I had a great experience with Carlos Trujillo and StormRoof. He was very quick to respond to the request to come out and see the scope of work. They are easy to do business with and I am satisfied with the work that was done. Communication was clear and timely, the clean up was done well, and the price was fair.

Storm roof did a great job. Crew was punctual. They worked as long as they could before the weather did not allow any further work. They covered everything and were back the next day to finish. Clean up was well done, and the foreman of the project was always available. Couldn't be happier with my decision. Great job StormROOF.

Very bad experience. This is how my interior was left after initial roof repairs were not completed as needed and leak still remained.

Technician who made repairs even metioned he wished he was told by company that issue was a leak so he would make needed repairs from the beginning.

Communication has not been timely and now I am left with this company not willing to take action and fix this.

Damage is actually worse than what it was initially before repairs.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company.

After posted review, leak has been fixed and interior work has been completed.

I had a major leak coming from my skylight, so after looking for a company with good reviews to fix my problem, I decided to call Storm Roof Systems for a quote. Mickel came over the next day and inspected my roof and skylights and gave me a reasonable price on what it would cost to take care of my major problem as well as what it would cost to replace the damaged wood as well as replace new shingles between my two new skylights. Mickel and his team delivered on everything that they promised in a kind and professional manner.
I would highly recommend this company to my family, my friends, or anyone who is in need of any type of roof repair! Last but not least, these guys go the extra mile to accommodate their customers and I am glad that I chose them over some of the other companies that I was considering.

I highly recommend StormROOF Systems for your home roof repair or replacement. I called five companies for estimates after a hail and wind storm. Three companies said they couldn't send anyone for an estimate for 3-5 days. One company didn't even call back until 3 days later. However, Chris Reece, with StormROOF Systems, came out that same day. He inspected my roof, was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I asked him to check my neighbors home that was affected as well which he promptly did to their satisfaction. After much research, I hired Chris and his team and am very pleased with the result. Chris remained in contact with me and my insurance company making this process very easy. They arrived on time and did what they said they were going to do. We had a great experience! Chris was able to work with our insurance company showing the damage from our recent tornado. He worked with the adjuster and we did not have to worry about anything. They took photos and showed me the damage to my roof where I couldn't see it from the ground. They provided a step by step explanation of what to expect and a timeline. I picked out the color of shingles I wanted and after supplies were delivered to my home, the roof was installed fully in one day! It looks AMAZING! They made suggestions where I felt unsure and everyone at the company I was with was super friendly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

I enjoyed working with Chris and StormROOF on the replacement of my damaged roof. Chris did a great job of explaining the entire process to me, worked directly with my insurance company and was very responsive when I had questions. The crew arrived on time and worked efficiently in order to finish by sun down.

The one change I would recommend is to make sure to inform the client that the materials may be delivered to the home prior to sun up. I unexpectedly was awaken by the delivery man ringing my doorbell.

Mikel or Miquel Adams. Whatever his name is. He didn't keep his word. Took all the money and fixed the roof but didn't fix the ceiling like he said. He wasn't there when they changed the roof like he said he would and he didn't repair my ceiling like he said he would and then laughed in my face when I told him I was going to find someone who could. I don't know why you would hire these type of inconsiderate people but ya'll really need to step your game up.

The entire experience went very well right from the start. I had noticed we had some storm damage so contacted Storm Roof to come over to look at our roof. After inspecting the roof Storm (Dylan and Tony) notified me that there was damage, and explained to me what all needed to be done, got in contact our insurance company and told me he would be able handle everything else I had nothing to worry about. Once everything was good to go, Storm handled the rest, Dylan and Tony met with the insurance adjuster and scheduled his team to come out with in a week after the claim was processed. When the roofing crew showed up they were very cordial and professional and arrived exactly the time we were told they would be here. They finished the roof the same day just as Storm had told us they would. The Storm Roof crew did an amazing job cleaning up the yard after they were done, I walked the yard and have not found any debris. And the finished product looks amazing. It has been a great experience working with this company from start to finish and I would recommend Storm Roof anyone.
