I was very pleased with my experience. My AC went out late in the day and they were able to send someone over without a couple hours of the phone call when every other company I tried said it would be at least one day until they could fit me in. Nate was great! He was very friendly and communicative. He took time to explain everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He had the part I needed on hand and got my AC back up and running within 30 minutes of getting here. I’ll definitely be using them in the future.

Showed up on time. We're very polite and very careful with what they did. They did a great job and even check to see if my air conditioning ducts needed cleaning and they didn't which I thought was very honest. I will use this company again and will recommend them to others.

Aaron recently performed an emergency service for my AC on a very hot and muggy Saturday morning, in my attic that had to be at least 200 degrees. Tech ( Nate Wagner) showed up early in the repair window. Very knowledgeable. Knew my systems repair history and service life. Helped me with every day items to promote longevity of my system. Didn’t try to upsale me. Very professional.

We are renting a home and after a month of HVAC issues and 4 technicians later, Nick came. He has been the only one so far to find a problem and fix it.

Nick is a good communicator, very knowledgeable about our gas pool heater and got the job done quickly and efficiently !He is very respectful and professional.

Top notch team over at swift brothers. They have made a couple house calls when our HVAC units were malfunctioning and fixed the problems promptly to keep us cool this summer. Nick is amazing. This is a "Military Friendly" company; Nick takes care of my mom's AC while I am deployed overseas. You can learn much about AC and other home maintenance companies by the way they treat elderly, single females. My mom tells me that Nick is always "on the job", treats her AC maintenance needs with serious expertise without ever being dismissive or talking down to her, treating her with nothing but respect! It is critical for Senior Citizens to have working AC at all times due to health issues related to age, and Hartwick is always quick to attend to my mom's calls for repair or assistance in managing the system. Hartwick also has an outstanding and affordable yearly AC maintenance program. I recommend this company without hesitation; they know how to treat the vulnerable in our society with RESPECT while the strong are off defending and upholding the Constitution. I am relieved to know that we have heroes like Nick supporting our loved ones at home while we are working 12-hour days in far off countries fighting for life, liberty and democracy. We’ve had nothing but great experiences with HartwickAC. We have a new home, and our handling system was not placed correctly. The original installers were unhelpful, and essentially said our house will just smell moldy because we live in Florida. Hartwick has been educational, and so helpful. They easily fixed many of the problems, and have been servicing our AC for the last year now. We have very much appreciated their knowledge, patience, and hard work. Thank goodness for Hartwick Heating & Air! We built a new construction home almost 3 years ago and have had problems with our a/c since we moved in!(others on our street have had problems as well) The A/C company who installed the unit came out several times giving us no assistant/help and telling us they couldn’t find anything wrong. Once our Freon started leaking-they bc practically told us we needed a new unit; so we were just done working with them. They were no help to us! We called Aaron from Hartwick and he came out instantly and told us our unit is not the right size and too small for our house! He did a whole evaluation of the unit as well as the duct work(which the original company just squished out duct work in the house giving us NO air to 2 of our rooms) Aaron has also worked on my parents home putting in a new unit years ago and has been consistently assisting them through the years! Thomas and Tallon came to assist in the day of the unit installation with Aaron! All of these amazing gentlemen were friendly/thorough/knowledgable.. the list goes on and on! And they were incredibly kind to our pup and our 5 yr old who just wanted to ask all the questions! They all took care of our house and their work throughout the day and we are truly grateful! Today Aaron and Tom came on time after confirming their appointment. This they do every 6 months. I have used Hardwick A/C for a few years and they have always done an excellent job and always very trustworthy and punctual. I would highly recommend this company.

I have been using Ben Hartwick and Aaron for my air conditioning and heating repairs and new unit installation. I always ask for Aaron because I trust him, and Ben too and everyone at the company, and they always do an excellent job. Aaron installed my new HVAC, and exerted far more effort and expertise than any technician who has undergone renovation on the more than numerous homes I’ve lived in.

Several month after installation, I was concerned about an issue. Aaron happily explained the intricacies of the computer messages I received, treating me as an equal in speech and action. He tested system functionality, ensuring that this military family would be cool in the summer and warm ️in the winter!

I have known and used Aaron Labrecque for A/C and heating services for over ten years. I followed him from one company to his current employ. I have used him to replace and to service regularly my heat and A/C needs on many occasions. I have also recommended him to neighbors who are equally satisfied with his services. Why?
He is a competent technician who is highly focused and deliberate in his work and a man of integrity. If Aaron says something needs replacement then IT DOES NEED REPLACING. Also, he is very clear in explaining one's options if their is a need and he is a positive, upbeat individual.

From the receptionist to timely email notifications to the technician who handled the repair. I highly recommend them and I will be using them on all my rentals and of course my primary residence. We had called in Hardwick for a very difficult problem with a clogged AC condensation drain pipe. We had tried another a/c vendor and did everything we could think of ourselves, but could not free the clog. Aaron from Hardwick came early the day they promised, and worked very hard to resolve the problem. it was not an easy fix, but he persevered and took care of it for us. I was very happy with the response in the quality service.

I moved to Anastasia Island ten years ago. I always read reviews and choose a company based on what I hear.
