Without a doubt, the best experience we have ever had with a contractor. They price was very fair, and the workmanship was top notch. I contacted J and C To come and look over my project and Jason came by and gave a proposal. There were a few unconventional aspects to the project , but Jason and crew took them all in stride. We had J&C Exterior Construction replace our deck and screen porch floor with a raised concrete floor and they also rebuilt the screens and replaced the door on the porch. Everything was done exactly as we asked, and the work crews really were great at their jobs, and pleasant as well. Jason communicated with us frequently and we always felt informed about what was happening next. We did have to wait 18 months from the time we signed the contract due to their booked up schedule. It was worth the wait!

Great quality of work. They really go above and beyond. I will definitely be using them again for any other renovations I do. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Very good company.

Our first experience with J and C was a roof. Simple enough, but it was well executed and had their delivery truck not been late, they would have completed the job in about a half a day. After walking the property, I found one nail and some plastic pieces that had been blown by the wind. That was all. Very clean, very well done. I dont think they were expecting me to go up on the roof during the job, but all I saw was a great JOB.

This led us to have J and C put in windows and a front door in our sunporch. Expected to be a half day and it turned into two full days. Once the tear out commenced and all the rot and additional work was found to be needed, J and C and their team rolled with it and created something better than my wife could have imagined. After Demo we were windowed and doored in before the end of the day and completed with new siding and skirting by the COB the next day. Couldn't have asked for a better job. I know construction having done it in my younger days and these guys were fantastic. Always fascinating to watch professionals working with modern materials.

We were in need of a new roof on a larger home we recently purchased, and J&C was not only one of the most reasonable quotes we received, but the level of care and customer service we received was top notch. J&C Exteriors went above and beyond to get the job done quickly, efficiently, and without any issues or problems. The crew was neat, clean, courteous, and the post job clean-up - always a challenge on a roofing job - could not have been better. The new roof looks great, and we expect to use J&C Exteriors again for a couple of other improvements we want to make. The quality of their work was outstanding and all the little details that were added that was never asked for and stuff we would never think of just made the whole process as easy as you could ever want from a contractor. The job was completed way faster than we could have ever asked for. We are now having them do our enclosed porch as well after seeing the finished product from our addition. Jason and his crew were the most responsive and professional contractors I have ever worked with. Their quality of work and work ethic is unmatched. They offered suggestions, helped me design, a second floor, outside deck, area, outside, shower, and deck stairs. They were fantastic, and I highly recommend them.

I feel like I stepped into the most incredibly easy home upgrade by chance! My neighbor had a patio installed and I watched the process. I talked to the contractor, got a great price and arranged for the same, with coordination of other contractors that were required for the job. Excellent communication and responsiveness throughout the entire deal. Five stars all the way!

Completely and totally surprised by this company. They have great depth of knowledge of so many trades, had fantastic suggestions for improving on our designs, perfect execution of the work, cleanup was 100%, the workers were ALL knowledgeable and skilled and surprisingly pleasant. The owner was as nice as they come and went way above and beyond the norm to exceed expectations. Have never been this happy with a contractor.

We expanded a deck, added railings, added an outside staircase (built a beautiful outside hot and cold shower and storage underneath), finished a large attic, modified the inside front entrance area, recessed the master bedroom entrance and replaced the outside front entrance staircase as well as some smaller jobs added in.

Without hesitation they will be called back when the roof needs replacement and for some other future projects.

Jason is a great guy to work with. This is the second project he has done for me in the past 2 years. His crew is second to none. They are on time and on budget, they show up when they are supposed to,the work was done in a very professional manner,cleaned up after everything was complete. Jason answers the phone when you call or shortly after, they show up when they are to be there. Overall a great experience. I will look forward to working with Jason and crew again in the future.

We love our new 4 season room. From the start Jason worked with us to come up with a design that was within our budget. Once we committed to the project Jason kept us informed on the status of the ordered material, permits and such. When it came time for the project to start, he and his team showed up and went to work and they showed up every day until the job was complete. We had regular conversations with Jason on the project status. He has a crew of highly skilled craftsman who are very personable, driven and detail oriented. At the end of every day the job site was clean and orderly.
Additionally, Jason uses contractors for certain things, electricians, gutters, HVAC. The work they did was equally well performed and they were all great to deal with.
We had heard a lot of horror stories about contractors in our area; we are thrilled to report that we had none of those issues with J and C Home Exteriors, in fact we can’t say enough positive things about our experience and would recommend Jason and his team to anyone.
We started with a screened in porch and 5 weeks later we are enjoying our beautiful new sunroom.

The crew came out and installed new railings and gates around my deck. They did an excellent job of installing the railings and then cleaned all the debris and wood chips and shavings from the yard. I recommend them highly for anything you need done.

Great concrete sidewalk Job!!I could not ask for anything better. I got their information from a flyer and went to J and C Exteriors website and read all comments and ratings which were very convincing.
Emailed Christina for a quote and she got back to me within an hour, Jason came out the next day to measure and had a quote to me that morning. Job completed in 2 days.
