driveway that had to be removed because it was becoming dangerous. They did an excellent job. The other instance I had a sick tree 20 feet tall that I had planted and it was stressed. I did not want to lose it. Once again, Tree Pro Came to my rescue. Dillon and his team, Casey, Brandon and Robert, showed up at the crack of dawn to remove four trees and drop a fifth that didn't require full removal. These gentlemen were not only a pleasure to work with, but they also have a work ethic reminiscent of days gone by. This was a big job which required extreme skill to remove four trees, one of which was a huge ash (over 60 feet tall) which had invaded the canopies of several adjacent maples that I wanted to save.

Dillon's exceptional skills in surgically removing the large limbs of the ash, at just the right locations, coupled with Casey, Brandon and Robert working tirelessly on the ground to lower and remove the large cuttings, was something to behold.

Before Tree Pro had arrived, I had resigned myself to accepting that there was no way the remaining trees would not be damaged. However, to my sheer delight, Dillon was able to remove the entire tree without so much as a scratch to the trees I wanted to keep. As I watched him cut the trees I couldn't believe his skill in dropping each limb precisely where he wanted them.

These gentlemen worked tirelessly throughout the entire day until it was almost sundown. Then my neighbor asked if they could remove a couple of trees for him and, even at that late hour, Dillon and the boys went next door, cut the two trees in the remaining daylight and then worked into the evening to remove the debris.

Add to all of this work the fact that these fellas were just as congenial and pleasant at the end of the day as they were when they arrived at my house to start their day. I just can't say enough good about these gentlemen. Thank you for a job well done. You guys are simply the best!

They did a large white oak removal for me today. When I called for an estimate they arrived at the time they said they would, when the rain settled they picked a day to perform the removal and were on time for that too. These guys are awesome at what they do, they drove over a hour to do this job and beat a local competitor price by 1,000 dollars. I couldn’t recommend them any higher or I would. Great company, great communication, great work, what else can you ask for? Call them for any tree needs.

I am very impressed with Tree Pros. My experience with them was not from hiring them directly, but from their contract to clear around power lines for Sheffield Utilities. We have some trees that are special to us, so I called as soon as I saw the flyer on our door. They immediately had their employees come back and walk through the power lines with us. The employees were very knowledgeable about trees and were honest about what they could and couldn’t do as part of their contract. They followed instructions about trees to leave and they mulched and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. We did have an old fence in a line of trees and thicket that I did not think to point out and a section of it was taken out during their work. When I let them know, they immediately called and said they would fix it and they did - very quickly. Good work is one thing, but fixing a simple mistake without fuss gave them so much more credibility to me and I would not hesitate to use them next time we need tree work.
