Even though they work on diesel trucks, they helped me through my emergency on my gas engine vehicle. The most helpful auto garage I’ve ever been to.

Our diesel rv was giving us problems for a few days the engine would automatically shut off and would sputter we would hardly make it up the hill we took it to 4 places and they were not able to detect the issue, this place had it fixed in an hour and a half and was very very reasonably priced

Trailer tire blew on the road. I called Hannah and they had a used tire for me. Got me in and out extremely fast and did not rip me off like most shops do. 10/10 recommend these guys! George did good work!

This place will rip you off anyway they can! The owner of this shop is trying to charge me $175 for delivering a spare tire to me 1 mi from the garage. The donut was free, although it was the VDOT guy that actually changed it and had me sign a paper saying that the roadside service was free. Somehow a free service turned into $175 labor, and now I'm sitting in my car which is blocked in so that I can't leave because I posted this review. Sounds like retaliation to me, good thing I studied law because I smell a civil suit!

Sent these guys out to fix tires on my trailer. They ended up damaging my brand new trailer and now the owner is not taking responsibility for the damage. And is trying to throw the blame onto my driver. Saying that it was the responsibility to make sure that the trailer would get damaged.

Donnie the owner is the best! George is great also. Had an emergency and he took care of us when no one else was able to. Really great people!! Highly recommended

We broke down on the exit ramp across the bridge from their shop with our truck and 5th wheel. They towed our truck on their flatbed and came with their tractor (without trailer) and towed our 5th wheel over to their lot. They worked on my truck til 11:30 at night and let us stay in our RV in their lot overnight. They lent us a gas can so we could put gas in our generator so we’d have power and AC. They couldn’t diagnose the problem but towed the truck to Smokin Guns nearby. They then towed our RV to the Wytheville KOA about 10 minutes away. Don (owner) and the other Don are the nicest and most helpful people. They don’t make people like this anymore. I can’t say enough good things about them and their kindness. It’s nice to know people like them still exist.

Best experience I've had servicing my truck. Friendly, family people doing work here. Honest work, honest prices. Would highly recommend if your in trouble and need a repair or truck inspection. They have tires and a knowledgeable diesel mechanic on site.

Enlightened COVID practices, very respectful of HIPAA and 4A. Excellent service. Great staff. Clean bathroom. Souvenirs and snacks. Very accommodating.

Gas prices average 10 to 15 cents a gallon higher.we stopped in got a cheese burger and fries x 2 it cost us $20.00 it was a normal burger never will they get my money again i suggest you travel just a couple more miles down the road get the same a lot cheaper. A very negative rating.
