His communications were excellent -- kept me informed ever step of the way, including photos since the repair was done while we were out of town. I’ll start by saying I’ve never used a gutter company, and whenever you find that one company who does it right, you feel lucky. I called in and dealt with Danny who was absolutely stellar to deal with. I also knew I was asking a lot especially since he sounded busy but even with having zero relationship with them, I asked if he might be able to get me a bid in under an hour and even though I could tell it would be tough, he said “let me pull over and I can do that for you, so if you’re able to send me the details now I’ll get it over to you quick”. Now it’s worth it to mention that people say that to me all the time and most of the time never make it within their promised time range(which isn’t a big deal to me, I understand people have a lot going on). But Danny had this bid to me in ~30 minutes from when I sent over the details. I can’t thank him enough and I’m excited to work with him. Definitely gives these guys a shot because I absolutely know a good company from a bad one. 12/10, thanks guys!

About a month ago, I noticed that I had some damage with my gutters that occurred over the last rainstorm/windstorm. I gave Austin and Danny a call, and they were able to schedule me for the following day to come out and evaluate the situation. Shelly called right away and got me scheduled for an estimate within 2 days. Austin came out and assessed the work we’d need done and got an estimate back to us the same day he came out. He knew this project had a quick timeline so he contacted me as soon as he found an opening and within a week of first contacting them, we had the work done. Amazing! The quality of work was fantastic. I got pictures showing their great work and I was impressed with how good my flat roof looked. Im the 3rd house on my street that used Ironwood Roofing in the last month! Worked quickly, professionally… fixed a few cosmetic issues i had the very next day. Price was great, easy to deal with. But most important, i trust them, local owner and local company.

Hired Weston and his team to replace an extremely old and rotted roof after purchasing a new home. Everything was communicated well and when things inevitably changed during the project due to the poor condition of the house. Weston and his team were able to adapt quickly communicate what was being done and his team came back several times to wrap up, clean the area around my house and complete the finishing touches 10/10 would recommend.

I needed a leak fixed on my roof plus a sealing of my air conditioner and vents and replacement of several shingles. Everything went smoothly. The work is guaranteed. I thought the amount charged was pricey because an adjuster estimated far less. However, the company rep suggested removing an unneeded vent and covering it with a piece of roofing and shingles, which might have upped the cost. I received photos of before and after.

Very impressed, highly recommend. Replaced underlayment, all thru's, bird stops, etc on 3300 sq ft home in 2 days. High energy and professional crew. Good cleanup after days work. Came back at completion of job to review and touch up a few paint issues.

I had a few roof issues due to aging and needed gutters in the back of my house, so naturally I contacted these folks (and others too). I can’t say enough good things about Austin, Danny the roofing and gutter crews – skilled people and a delight to deal with. The price was terrific, on-time, very clean and I think one of the keys here is they have their own/regular staff, they don’t pick up people off the street. The owner is hands-on and that keeps their costs down too I suspect.

We had a refreshing experience with a great local company!

Before we called Scottsdale Roofing, went through a rough experience with a recent AC install. Long story short, the AC company made a mess of the roof.

We had obtained quotes and inspections from 2 other (well-known) companies. Both companies had very different ideas about what needed to be done and then had caveats for anything that ‘might come up’ during the install. Basically, they didn’t really inspect the roof and allowed a lot of room for additional charges.

Austin and his team inspected everything and gave us a very reasonable, comprehensive bid. We hired them to replace the roof over all the patio sections. They showed up precisely when they agreed and made quick work of it.

We were so pleased that we asked them to come back and replace the entire roof. They went above and beyond, fixed a ton of past problems and deleted all the old roof penetrations. Scottsdale Roofing completely made new the roof, our skylights and gutters. And everything looks fantastic!

Had Scottsdale Roofing and Gutters replace the underlayment on my concrete tile roof as well as replace a section of flat roofing over our patio area. The job was well done, on time, and on budget. Both Austin and Danny kept me informed of their progress and any issues they encountered during the process. Also, I might add, that their bid was very competitive with other roofing companies (on the lower end) and I would certainly use them again.
Additionally, I happened to notice one tile was broken, as I inspected the work about a week later and both Danny and Austin showed up the same day to replace the tile-service beyond the norm!

We were told by a painter that we needed some roof coating, etc. done on our flat roof. We were skeptical and contacted SR and G. Weston showed integrity in stating we did not need any work done for many years. He also discussed other things regarding the tiles, cracking and more; and was very helpful. We will definitely contact them for future inspections and work.
