I had no idea when I purchased my golf cart from Lowe’s that they had a 48 hour return policy. My bad! How many of us observe problems with any purchase within 48 hours?
My new golf cart was delivered Sunday night, June 1st at 915. I drove it on Tuesday and discovered the USB ports did not work, the plastic frame was bowing and one side of the front seat had a big gap in it. The reason I noticed it was because it was raining and I was concerned the rain would damage the battery.
I called Lowe’s Palatka Wednesday and was transferred. The girl told me I had two choices. Call the manufacturer or bring it in. I said there’s too much wrong with it and I’m going to return it. She said no problem bring it back.
So I did this morning after renting a trailer.
The treatment I got was disgusting. I was respectful and calm. I was drilled about who I spoke with, what time etc etc.
one associate laughed while she pointed to the return policy on the wall.
I will never step in this store again.
Any business that doesn’t back up their products is not worthy of mine.
I will continue to share this story because people will continue to get ripped off at this store. Buyer Beware.

Came in to purchase more stuff for my home. In this past week I’ve spent a couple thousand at this store alone. Today I come in to get some wood and an employee Jason gives me extreme attitude because I asked him to help me with cutting some straps. I let the manager know and all he did was blow me off and not even say anything to the employee with the attitude problem. I’ll go to Home Depot to finish out my projects just because the way all this was handled.

Most terrible unprofessional front desk I ever experienced no knowledge no confidence impossible to reach somebody whoever is running the front desk no one answering the phones or if they do they hanging up on you or making you hold for so long you will give up waiting for help they did everything is possible to stop me place the order very disappointing experience

I was at the paltka fl Lowe's . Normally almost everyone associate at Lowe's is inviting alway greeting you and asking if you need any assistance or are you finding everything ok. So the aisle I was on the merchandise had to be handled by an associate at the store so I didn't see an associate on the aisle so there was a call button for assistance so I pushed the button and over the intercom it alerted them that assistance was needed in that department and it kept repeating itself until someone showed up. So while waiting a Caucasian male was on the aisle but farther down but hear I am in front of the call button. So when an associate arrives the individual presses a button so the intercom can stop alerting for assistance he looked at me turns his head to the caucasian and with his voice asked the individual if they needed help this in so many ways was wrong and unprofessional. I felt embarrassed for me and my family to have to witness something like this. I am a Black man a traveling man on a journey seeking understanding as to why i was treated with so much disrespect. As a customer in their establishment.

come all the way to the store because it says it has one in stock and they do indeed have one in stock, but it is the display model and you’re not allowed to buy that apparently because it’s more important for them to show you what they don’t have then for you to be able to use that part

Sad to see such a big building supply store do so poorly with customer service. I went in at 5 minutes to close for 1 standard drill bit and all of the employees were ganged up at the doors. Not 1 of them offered to help me find it. But they certainly had NO PROBLEM giving me dirty looks for making them late to get off. Needless to say, not my supply store of choice.

I received wonderful service from Ariel in deliveries when the box our ice maker came in was missing parts. She took care of it in less than a day and had the parts shipped to us since we don’t live in Palatka. Ariel, thank you so much for all of your help!

When I got to the paint check out no one was there. But they have a button to push that goes on all the speakers that someone is waiting! I like it!!!

Absolutely rude AF. I've never had so many issues in one visit to Lowes. I will not be returning. This lady kept pulling up a different AC as I tried to price match. Lowes had the most expensive price for this particular AC. She tried arguing with me, but she still couldn't properly explain herself. That's it for me. I'll be shopping somewhere else from here on out.

The worst experience ever! I will never step foot in this place again. If you're short staffed fine but do not LIE. We had not one but even at the front bold face lie and said they'd call someone back, but no one ever came to help. We waited over 20 minutes for nothing. I don't live right down the road...a waste of time, gas, and patience. This kind of customer service is unacceptable! We were treated as if we didn't matter and were lied to and waited around for nothing. WHY??? Plus these all terrain vehicles are illegally parked in the fire lanes. SMH

When the store doesn't have an item to match another item you have bought, so you have to order it from the store, be prepared to wait almost 2 months for your item. Then when you get the call that item is ready for pickup, be prepared to wait at desk for 20 minutes or more so they can find your order. Unbelievable how inefficient they are. 2 employees seemed upset that they had to go look for my order while another employee stood at desk eating candy telling me she had nothing to do. I suppose if you're making a hefty hourly pay rate, you don't really care how the customer feels. We won't be shopping at Palatka Lowes in the future. (Home Depot is across the street.)

I am utterly appalled by the treatment I received at Lowe's in Palatka, especially considering the significant amount my company recently spent there—$400,000 this year alone. During a recent personal visit, I purchased shiplap, only to discover that nearly all the boards were damaged. The process to address this was nothing short of a circus, involving multiple staff members just to acknowledge the obvious damage.

After a cumbersome verification process by three different employees, the matter seemed resolved, and I proceeded to check out. However, my transaction was initially declined due to network issues at Lowe's, causing further delay. As if this wasn't frustrating enough, Melissa, the manager, confronted my wife and me in the as my wife was walking back into lowes in an utterly unprofessional manner. She aggressively claimed the boards were not damaged and should not have been discounted, directly contradicting her staff's earlier confirmation of the damage.

Melissa also had the audacity to interrogate us on our installation plans, implying we didn't know how to use the product properly. This level of disrespect and poor customer handling is unacceptable, especially from a manager. Lowe's needs to seriously reconsider how situations like this are handled if they hope to maintain loyalty from longstanding customers. This experience left us feeling disrespected and questioning our future patronage at Lowe’s. Melissa the manager at palakta Lowes needs to be put back in customer service training

I appreciate it if Lowes corporate office gets back with me in this situation.
