Golden Rule is a fantastic roofing company. They provided so much service to me it's incredible. I live in Grovetown near Augusta, GA.
First of all I was in a really tough spot. I couldn't get approved for my full roof replacement by Allstate. Golden Rule recommended a public adjuster who handled that for me. I didn't have to do anything. They got in touch with Allstate and got them to pay for the entire roof.
Once all of that was handled they came out and did the work very professionally and the roof looks great! The customer service was very attentive they cared about me my situation and my home. Thanks Miguel and Gregory. Thank you Golden Rule!

I told him I'm having a good day except I wish I could find a good roofing contractor in Augusta. All the local contractors were so backed up with work after Hurricane Helene hit us.

We filed an insurance claim because of a hail storm that hit our area. Gregory assessed the damages and assured us that it made sense to file a claim as we had hail damage to the roof, gutters and siding.

State Farm didn’t want to approve the roof replacement the first time around but Golden Rule and their team along with Proactive Public Adjusting were able to get us approved.

The new roof looks great. We had some heavy rains recently and the area that was previously leaking is not leaking any more :)

The company was very quick to finish. Left the yard clean. Mr Perez all ways stayed in touch. Good service.

My experience with Golden was fabulous. I needed my roof repaired, not totally replaced. I had already paid one company to fix it but I think they used water soluble Elmers glue. Another insisted the roof be replaced for an exorbitant sum. It has been very stressful. Gregory and his crew came when they said they would come and did what they said they would do. I feel like they can be trusted.

Gregorio and team came to fix our roof leaks this past August in a pinch - got it done next day before more rain came! Super professional, great to work with, and did an awesome job. Everything works and looks great 6 months later. Highly recommend them for any roofing work!

Gregory explained that with me having the original roof that was 17 years old it made perfect sense to file an insurance claim and have them cover the storm damages that my roof, gutters and window screens had. I was hesitant about filing a claim because my house was built recently however my insurance quickly approved my insurance claim with no issues. The adjuster said my roof was shot.
