The work heartland team did this time was amazing! They replaced my kitchen window with a sliding glass door that leads to my back deck. Chase was the person I worked with the most, but everyone I dealt with was super helpful and represented their company really well. They were all eager to help me out in any way they could. They gave me peace of mind throughout the whole process. During the installation, the crew found some weak boards on my deck. They were worried that this could cause problems later on, so they replaced them for me. This wasn’t part of the job I hired them for, but they found a problem, had the materials they needed, and just fixed it. This is my second time working with heartland construction. My first time was when they completely renovated my house - new roof, new gutters, and new windows. That experience went really well thanks to Kenny, Chase, Tanner, and their office staff. Everything went smoothly from choosing the materials, getting the estimate, doing the work, billing, dealing with insurance, and everything else. It was all hassle-free and stress-free. Based on my experience, I can confidently say that heartland is a great company to work with. I highly recommend them!
