Luis and his team did an amazing job on replacing all the gutters and fascia on my home. He was extremely professional, communicative, accommodating and understanding. The work was completed in less time than had been projected and his work has already caught the attention of a few of my neighbors. I highly recommend employing LM construction for any roofing/gutter work as the services and professionalism were exceptional!

We were experiencing a lot of rain and heard water dripping in our house. We found a spot developing on the ceiling and knew it was something with our roof. The next morning we called LM Construction, and Luis said he would come out. Not only did he fit us in, he was here on time. After checking Luis did the repairs to our roof. It was an absolute pleasure working the LM Construction team, and would 10/10 recommend giving them a call for you next applicable renovation need.

Upon inquiring about their ability to help us achieve our dream backyard, they were out within the next day and provided us a detailed, professional quote on the expected cost and timeline in which they would be able to get the job done. During the process itself, they provided clear and consistent feedback on their progress to ensure we were never in the dark with how the project was moving along.

The original project we hired LM Construction for was completed within the timeline and budget which for new homeowners was a big priority for us. We ended up extending the project and requested they help us with a few more details and again was a smooth process that once the supplies were delivered the team was on-site working diligently and had everything taken care of within 2-3 days. When all was complete, it was a HUGE transformation! They handled removing an entire wood patio, two large trees along with the stumps, and demolished an old concrete pad. The result was a leveled backyard with proper drainage and provided an area of which we will soon be able to use for entertaining guests and a great play area for our two pups.

It was a pleasure and will definitely be using for future upgrades.

Highly recommend the team. Professional from start to finish. After contacting the team they were out that week for an estimate which was a fast and simple process. Provided a quote that day and we scheduled installation the following week. The team arrived on time, throughly cleaned the gutters, and installed the gutter guards in less than two hours on our two story home. This included them cleaning the grounds of any fallen leaves and equipment debris. Even provided pictures of full installation in areas we couldn’t see. Great investment on our new home - thank you!

Alonso and Luis were so easy to work with! I wasn’t available for a roofing consult during the week until after dark, and they were very willing to come on a weekend day when I would be present. They got me on the schedule for 5 days later and completed the work in a very timely manner. They sent before, during, and after photos and were communicative throughout the whole process. The prices were very fair as well!!! You should definitely use them for any roofing needs!!!

We used LM Construction to install a new roof. Every part of the experience was a positive one. Ron was our main contact and was a pleasure to work with. We felt their pricing was fair and the communication was outstanding – we received a timely quote, got the install scheduled quickly and once the weather made that date impossible, we were rescheduled within a week. We were prepped on what to expect and those expectations were carried out as communicated on the day of work.

They scheduled enough workers to knock out the roof in one day, which was greatly appreciated to minimize inconvenience since I work from home. The work was detailed and well done and they took great care to protect my property during the install and provided great care in clean-up of the site at the end of the day.
