Freddy's Roofing and Home Repair was referred to me by a friend because I had a leak due to the roof. Fred was responsive and did a thorough inspection. They were on time for the repair job and I can't say enough good things about the work he and his team did. Not only did they do an amazing quality job on the roof the clean up was spectacular. They even re-leveled the gravel in the front of my house. They repaired the damaged ceiling as well. I HIGHLY recommend Freddy's for your repair.
Recently after one of our spring rainstorms my ceiling in the living room showed water spots. My neighbor had a Freddy's Roofing sign in the front yard, so I decided to call them. They came right over and checked and told me the roof was indeed damaged, so we submitted a claim to my insurance.
My insurance agreed to cover the 'whole roof', but apparently insurance does not consider the plywood underneath to be part of the roof, so Freddy knew there might be more damage underneath when he checked.
Sure enough, it turns out that my roof had been 'replaced' 3 other times, but no one had checked the plywood. See the pictures ... The whole underneath was ruined and had never been checked. There were no spacers between the plywood to allow for expansion, hence the extreme damage.
Freddy started work at 7 AM the day of our repairs and did not leave until 9PM. Everything was done RIGHT, and before the crew left my yard was pristine. They picked up everything and even used a magnet to pick up any stray nails.
I highly recommend this company!!! And a word to the wise , beware of these companies that come around the neighborhood telling you they are replacing roofs due to damage and will work with your insurance. They will just slap new shingles on without looking underneath and you will end up like I did.
Freddy and his team were phenomenal! Freddy answered all my questions and kept up excellent communication throughout the entire process. I absolutely love my new roof and gutter system. I give them a 10/10 and will definitely be working with them again in the future.
