We've had Grier Roofing replace our roof twice in the past year or so (thanks Helene) and it was a pleasant experience both times. Due to their busyness, you do have to be flexible and be prepared to not know the exact day they will come out until a few days before. Still, they did a great job and were very efficient both times. We found a few stray nails in the yard afterwards, but they did a great job cleaning up after themselves overall. Would recommend.

We had roof damage from the hurricane. Grier roofing came out quickly and gave us a estimate. After getting approval from our insurance we contacted Grier roofing and they were out the same week. Mr. Joaquin Collza was very professional, explained the repairs needed, and documented each step of the repairs with pictures and texts. He cleaned up any debris from the repairs. Very satisfied with all aspects of Grier roofing and will use them if any future needs arise

This past week, the roof began leaking in the bedroom closet. I called Grier roofing and today Joaquin came out to inspect the roof. He crawled way back into the attic and found the source of the leak, which was a broken piece of corner siding on the dormer. Joaquin plugged the source of the leak and didn’t charge for the service. Super professional guy and very thorough. Grier has put on two roofs for me and they stand behind their work. Thanks Joaquin!

Joaquin Collazo from Grier Roofing came to my home today because of a leak in the first floor ceiling of my 2-story townhome. I thought it was a roof leak but Joaquin determined it was from a PVC pipe that wasn't glued correctly by the builder's choice of plumber in 2019. At my request he drilled a hole in my ceiling right where the water was coming in. He said the PVC elbow connector should have blue or purple glue but either no glue or clear glue was used. He spent around 45 minutes checking various possible things causing the leak including A/C drain pan. I asked how much I owed but he said there was no charge and wouldn't accept payment for his time. I cannot say enough good things about Joaquin and Ronald who I spoke with to set up the appointment. I will definitely use them for any future roofing needs. Thank you Grier Roofing!!

I would absolutely not use this company under any circumstances. We hired them for a roof repair which they completed and 3 weeks later we noticed more missing shingles and they refused to warranty their work unless it’s the specific shingle they replaced otherwise it’s several hundred dollars each trip for each shingle. It’s a joke of a company that can’t stand behind their work.

Fantastic company from the first time I met Chris doing the estimate to the roofing team that installed the new roof on our home from hail damage. Everything was like clockwork, very professional, courteous, good quality workmanship, good quality materials they were always on time. and the jobsite was cleaned up perfectly like they were never there and while they’re there, they move things that could get damaged in your yard and they cover everything else including our bushes, I highly recommend them if you were going to have a roof installed there are many roofing contractors out there but as far as a professional company that follows through and what they say, I don’t believe there’s a better roofing company in the area, I highly recommend you give them a chance to compete for your business. You will not regret it.

We had our roofs at our Townhome Community all replaced by Grier a little over a year ago. They came highly recommended. Last night I came home to a roof leak. All around the fireplace, wet ceiling and water on my furniture. Chimney flashing? Maybe - but with a new roof less than 2-years old? And I am not an isolated incident. Unfortunately, there are others that have had leaks too. Really disappointing. Sadly, would not recommend. Has the quality of their service gone down or did I just get their "B" team for my job?

We just hired them to redo our roof. Quick response great price and wonderful attitude. Incredibly professional team showed up early and ready to work. The team got the job done by lunch time and the yard drive way and walk ways were cleaned and tidy like they were never even here. Would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone. I am beyond thrilled with Grier. Woke up a few days ago to a leaking roof. Had another local company come give us an estimate and was informed that we needed a new roof. If we didn’t want the new roof, their estimate was nearly $900 to repair what needed to be taken care of now. Thankfully, I sought out another opinion…enter Grier Roofing. Not only was the cost significantly cheaper, but Jeff was able to get to it the same day. And I wasn’t even supposed to hear back from them for another week due to them being backed up! Grier roofing replaced my old porch roof with a new stainless steel roof. Chris was responsive, quoted a lower price than the other contractors, and gave an accurate timeline. The work was completed by their crew in one day without incidence and the roof looks great.

Representative Chris was personable and made the claim process seamless until it was time to make a roof color choice. He was tolerant of my indecision and I'm sure relieved when I said this choice is "my final answer". The work was completed in a day and my roof looks GREAT. I worked with Brian to get a quote. Of all the companies I asked to come out, Brian was the most responsive and first to actually walk the roof in order to understand the scope of the work. On top of the stellar customer service, Brian gave me the best rate, by a lot. It saved me enough that I was able to upgrade my gutters to include leaf guard.

His team was prompt and super fast. They managed to strip the roof and redo it all in a day. The gutter team came a different day and were just as efficient - in and out in a day. Brian communicated very well before and was responsive to questions after.

My neighbor was so impressed with the work he called Brian and had his roof done by Grier later that year.

Grier roofing installed our new roof and roof panels over our porch on July 28th. There were several issues with the installation of the galvaloom over the porch where the screws missed the framework and missing a trim board over the gable. We contacted them and Chris called us back and sent out a crew to fix our issues.

I called Grier Roofing on October 4 because it was raining down the wall in my kitchen. Someone came out on October 7 to assess the issue and give me an estimate. We had used them before, so I hired them on the spot and asked them to schedule as soon as possible. November 2, it’s still raining in my kitchen. I called the office and asked if they had an idea when they would be back. No information available, couldn’t find my estimate, etc.. I was told they would get back to me immediately. November 4, I called Above All Contractors. They came out, gave me an estimate for the same work but $500 less. They are on my roof today. I still haven’t heard back from anyone at Grier Roofing. I would give zero stars if that were an option

We recently had a situation that involved some leaking from our roof. We called several roofing companies including our insurance company to look at it and all agreed the leaking was coming from the existing vents we had installed some 15-17 years ago. Grier Roofing gave us the best quote to replace all the vents which we did; however, replacing the vents did not solve the problem. Giovanni, the office manager, and his lead technician, Jeff, from Grier Roofing personally came back to assess the situation again and highly recommended we should replace the entire roof due to the fact the original vents were not properly installed which created the second problem of the continued leaking. We certainly would have to replace the entire roof within a few years anyway so we decided to go ahead with the roof replacement. They were very professional, detailed in their suggestions and not once pressured us to replace the roof. Giovanni even gave us credit on the roof replacement price for the vents we purchased. Within 2 days a crew of 6 was on our roof and did a fantastic job and the entire job was finished by the end of that same day. Giovanni was very helpful, took our best interest seriously and was always just a phone call away whenever we had any questions during the installation. He even came out to inspect the finished roof installation before even presenting us with the final invoice. We are very pleased with Grier Roofing and highly recommend them for your next roofing job.

I contacted Grier Roofing on a Friday afternoon and received an almost immediate appointment for an estimate..the estimator was thorough and informative..I received 5 estimates they were the 2nd lowest. The 5th place company was double and then some from the first 2 and left the window open to be even more. One gave me an estimate $3,000 more than the lowest but offered to price match if they could do the work...I would not trust a company that would give a quote and then requote like that...I am confident Grier would have done a great job...please give them a call if you are in need of a roof replacement. I think you will be glad you did.

There are so many roofing companies - but you would be foolish not to call Grier first. Two trees fell on my house damaging the roof. I contacted Grier Roofing and Jeff James came right over to give me a quote and was able to get a repair crew over to repair the roof faster than I thought they would be able to. Work was done very well and crew was very professional. They swept the pine needles off my roof and thoroughly cleaned up the roof area and the ground areas around the edges of the roof.
