Our experience from beginning to end with Ethan at Roofmax was the epitome of professionalism. Ethan first determined whether our roof would be eligible for the Roofmax product by doing a thorough examination of both our home & garage. We had noticed granules on our deck and we’re concerned we’d need a new roof even though our shingles should have e lasted several more years. By taking pictures he was able to show areas of concern, such as loose shingles, nail pop throughs, worn boots around pipes, etc. Ethan found one of the boots had failed & replaced it. He said he could not leave without doing so, whether we went with the service or not. Above & beyond excellence in customer service!
A cupola on our garage had decayed & was in rough shape. Ethan added to our contract that he’d remove the damaged boards & replace with new boards that my husband would cut to fit. On the day of service, we threw Ethan a twist as we had purchased a new PVC cupola to replace the old one entirely. Ethan got his tools & had the old removed & the new installed in quick order! He then proceeded to fix areas of both our home & garage roofs as detailed in the contract, which included trimming any branches hanging over the roofs. Even the sheds!
We could not be more pleased with how our roofs look immediately after the product was sprayed. We now have no worries about our roof and if needed, it can be reapplied in 5 years.

When you are 88 and on fixed income and you need your roof repaired, you look at a lot of options.
