Could not be happier about our experience with Abby Construction. From day one, Chris was great to work with. Professional and punctual at every turn. They do quality work at a fair price and got the job done when they said they would, which in my experience isn't always the case with construction companies. Chris went above and beyond when the concrete company we had hired did not show up, he went ahead and scheduled his guys to come out here to finish the job for us by our deadline even though this was not in the original scope of the job. Chris also made sure to communicate when each step of the job would be happening and what they would be doing. He took his time explaining things when we had questions and wasn't afraid to ask questions if he had any along the way. Overall, our experience with Abby Construction far exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them and will be using them for any future projects we have.

In the last two years Abby has completed three major renovation projects for me. A complete remodel of my late father's home, a kitchen renovation and a roof build over. I highly recommend them. Knowledgeable, helpful, diligent and courteous. They have called and followed up several months after each project to make sure there were no issues. Will definitely use them again.

Fantastic group. Abby does high quality work, is very reliable and transparent, and will work with you to fit your budget. I contracted Abby for two large projects on my floor and foundation, several years apart, and I saw many of the same faces on the work crews when they came back the second time. Hey thanks for coming to my house to look at a water leak (later I found out it was a small crack in the wall/foundation!) No real information was given as he walked in the basement and around the yard. He said he would consult with the other two owners on my situation and get back to me. Once he left, I never heard from him again.

Excellent work by Abby Construction. They have recently completed two separate projects at our home and we are very pleased with the results. Both crews were courteous and professional. All the work was completed on time and at a cost that well within our expectations.

We thought that our first project would be a major homeowners nightmare. Our house had developed cracks in the walls and separation points in the crown molding due to the ground shifting over 30 years. A company in Richmond that we called to discuss the problem with referred us to Abby. At our first meeting, Abby assured us it was a common problem with an easy fix and that they had an experienced crew to do the work. Working under the crawl space, they leveled the house in one day. Excellent job and better than we expected could be accomplished. The cracks are gone and molding is back against the ceiling.

Based on our first experience, we hired them to replace our front entry door. Again Abby did an excellent job. They removed the old door and installed the new main door with a transom and storm door. Everything looks and works great. They very extremely careful when working inside our house and cleaned the area so that you did not even know they had been there. We could not be happier with how the door replacement turned out.

We interacted with Abby owners Mike and John and project lead Chris finding them to be very professional, patient with our questions and explained all the work to be done. They were pleasant and responsive in every way.

The crews that worked our jobs included Mike, Daryl, Danny and John (as well as others) and they were all top-notch, respectful and conscientious in performing their work.

We highly recommend Abby Construction and will be using them again for our future needs.

Chris was always keeping me in the loop of what was happening, the crew members were not only polite, prompt, and hardworking, they also communicated if there would be any noise disturbances during the reconstruction.

I hired Abby Construction to build a portico and they did a phenomenal job! They were timely and professional. Chris, the Project Manager, always kept me informed of the progress and checked in with me periodically to ensure that everything was to my liking. He was also on-site during the project! I'm very impressed with this company and I would recommend them to anyone needing any type of construction. I am so satisfied with the final product, that I will use Abby Construction for any future remodeling projects that I have.
