Jeff James was the specialist that visited my house for a roof inspection and minor repair. He was friendly and down to earth. He explained what he saw and how he could correct the issues. The service was great and I was charged appropriately. I will definitely call them the next time I need my roof repaired. Thanks Jeff!

The roofers showed up properly on time at 7 AM, took tarts covered all the trees air condition fence deck everything that would be hard to clean up trash. They properly removed and replace the roof and cleaned up everything as well as expected by me. I would recommend Grier roofing and the salesman Mitch to anyone. Great guy and worked well with us! Roof material was great quality and looks great! Great prices too!!

Had a new roof put on three years ago and the other day during a heavy rain storm some water came in through our chimney. Called Grier to take a look to make sure the flashing hadn't separated. Jeff James came out to inspect and took photo's of what he saw....the flashing was in like-new condition. We figured the cap on the top of the chimney developed a crack and that is what allowed the water to enter. What was especially appreciated is that there was no service charge for the call.

I wish I could comment on the quality of their work but I can’t get them to show up. Chris has told my wife multiple times that they would come repair seals on our roof “soon” or “next week”. This has gone on for months and now I’m experiencing worse ceiling damage for relying on his word. If you need something done quickly I would look for another company.

Grier Roofing did a awesome job, showed up at the crack of dawn got going and finished nearly 2100 sq feet in one day , removed old shingles, they replaced bad spots in sub roof, removed old chimney to below roof level, left a clean yard. And were well priced compared to some of the other known roofers in the area. The Crew was professional , solid workmanship. Very Thoughtful and thinking ahead, asked me if I wanted to remove my vehicles out of the garage so I could get out easily, without being blocked or getting nails prior to job complete. All Pro, no cons, Even my wife commented on how clean almost untouched the yard looked after departure. My neighbor noted how professional and quick the crew was, while he was out in his yard.

This company is the absolute best. I recieved my estimate and all necessary paperwork the day after I called the office. The price was amazing and the work was of good quality and was finished in a timely manner. I am very pleased. I coordinated all of this from Mississippi.

These folks are top notch. They replaced our roof, cleaned everything up and were done when they said they would be. Chris is very knowledgable, kind and courteous. We are having them do another project for us too. I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to family and friends.

I called Grier Roofing about 2 weeks ago because I noticed yellow circles on my ceilings and I though my roof may be leaking due to the recent tropical storm. I was able to speak with Chris who got me an appointment scheduled right away.There was no hassle in scheduleing an appointment . The day of the appointment he arrived on time as promised. He even had to wait on me because I was running behind. Chris was very professional and ready to solve my roof problem. It didn’t take him long to figure out the issue. Turns out my roof wasn’t leaking but water was getting past the metal pipe on the roof which was showing up on the ceiling. Chris was able to easily fix the problem and didn’t try to beat me over the head with an outrageous bill. I would highly recommend Grier Roofing to anyone in need of a roofer. With all this Hurricane weather recently I had a water leak coming from my hot water heater exhaust pipe on my roof. I call that morning and Chris was so unbelievably helpful and efficient he had it fixed in no time. I can’t thank him enough. They are fast, reliable and affordable I’d high recommend them.

Great experience with Chris! We needed a small repair on our roof after some wind damage. He returned my call promptly and my roof was repaired the next day! Other roofers were over priced and said it would be a week before someone could come. Chris provided fast and professional service! This is the second time Grier roofing has done work on my roof. The first time was before we bought the house and we had a leak repaired. We have had no issues since the repair and it’s been a year. I thought at first that a company with this many positive reviews must be hiding something, or perhaps it must be propping its own ratings up with fake reviews (something you can see on Amazon item reviews, from time to time)...well, it turns out that the hype is real when it comes to Grier Roofing. Chris Cody is a real person, and though I can't confirm or deny whether or not he is super-powered (I've never seen one person make so many people *this* happy across the board), I will say that he was responsive, professional, courteous, and timely. Not only that, but he kept in touch with me throughout the entire process, even after it was completed, in case I had any questions. His crew was hard-working, professional, and courteous...and they W-O-R-K. They completed the work in less than a day, and it looks amazing. He helped to walk me through the process of how to contact my insurance company, as my roof was ancient and wind-damaged, and this was my first roof-replacement rodeo. If Grier roofing is still around in 25-30 years, or heaven forbid I have some storm damage, they will be the first and only company I call...and in 25-30 years if Chris answers the phone, we will know that he's immortal, and that will answer yet another burning question. I will recommend Grier Roofing to everyone I know from now on.

I cannot recommend Grier Roofing highly enough! We received three quotes for a roof replacement, and Grier Roofing was the lowest by a significant amount. Additionally, Chris Cody was awesome to work with. He is friendly and incredibly helpful, and very clearly dedicated to fantastic customer service.

The turnaround was very quick. We finalized the details on Monday, and work started on Wednesday, then completed the following day.

Also, when the insurance adjuster came out, they pointed out areas where our vinyl had come detached. I asked Mr. Cody if that was something they could do as well, and he said he would have it done free of charge. The roofing team didn’t quite fix it all the way, so Mr. Cody came back out and fixed it himself.

The gentlemen from Grier Roofing responded quickly to my wife's concern about loose shingles on our roof. They were punctual, explained the work that needed to be completed and fixed the issue. I plan to call them in the future should I need any additional work. I highly recommend this company if you are in need of roofing repairs. Thank you again for your help.

One call and Chris Cody was at my door less than two hours later. He took at look at the problem - a cracked vent boot - and had it repaired in less then 30 minutes. Chris Cody and his team were awesome to work with after the hail storm in 2013. I called him to look at our roof and he was there that evening.
