Our experience hasn't been great. Our system was measure wrong from the get go, so the installers just put the extra panels on the north side of our roof, where there is no sunshine. Needless to say, the effects our productivity. After 3 years some of our panels became loose and were flying up in the wind, we couldn't get anyone to return our voice mails or emails to get a technician to come out and fix them. My husband had to crawl on the roof and fasten them down himself. They only thing I am happy about is paying a consistent bill 9 months out of the year. We still have an energy bill in Dec, Jan, and Feb.
Itai was wonderful, answering all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. He believes in this product, and now, so do I! I love that my energy bills have gone way down...to a little over $15 a month! Sometimes, I even get checks back from the power company! It's great to not have to worry about the high cost of heating, cooling, and lighting my home anymore. I am so happy with my panels, I know I would never change my mind if I could go back and do it all over again!
We've had our solar system for about one month. We are looking forward to a zero electric bill. Getting signed up was super easy. Robbie Herbert was easy to work with. Our installer, Price Solar was fantastic. I'd do it again.
