What a great team and a very nice job replacing the ceiling inside our screened porch after a leak and roof redo. Fletcher did our ceiling in Hardie Plank, we specified. The team had great attention to detail. The price was almost $2,000 less than another firm. They even swapped out the plain block molding for crown molding. We will paint it white now they are done. I highly recommend them to you!

Disappointed that we signed a contract for an amount we found reasonable and then 2 days before they were bringing the materials they say there's a problem. Get a call that they were adding an additional 2800 to the total. We said no way but still ended up paying an extra 800. If the estimate wasn't correct that's on your guy. Almost wished we had just canceled the whole thing but we really need our roof done. Definitely won't be using them again.

Had the pleasure of working with Dwayne and I have to say he was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was not pushy and he gave My wife and I time to think about our project. We truly appreciate Dwayne's kindness and patience. We will be starting our project in the fall/winter. Looking forward to it!!!Thanks again Dwayne for your patience. Mike from Fletcher Home out of Fredericksburg, was informative without being pushy. He listened to us and offered options. We had spoken with other organizations that told us "what we wanted." Mike was easy to talk to but kept things on track. When we told him we were working on other things first he waited untill we were ready. Thanks for the easy customer service.

Travis is very good at his job. He listened to our needs, gave some options and was available when we had questions. We are truly sorry that Travis is no longer with Fletcher Home.

My wife and I contacted Fletcher Homes about getting a deck built. Project Consultant Travis responded and spent time with us reviewing various options for a proposed deck. Travis demonstrated his vast knowledge about deck sizes, types of materials, different brands, options, PROs and CONs, and was generally very helpful while making suggestions and recommendations.

Dusty, Project Manager, coordinated with us concerning the project start, construction dates and expectations, all the while managing the overall process. Dusty effectively leveraged his solid background in construction to oversee the entire project from start to finish.

Tayah, Customer Care representative, served as our communications point of contact who effectively handled issues requiring team coordination. She also coordinated principally with the Stafford County Planning Office concerning the various, required permits.

Critical to the success of this project were deck builders Fer and Douglas. Both demonstrated substantial knowledge of deck construction and craftsmanship. They meticulously, methodically and efficiently completed each step of the process reflecting years of deck construction experience. Aside from being skilled craftsman, both were very polite and respectful exhibiting excellent customer service.

All Fletcher representatives worked exceptionally well together as a team to professionally, effectively and efficiently transform our deck from concept to reality. It is a beautiful deck, well built, and we love it. We highly recommend Fletcher Home.

Dwayne did an outstanding job! We initially came in just looking for an estimate on replacing our bathtub and removing the existing tiles. Chris was there the day the construction began and explained what all was going to be done and what the timeline would be. Explained that the workers would most likely work on Saturday, even though I only expected them to be there Monday-Friday. They were there on Saturday and the job was finished Monday/Tuesday...less than a week for a large deck re-surface. I was not there when the job was completed, i did have some concerns but Chris came out to the house and we discussed and issues were resolved. Would recommend Fletcher Construction to anyone that is interested in doing any home improvements. Very professional. In fact, i am thinking about another project and Fletcher will be in the running before i obtain any estimates.

We were very pleased with the replacement of our old deck. Dwayne and Chris assisted us in the design and installation of the deck and were very responsive to our questions. Augustine is quite skillful and was able to ensure our deck was exactly what we wanted. He and his crew worked very hard and were on-time and professional. The yard was completed cleaned up at the end of each day. We are proud to show off and use our new deck.

We had our initial consult with Amanda and was very impressed. She was very considerate of our home and very knowledgeable with bathroom remodel projects. One thing that really was impressive was her communication. The appointment was made with someone and then given to Amanda to come out and do the consult. I received a welcome/hello video message from Amanda the night before her visit. The morning of her visit, she messaged me to tell me she was on her way and gave an ETA. I was very happy that she took the time to introduce herself and to let us know she was on the way.

We received a quote for replacing a tub/shower with a shower. She answered all of our questions and thoroughly discussed the project and procedures.

We wanted to discuss the consult and Amanda graciously gave us her phone number. We reached out to her later in the afternoon to confirm we wanted to continue with the remodel.

A day later someone reached out for us to pay the deposit and the next day we had a call from the project manager for a second measure.

We've been very impressed with Amanda and Fletcher Homes and can't wait to see the finished project!

The work is complete and we are very happy with our shower.
Everyone was easy to work with. We worked with Josh, Joe, Eddie, and Freddy and they did a great job.

Gabe arrived at the appointment time I was given. He talked to us about what we were looking to accomplish and looked over the site so he could give an accurate estimate. He let me know the cost and showed a drawing/pictures of similar projects, then emailed me a few hours later with the formal paperwork. He gets 5+ stars from us!

If you are looking for a superior roofing contractor in Northern Virginia, look no further than Fletcher Construction. It all started when Fletcher's sales rep, Jeremy Ervin, came out to provide us a free estimate for our roof and gutter replacement. Jeremy first did a complete evaluation of our roof, then provided us with a detailed presentation of the replacement process including the GAF certified standards that Fletcher’s utilizes during every roof installation. He then went over the complete price breakdown and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Jeremy’s professionalism and courtesy was second to none. We signed a contract that day and based on our experience with Jeremy, felt very comfortable we chose the right contractor for the job.

The day of the roof replacement went as smoothly as we could have asked for. There was a construction foreman on site all day running/supervising the demo/installation and was very helpful with anything we needed. In addition, Fletcher’s Project Manager, Cody Carter came by at various times throughout the day to ensure the project was running smoothly and taking photos to document everything. Cody provided timely status updates and informed us of any issues that were uncovered once the old roof was removed including remediation plans/costs. The crew did an outstanding job cleaning up around the house throughout the day and when all work was completed, they performed several magnet sweeps all around the property picking up any loose nails and other metal debris. When the final cleanup was completed, you would have never known they were even there. Needless to say, the new roof went on without a hitch and looks fantastic. The following day, Fletcher’s installed the new gutters, downspouts and leaf guards. Once again, the job was done to our complete satisfaction. As it turns out, we ended up getting several thousand more dollars from our insurance company with Jeremy acting as a liaison and pointing out several shortfalls on our original claim estimate for the roof damage. Having Jeremy communicate directly with our insurance company saved us a lot of $$. His knowledge and professionalism is more than we could ask for. Thanks Jeremy!!
