Andrey was very nice and easy to communicate with. He put up trim around our garage window. He was upfront on what needed done, why and the cost. I added a color change and he was great about doing it. I highly recommended him!

I needed a repair on a flat membrane roof. They showed up quickly, located the puncture, and sealed up some other problem areas. They sent before and after photos and videos, so I didn’t have to guess at the work that was done.

We're to start. First off none of this was done threw the insurance company. This was all paid for out of pocket in full going by quote and was paid bfore started. I had him come out to give a quote on my garage roof. While here I asked he do one on the home knowing down the road I will need to have replaced. At that time I asked his availability to start I wasn't in any hurry but wanted a time frame. He gave me one I then asked about weather conditions and would the job be effected. He stated that as long as the old shingles were removed and the paper was down it wasn't a issue. So a date was set again thr insurance company was not involved in this. I asked him what I needed to do to make sure his guys could get in and out with out interfering with what they needed to do. I have a second vehicle parked along side my garage that needs a exhaust replacement so its not insured. So to not park this van on the easement I asked to park in my neighborhoods drive for the day. Having been told they would be in and out in 1day. The day before the supplies and dumpster were delivered and I made sure they had the available space. The dumpster was put were my van sat and the supplies for some reason were placed right in front of my garage door being told the would be showing up the next day I didn't see a issue with this. That night we had rain andby andbyit had totally cleared and the sun was out.expecting them to show I being off work on Vaca did my normal routine. By 4 o'clock in the afternoon I texted him saying I take it your not coming today. Keep in mind i had arrnaged my van to be in my neighborhoods drive and my main vehicle was in the grage blicked by there supplies they could have easily been placed infront of the dumpster. He tells me due to weather they weren't coming and he juat checked his mesages and noticed hr didn't push send when informing me and they would be there the next day. He was not a part if the crew that showed up nor was he here all day while the actual work took place. His guys had the roof done in under 4hrs did a amazing job. I ended up moving the rest of the supplies over infront of the dumpster so I could get out of the garage. The guys had finished and left by the afternoon asking if he could give me a eta on the dumpster removal because I needed to let my neighbor know weather or not i needed to leave van in her drive more day. I told him if he wanted to wait till tomorrow to get it that was fine but I needed to let my neighbor know the van maybe in her drive 1 more day By 8 I notified her I needed 1 more day. They showed up around 9ish rushing to finish up before dark. All of this to this point im not irritated by i thr request to have the paper work mailed to me he then tells me what the information im requesting needs to be done by the insurance company and they will have me form i fill out requesting the 10 year work warranty along with the 30 on the shingles i then reminded him this was not done threw the imsurance and i would prefer to have my own copy sent to me by him and what ever the insurance company requested was between him and them i have requested this paper work from him on 3 sperate occations the last 2 telling him if he needed to bill me for a prosses or paper fee for the writen info please include in the informariin requested when mauled my roof was done back in july i still have not recived the paper work as requested and my messages now go unanswered by him i also have all corospance backing what i have stated here this is my attempt publicly to get the warrentee on the work done. the 30 year on the shingles and the 10 year work warrente for my records and a itimized list i will move forward with my next option if no respomds
All i want is the i formation requsted repeatly via text please notify me via text message. at this point all i want is the info i have repeatedly have requeated i will not have you back to do my house. Any Issues with the grage roof will be delt with by the insurance company not me

Great to work with. Did an excellent job in a timely fashion. Customer service is excellent when working with owner. Very pleased with our new roof and will be working with him in the future on other projects!!!!!!

We had Andrey of Golden Eagle Construction, replace old gutters on our house relocating the downspouts which was tricky. He had to work around an existing foundation stone planter & back raised deck. He paid attention to the roof line & made sure the symmetry & curb appeal were preserved. He is a hardworking, conscientious, problem solver. He also alerted us to nails popping up on our 3 year old roof from another company. First off, I have two small kids, so I don't have time to write reviews and do so very rarely. But Andrey is a great guy running his own small business and I want to help make sure people know that.

I've never needed to replace a roof before, and I'm really glad I went with Andrey. He was friendly and professional without being pushy, which is important to me. He charged me exactly the price he promised he would, and when he found additional work that the insurance adjustor had missed (a second layer of shingles under my top layer, and shed roof replacement), he was quick to send me photos so that my insurance company could update the estimate.

The roof replacement happened in one day, as promised. The gutters ended up taking a few weeks (there was a LOT of storm damage in my city and all the roofing companies were pretty busy) but at no point did Andrey leave me without a downspout or gutter or anything like that.

The quality of the work is good, to my non-professional eye. Importantly, there are no leaks and my gutters work much better than they did before!

We had a few pieces of loose siding that were at risk of completely detaching in a strong storm. We reached out to Andrey at Golden Eagle and he responded the next morning and was able to come out and inspect just a few days later. After inspecting the siding, he was able to quickly repair the issue and secure the loose pieces for us - it's great to no longer have to worry about it! Definitely recommend using this group and will reach out to Andrey first for any future roofing or siding needs!

We have now used Golden Eagle Construction for several of our Twin-Home construction projects and have always received outstanding service from them. Very responsible and skillful contractor! My roof was leaking due to incorrect siding installation by a previous contractor. They got a really good attic and exterior inspection done and found areas that needed to be repaired or modified. They had to detach and reset the siding in order to replace the existing House wrap weather barrier with new Better Quality one and replace Damaged Roofing Step flashing.
They also added a new gutter and downspout to prevent ice build up in the Roof valley .

Highly recommend and will definitely call them again for help in the future!

They did a great job on our siding so we had them come back to put on a new roof. We have cedar siding and he painted the bottom of each sheet to prevent water absorption to prolong the life of the siding, that is above and beyond of what I generally seen done by other contractors. I would give them a 5 Star for the professionalism and careness in the job.

I’ve been in construction for 31 years. I’m certified in almost everything a contractor can be certified in, and Golden Eagle Construction is probably the only company I would let either roof or side my own personal house besides myself! Excellent craftsmanship, quality, and flashing!

We used them to repair some flashing around our garage doors, since the builder recommended them from doing the original work.

They did a great job, and we would certainly use them again. Our job wasn't time sensitive, but they treated us very good, and came when back in our area.

I needed new roof fascia on my house. So, I asked 3 builders I know for a recommendation and they all came back with the same name, Andrey. So I contacted Andrey, we met and discussed what was needed, and around a week later he was working on my house. He did a great job, always asked if I had a preference about the material or color he used. He always cleaned up after himself, and charged me a reasonable fee. I'm very picky. I've recommended him several times and would gladly hire him again if I need any work done.

We had them replace our roof a couple years ago. Their quote was extremely competitive, they were professional and they got the job done very quickly! They roof looked beautiful, and they took extra diligence to clean up the nails after the project was done to protect our young children and dogs.
