He was courteous, thorough (took the time to explore our attic space and shared tons of helpful photos for us), and great communication every step of the way, even when it came to working with our insurance company. I contacted them on a weekend when I discovered a large leak. They contacted me immediately and offered to put on a temporary patch. The final work was completed shortly after. The roof looks great and no more leaks.

GR finally resolved our roof leak after a three year effort to identify the problem. We had worked with a number of other contractors & individuals but none could find the source of the problem which went from bad to worse. We worked with GR on multiple occasions which involved much interaction with various staff members as well as a lot of trial & error. The GR staff was always professional & responsive. They were punctual & would communicate with us if they were delayed. We would like to recognize Joe Osborne for his outstanding work. We’re convinced that his tenacious efforts were what eventually succeeded in identifying the problem. This included coming to our house on short notice during a raging rainstorm. Joe Osborne worked with us in our attic during the rain event to find a temporary fix. He then fast tracked the final, permanent roof repair & provided periodic follow up to ensure we had no more inside leakage.

Ravines at Waggoner Park. Though the roof looks nice and our patio was cleaned up, a lot of nails were found in our driveway and parking lot area. A neighbor's boyfriend has already had to replace a tire that couldn't be plug. Edit; A representative reach out to me today and wants to remedy all concerns including reimbursing purchase of the tire. I guess better communication with our board members would have fixed this sooner.

After a recent hail storm our roof sustained some significant damage. We worked with great roofing and restoration, and we are very happy with the results. Looking for an HONEST roofing company that won’t just come over and tell you that you have storm damage and that they need to repair/replace your roof? Well Great Roofing did just that! My Mother was weeding and found some shingles in the bushes. We had just had a big hail stem so I was worried and want to get the roof checked out. I just moved into my home less than two years ago. Ryan came over went up checked the whole roof out and said you’re good to go! No damage. They apparently were old shingles from an old cap repair. You will get all my referrals. Thank you for being a straightforward company!

They did great work and very reasonably priced. Team was fantastic and Nick was easy to work with and very knowledgeable.

Overall it was an easy experience last summer to get our roof replaced but the follow up has been sub par. Our gutters had guards that were ripped off by the roofers and we had broken tape measures and debris from the project shoved into our down spots that was found months later by my husband and his friend. The last spot of rain left our roof leaking into our kitchen and the roof is less than a year old. Still waiting for follow up on if the team will come and fix the issues that were found.

From beginning to end this company did a great job. Ripp came out and did an assessment and was very through. Where other companies charge you over an hour for the estimate this company does it for free and it was very comprehensive.

We had one chimney re-flashed and the other chimney re-sealed. They also put chalk over the nails on the roof to help maintain the integrity (something we would have never thought to do).

Excellent service. Quickly tarped storm-damaged roof to protect against rain until it could be scheduled to be repaired. Worked with insurer to take care of all payment details. Completed job in a single day including boards, and stayed late to finish it. Tarped entire perimeter around house during work.

Nick helped me with replacing some shingles that blew off in a storm. He was very professional and helpful in ID’ing the reason for shingles coming off as well as solutions. It was only a few shingles and not worth submitting through insurance, so Nick helped ID the type of shingles and the best way for me to fix the issue

During some strong winds and rain in September, I noticed water coming into my living room ceiling. I called a bunch of roofing contractors, but Chuck with Great Roofing & Restoration was the only one able to come out same day and take a look at my roof. He found damaged shingles on my roof and instructed me to open up an insurance claim. He was here when the insurance company sent their own inspector and Chuck showed him where the damage was. Chuck was able to work with the insurance company on getting me a new roof replacemen And within a couple of weeks we were scheduled for contractors to install our new roof. Chuck and his company use top-of-the-line materials and their crew did a fantastic job on our new roof. They took excellent care of cleaning up, and I am extremely pleased with how everything turned out. plus we have great warranty with our new roof, I highly recommend Chuck and his company Great Roofing and Restoration. They do an awesome job!

Update from 2025: I needed a new roof for a rental home. I contacted Great Roofing again & very happy with results. Good communication all through the process. Clean up was excellent.

I met with 2 of the companies employees on 5/25/21, it is now 7/2/21 and I have yet to receive an estimate. Shaun also said he would set up an inspection of the roof and he did not follow through with that either. I'm not sure what the issue is, however based on their lack of communication and follow through I would not recommend this company.

So lucky I ended up picking Great Roofing & Restoration over a couple of the larger roof repairs. Great Roofing & Restoration was honest, very professional, and they did it the right way without any shortcuts. I will only use them and recommend them going forward. The roof looks amazing and it was completed very quickly without any mess. They also handled everything with the insurance making it very easy on me.

He developed a plan with his foreman than fixed our small hole instead of replacing the huge commercial roof. I've met Ryan at networking events, and I am so impressed with how educational he is about his knowledge. As a girl it is easy to feel talked down to by people in industries that I know nothing about... but he has always taken the time to pull out computer generated graphics that illustrate his point (on his iPad) - which as a visual learner is right up my alley.
