We Have known the owner for 20 years. On time. Great crew. Took extra special care of property, bushes, flowers. Perfectionists. Excellent job. Did necessary repairs that original roofer had damaged. Great product used. No one does work like this company.

I've got nothing but great things to say about LB Roofing and Construction. We needed a few small projects done around our spa and LB was referred to us by one of our patients. They scheduled a crew right away and came in that same week to do the work. They did such an awesome job that we called them the very next week to help with another product! The work is very timley and through and everything is done with great care in mind. We will for sure be using them for all of our future projects.

Such a great company! The project manager, Nick is awesome. He is very easy to get in contact with and is very responsive. I contacted them to do a leak repair on the roof and right away Nick was able to come out to my home and the very next day I was sent a quote. I needed it done as soon as possible especially with all the rain in Atlanta. Pricing was extremely fair and the work done was even better. I will be using LB again for other projects around my home!

Lee Marcum is the real deal. One of the most dependable, knowledgeable professionals I’ve ever worked with. He knows roofing inside and out. We had to get a new tile roof installed with a tight deadline, and Lee pulled it off without a hitch. He answered every call, coordinated every moving part down to the hour, His crew was as unbelievable! They climb those ladders like spiders and they delivered high-quality work under some serious time constraints. LB are my new go to guys for anything roofing related.

I hate to leave a review like this but wanted to share a warning for others. There are many trustworthy roofing companies in the Atlanta area.

Backstory: the prior homeowner of our home used this company to get the roof above the porch of the house done. A year or so after, when we purchased the house, we had Lee come out and take a look at the work. It looked like it had been installed incorrectly when going through inspection but I trusted them to come take a second look at their work. That was a huge mistake. Instead of owning up to any errors, Lee over and over told me that everything was fine. I'm so disappointed in myself for believing him.

Now, a few years later, we have an extreme situation of rotten wood. Other roofing companies have shown us that it was, in fact, installed completely wrong. We are having to completely tear down and restart. Its a miracle we caught it before it caved in on us - that's where we are at

Its disappointing that in an effort to cover for themselves on what could've been a relatively quick fix, they chose to lie to us and now we are looking at thousands of dollars in repairs. Perhaps they weren't being dishonest and simply didn't know any better. I'm not sure what is worse..

Take this with a grain of salt but just my warning to those looking at using this business

My experience with LB Roofing has been nothing less than outstanding. I've had two roof leaks within weeks of each other. Each time I called, he responded quickly and completed the repair before the next imminent rainstorm began. Both repairs are holding up well against several more storms with heavy rain and high winds. I can't say enough about their professionalism, promptness, and attention to detail. This company is my go-to company for any roofing needs, and they are highly recommended. You will be completely satisfied.

OUR ROOF NEEDED REPLACING AS IT WAS STORM DAMAGED. LEE MARCOM HAD GIVEN US A COST ESTIMATE FOR ROOF REPLACEMENT. LEE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN NEGOTIATION WITH OUR INSURANCE COMPANY. HIS CREW WAS VERY PROFFESIONAL AND THE JOB WAS DONE IN A DAY. LEE IS ACCESSIBLE AND DEPENDABLE. I WOULD RECOM.MEND LB ROOFING ABD CONSTRUCTION.

I'm a new home owner and had a issue come up with one of our gutters and facia board becoming detached from the rafters of the house. Resulting in a open gap to our attic and the outside, plus when it rained the gutters would sag. This happened on a saturday late afternoon, the next day was mothers day and rain was coming. I researched and all the other companies were closed but Lee answered right away and we talked through it. Even better Luis was there to inspect like an hour later. I was so pumped they were so responsive. The estimate came in a day later which was fair compared to others and Luis was out the next day for the repair. It turned out great and they really helped me out of a tough spot. If this gutter came off my roof it would have caused so much more damage and would have been a nightmare. Because they were so quick it stopped this from becoming a much bigger issue.

Lee's service was awesome. He was always responsive and even personally came out to see the work and introduce himself. Also I wanted a return visit for a part of the repair and Lee could not have been nicer about it. Insisting they come back immediately at no charge. I can tell Lee and team are playing the long game to build up a good reputation rather than quick one offs. Thank you guys!

I worked with Lee on a few small projects and had good experience. Upfront and will tell you the truth while getting the job done. Will work with them again.

Woke up at 1am with the sound of water drops coming from roof leak. Very frustrated and worried I decided to call LB Roofing the next morning after reading reviews. They were very responsive, came to inspect leak and fixed it the same day! Sent me digit photos of leaks. And also inspected rest of roof for no additional costs. Had 2 storms after repair and still holding strong and no roof leak. So glad I called them and they earned my future roof business.

If you need an expert to help with your insurance claim, Lee at LB Roofing is your guy. I worked for weeks with my insurance to obtain approval with no luck. LB Roofing stepped in and (through determination and persistence) was able to get my claim approved and my roof is absolutely beautiful!

I hired LB Roofing to do some roof repairs around our chimney where we had some leaking. Lee responded immediately, sent someone out the next day to look at it and give an estimate, and they performed the work the following day. His workers really seemed to know what they were doing and had good attention to detail. They talked me through all of the issues they saw and how they were fixing them. We had terrible storms yesterday and there was no leaking. Thanks Lee!

Did everything they said they would do and more. Showed up on time, assessed the issue and even informed me of how to fix certain things that was out of the scope of their work (turned out to be A/C leaks). Repaired the areas of my roof that needed it immediately instead of scheduling a follow-up at a very fair price. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Lee and his team stopped by my hose after Hurricane Michael in Panama City Beach Florida. They were helping out a neighborhood area, and were just surveying the horrible damage. I spoke with Lee about our home and property and he told me to reach out with any questions, or if his services were needed. Well communication after a CAT 5 hurricane is like trying to find a unicorn. So everyone was waiting to try and get step one going. A little over a week went by and a Gulf thunder storm was coming in. Like many in our area we were waiting for the core of engineers to patch holes all over our roof but they were severely backed up. However Lee stopped by to say hello like he had many times and I spoke to him about my concern for the weather. Without asking for pay or any compensation he told me not to worry he would take care of us before the storm. While I was at work the next morning he called and told me we were good to go. I asked him to replace my roof when his company had the time and he did. Very professionally, timely, & with great quality!

Lee was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the time we called him for an estimate to the time he was at our house checking out the roof took only 2 days! He was very kind and respectful of our home and property. Lee fought tirelessly with our insurance company to get our roof fully covered and it turned out very well! The crew had the job done in one day (sun up to sun down) and we have not had any issues (no leaks/lifting shingles/etc.).

LB did a great job when it was time for my roof to be worked on and gutters to be replaced. From the very start, communication was strong and I was always kept in the loop. They made the entire process very easy and were always upfront about everything. They are knowledgeable and honest, which was very hard to find. I would highly recommend LB.

My parents home in Decatur was take care of by Lee and his fantastic team. There was rotten plywood in spots (after the previous roofer took shortcuts with the tar paper and didn't properly nail the shingles I think). These guys did a great job and took the dumpster away the same day the completed the roof (something my mom was very pleased about). I live in South Florida, but would certainly recommend them to anyone in the Atlanta area. I'm in the homeowner service industry too and it takes a special group to keep customers like my parents happy..
