Recently a shingle fell off of our roof during a bad storm. I was told to always get three quotes when you need to have repairs done to your house. I ended up calling 5 companies. I spoke to Trace who is the owner and not only did he quote the lowest price but he was the most personable. The other companies just wanted our business. Trace wanted to EARN our business. He told me that he had been in business for 20 plus years and will only do what NEEDS to be done. After two phone calls and a survey of the roof we scheduled an appointment. Not only did he fix the shingle he also did a few other odd jobs that he saw that needed to be done once he got up there. I would recommend Trace and his company to friends and family without a doubt. If you need roof repair he is the one to call. Hopefully, we don't need any more repairs done but if we do he will my first and only call.

Atlanta Roofing did a great job on my roof, siding, and gutters. The original roof had several shortcuts in installation that had caused issues with the siding. Trace from Atlanta Roofing explained what they were going to do differently so that problems that we had would not continue. They did a beautiful job replacing the roof and added metal to keep the water from running down and into the siding. They also replaced my rusted and worn gutters. They kept me informed the whole time, did exactly what I wanted, and cleaned up when done. I would definitely hire them again, if I needed a new roof.

I had a tree branch fall through my laundry room in the middle of the night. I called two other companies, but Trace was the only one to pick up. He and his team came over and removed the tree limb and tarped the roof. He was very helpful explaining the insurance process and working with the insurance company throughout the project. He gave me a new roof, fixed my fence, and new gutters. He also fixed a part of my driveway that buckled due to a tree root. It has been two months since they completed the work and I have not had any problems.

I first contacted Atlanta Roofing back in January of this year after some concerns I had about the current condition of my roof. After some severe storms and high winds we'd experience over the holidays and over the past few years, I felt that my roof was no longer in the shape it should be in. I found them after an online search and spoke with Trace.

He politely provided me with a brief history of the company and how long he'd been in the business of roof installation and inspection. After our conversation I asked if he could come out and take a look and let me know the results of his preliminary inspection. Him and his wife graciously came out to my home, making sure I would be there so he could explain the inspection to me.

After some time on the roof, he came back down and explained that he did discover some damage and plenty of wear and tear on the shingles. I placed a call with my insurance company to file the claim and then waited for the next steps in the process. My insurance company arranged for an independent inspector to come out and verify the damage. Trace kept in touch with me throughout the process, he met the inspector at my location and both inspected the roof to confirm the damage. After this was confirmed, my insurance company sent a check minus my deductible to pay for the replacement.

Before the replacement took place, Trace and his wife came out one evening to show me a selection of shingles to choose from. He explained to me the differences in the brands and types and the average lifespan. Once the selection was made, his wife made some brief notes and also noticed a couple of spots where my siding was having issues.

After they managed to find a day when it wasn't raining, they were out to the house that morning. I had already left for work but he sent photos throughout the day showing their progress, by late afternoon they were pretty much done. He sent me a few more photos of the completed work, but it was even better seeing it up close when I got home. The roof looked fantastic, it still does! I can definitely tell the difference during some of the recent heavy rains we've had, a lot less noise from the roof and I'm less nervous about strong winds.

Later that evening after they'd finished the work, a gentleman came by to pick up the trailer of the discarded shingles. Took him about fifteen or twenty minutes and he was gone. I truly appreciate all of the hard work and efforts Trace and his team put effort on replacing my roof, it really shows. Earlier this month, a neighbor from across the street approached me one day when I had just pulled into the driveway. He asked about my roof and if he could the name of the company that installed it. I gladly gave him Trace's number.

We noticed a leak in a guest bedroom after a rough storm. A neighbor recommended Trace and Atlanta Roofing so we gave them a call and are so happy that we did. It turns out we had wind damage. They explained what we could expect and set a time frame up to get a new roof installed. If I tell you I heard the first hammer drop at 7AM sharp on the given day, I'm not kidding. They finished our roof that same day! Neighbors have even commented as to how good it came out. Donnie supplied us with pics of each stage of the job so they were very transparent. I hope I don't need a new roof again, but if do, I'm calling Atlanta Roofing. They do outstanding work!

I found the pricing reasonable and a good value compared to other estimates. he was able to schedule the work quickly. I had an added complication of not being local and needing him to work with my tenant's schedule and requests. He and his brother, Donnie, worked through the logistics to make sure the on site trailer was out of the way of the tenant who was having a shower the day prior to work commencing.

Atlanta Roofing is a great company. They were very professional and thorough. They installed our roof and it looks wonderful. They made sure there were no sinks or bumps in the roof and everything is even. Trace and Donnie took care of everything and we appreciate that. The creation of the overhang, soffit and fascia on our parish hall annex (where none existed before), makes the whole building appear seamless, not to mention resolving the rain damage issues caused by the original roof with no overhang at all.

Trace came with a fantastic team and did great job! They came on Saturday same week I called them. Roof has a hole through ceiling damaged by falling tree branches. They fixed within half a day and repainted whole section of interior. They even found the problem of my clogged drain pipe.

We are extremely pleased with the new roof. The job was very professional and everyone was friendly. We could tell the improvement immediately. The entire job was finished in one day. That is amazing. We could not be happier.

This company was my savior after several trees fell on my house and damaged my roof and front part of my house. Several other companies recommended by my insurance company would only do bits and parts of the repairs and at a premium cost; but Atlanta Roofing would not only repair the roof and gutters, but also do the carpentry, porch railings, and painting of the front of the house. They brought an armada of workers who knew what they were doing and cared about what they did.

I was amazed by how quickly the work progressed. This was important to me, as I had to have an emergency knee replacement and could not deal with much more stress. One of the owners even loaned me his walker till I got my own. They constantly called and gave me updates on what was completed and what had to be done and when.

Several weeks later after completion, I found a hole in my closet that had not been found by the insurance adjuster; I called Atlanta Roofing and in several days, they came and fixed that too! The team that came out to the house were professional and worked 2 long days to complete the roof replacement. I had asked them to repair some damage to the chimney and Trace got his siding crew out to address the situation. Our roof is a charcoal GAF HDZ architectural shingle, and has a ridge vent from end to end, and even on the three dormers. Trace suggested a black drip edge, and along with the white trim, and with the brick that covers the outside of the house, we have a beautiful home, lovely roof and extremely functional gutters to be proud of.
It was such a good fortune to have Trace and his people install the roof and gutters for us.
