We worked with Joe who was referred to us through our Home Owners Insurance. From the first contact when Joe came out to do our damage survey and get the process started, I could tell that he was honest, efficient and had our interests in mind. (You know how you get a feeling about someone when you first meet them) As we proceeded, everything Joe promised us, like, he would make sit visits often during the tear down and installation to make sure all was done properly, that all happened. I can't say enough about the company from the personnel to the transparent honesty and follow through, including updates and open communication through the process. Joe was very diligent and detail oriented to ensure all hail damage was identified and covered by insurance. I called Great Roofing and Restoration because my insurance company, based on two photos taken from a cell phone on a stick, decided that my roof needed to be completely redone before they would insure it again. Joe Konopka came out and did a thorough appraisal of my roofs condition from pictures from a drone, from actually walking on the roof, and from inside the attic. Joe was both pleasant and knowledgeable and if a new roof was needed, my first call would have been to Great Roofing and Restoration.

Cole Singbeil of Great Roofing contacted us initially to do a hail damage inspection of our roof. We didn’t need any damage repair but we were in the process of looking for a company to replace the gutters. Cole gave us a very reasonable bid and then coordinated the work of a subcontractor that did an excellent job. He did the final gutter leak test himself. He is knowledgeable and friendly. We highly recommend him and his company!

This company has been impossible to do business with. Our representative was changed and the service went downhill very quickly. Communication was poor throughout the experience.

From my first encounter with Cole S at Great Roofing, I was impressed by the professionalism and genuine interest in helping me get the best outcome following the storms that hit our area recently. Cole coordinated with my insurance adjuster to assure a thorough inspection. While the damage did not merit re-roofing at this time, I will reach out again to Great Roofing should the need arise in the future, because I trust their integrity, and their references vouch for the quality of their work.

Cole Singbeil of Great Roofing and Restoration came out to assess damage to our roof after a hail storm. He showed up on time, told me about his process, and just did his job. No muss, no fuss. Good news was we had no damage.

We had our home roof replaced l in July,2023 due to hail damage. Joe Konopka was a great help and guided us through the process. The Great Roofing team was very quick and professional in the roof repair. We thought we had a leak in the roof this April. Joe came out immediately to access the issue. It was not the roof but a window casing, which Joe found very quickly. Knowing what the underlying problem was and being able to get it fixed right away, was a huge relief to us. Joe is very knowledgeable and delivers great service!

Terrible communication and follow up from Jordan. Started the process last October. They provided an estimate and even started the permit. After that no communication or follow up until January 2024. Only reason he called is because I posted a review online. I removed review and they said they would get started and then once again never heard back. Unfortunately I have to give one star.

We’ve had nothing but great experiences with Joe and his team. From helping us navigate insurance, to installing solar, to repairs that came too soon- Our roof was still very new and a recent wind storm damaged it. Joe was quick to come out and assess the damage and was able to send a crew out that same week to repair the wind damage.

Adam Hackbarth was out today to give a roof certification and repair some broken tiles. He understood we were under a time line crunch with the house being on the market as well as needing documentation. He made sure his manager got us the documentation on time. He was out at the house, completed repairs and got us all the paperwork in the same day. Hands down would recommend him to do any future work!

I worked closely with Joe and he was helpful and knowledgeable. My roofing project had a complex insurance claim issue that took a few months to complete, but Great Roofing was able to get a proper claim submitted.

I chose to install GAF solar on my roof and the system is sleek looking and stealthy. The panels do not stick out like a sore thumb like other solar systems. Take a look at the GAF solar system if you are interested on solar power generation.

He was great at dealing with the insurance company when we filed the claim - and was very good about following up and responding to my emails regarding questions or requests for additional information. I called great roofing and restoration because the prior roofing company, I knew, didn't do the job correctly. I wasn't satisfied with the first person they sent out. So, they called to offer a 2nd inspection & I accepted. The 2nd guy they sent out to inspect my roof totally knew what he was talking about. He saw everything I saw and more! He was very thorough and did an EXCELLENT job! Great Roofing to the Rescue! I had an exceptional experience with Great Roofing and was so happy to finally be dealing with a truly reputable roofer after having had 4 leaks in my roof in the 9 years I'd lived in my home, with one of the contingencies of purchase being... a new roof---a 30-year roof, in fact, which in retrospect had somehow inexplicably passed inspection with Boulder County. One spot in my ceiling, a leak had been "repaired" once, only to leak again 2 years later. Not to mention that the first roofers in 2014 who then did one of the additional repairs were a total nightmare to deal with, but that's too long a story for this review.

Fast forward to Great Roofing - this time around we decided to finally make an insurance claim, having done the other repairs out of pocket, only to continue having leaks in the ceiling and running down a couple walls. Our insurance company recommended them, and I'm so glad I decided to go with them for this major job, which wound up being an entire roof replacement.

What impressed me the most: The clear communication with initial contact Joe K.; the clear information sent to the client via printed materials and videos that explained the insurance process as well as the details of the job itself and what to expect; and the client portal that included everything you might want to know or access regarding the proposal and job, including a section of the portal for before/after photos. The job was done in just 1 day (7am to just after 9pm)on a home of about 1600 square feet.

Also impressive was the timely followup, with Joe's assessment that there were just a couple of areas that he wanted addressed afterward. One tiny ding given for the roofers that showed up for that second round at about 6:20 am and started lightly hammering just before 7 am, but Joe was responsive to that feedback. I truly appreciated that he encouraged feedback in the first place. I also appreciated that he prioritized the job, especially given how busy roofers are in general now with the severe weather we've had in Colorado this season.

Lastly, their 2-year warranty on labor was also much appreciated. I've already noticed receding of the drywall in those areas in my ceiling that were leaking, as well as in areas that were cracked but not leaking. I'm confident that I now actually have a solid roof over my head.

We had our house completely reroofed in less of Han a day! The crew was respectful and completed in 7 hours. Everything was cleaned up and couldn’t even tell they were here!!

This was my first time dealing with hail damage. Joe and the rest of the team at Great Roofing and Restoration were fantastic. Joe assisted with every part of the process from the insurance agents, to being on site with the roof inspector, to keeping me informed every step of the way with the work that needs to be accomplished and coming back to the house to certify the work that his team accomplished. Joe stopped by my house in April to offer a free inspection--I normally just say no thanks, but I liked Joe's professionalism and offer to only take 15 minutes and give me an idea. I appreciated his honesty as he gave what he believed were my chances of getting our roof covered by insurance. He emailed me with info and kept in touch, so when the big hailstorm hit in May, we felt led to go with Joe and Great Roofing. He walked us through the claim, was here when the adjuster came, and worked on our behalf to get more money from the insurance company, as they had some inaccuracies in their info about our roof. Now we have a new roof we are happy with, and Joe and Great Roofing kept their word every step of the way and made the process smooth!

We had our roof evaluated with the insurance and great roofing and the insurance was denying the damage. Great roofing kept fighting for us to get our damaged roof covered. It took almost a year from start to finish (length of time due to insurance protocols) but great roofing stuck with it and got our roof covered while communicating with us the entire way. I would not hesitate to work with them again. Great service, great communication, great flexibility with Colorado spring weather finalizing the job.

I had hastily put in an offer to purchase a home on a Saturday afternoon. I’m excited and happy!! Then Sunday morning I start wondering what was all wrong with my new home!!! The worry sets in and I wonder what shape the roof is in. I didn’t climb up to look at it. Of course the Realtor didn’t know. So I called Benjamin on a Sunday morning and explained my situation. He understood my dilemma and was over at the house and on the roof within an hour! They were spread way to thin when doing our basement this was the flood of 2013, we were promised that workers would be there and they never showed up. Had to stop work due to salesman saying they would go back to insurance to get more money that didnt happen. DO NOT USE

I had a roof replaced in 2017 and couldn’t have happier with the final product. Unfortunately I had some mirror warranty work in 2021 and Brandt and his team couldn’t have more responsive and professional. Not to many roofing business stand by their warranty and product well after the sale….they came out and quickly fixed the issue at no charge! I cannot recommend them enough!!!!

Great Roofing replaced my roof in summer 2017 after a large hail storm hit the neighborhood. I had an old roof with multiple layers to replace. The entire process was smooth and their crew did an excellent job. 3 years later, I still love the look and I have had zero issues. Be sure to get impact resistant shingles to reduce your home insurance significantly.

From the day I first met Bauman from Great Roofing till the last piece of debris was picked up after the roof install everything went as smoothly and professionally as possible. Bauman was an incredible rep and did everything in his power to make sure every detail of the project was instituted and followed up with. Great Roofing performed a roof replacement in August, 2019 on our 4 unit condo building outside of Breckenridge. That winter some problems were discovered. We contacted Great Roofing. They not only corrected the problems, the included a number of things that went way beyond the insurance claim we originally submitted.
