I am making this post on behalf of my dad, Lewis Mitchell.
Since the announcement was made about Frontier being acquired by Verizon, the service has gotten even worse, if that's possible.
My parents are both elderly with severe health issues. Their phone has been out since July 9th. Three weeks ago my dad was told to give them 24 - 48 hours to fix it. Again that was three weeks ago - Nothing!!! Two days ago he was told a service person would be there around 2:00pm. Needless to say no one ever showed up. Two trucks went by my parents house, but never stopped. My great aunt lives several houses above my parents. She also is elderly with severe health issues. Her phone has been out the same length of time.
My dad is now so frustrated with this lack of help, that he is changing services to Shentel.
Maybe it's a good thing there will no longer be a Frontier Communications business. With service like this, they do not need to be in a customer facing business.
This is the worst internet you could possibly get. This is no exaggeration worst internet service i have had to use. I pay over a hundred a month for this garbage. Do not buy, if its you're only option don't get it and you'll be thankful you didn't. 0.5 stars this is awful.
Ordering service from them goes quite well but EVERYTHING after that is rotten. This companies processes and delivery of services are loaded with incompetance which ends with customer or potential customer disapoingment - with a rating of 1.6 I am obviously not the only one. Looking all around West Virginia ratings above 2 seem non existant. Sorry Frontier but you should consider another line of business.
